1st time here Walked in with my brother to play pool and was greeted by a waitress ! Super sweet and very easy going . We were all I.D , which was great cause I love the responsible mind set of the waitress and establishment! Waitress was prompt with service , and made sure we had a sober driver ! Which not many places ask or get concerned about . Although we weren't super intoxicated atleast myself ,I am pretty responsible but the care and concern of the waitress was outstanding! I briefly spoke with the bar manager and he was a great guy! Understood what I spoke to him about (I won't say it on here cause I'd like to keep that private ) but he was great in how he handled the situation! Thank you sir , you are. Gem of managers of places like this ! Keep doing Great things brother ! I will be back to this place as I enjoyed myself playing pool in a cool and comfortable atmosphere! This was the first place we saw when we got into town. It's more of a bar than a restaurant but they had alot of draft beers on the menu. Go here to drink but not to eat. All the food was fried which is typical bar food but it wasn't great. Beer was cold. Service was ok once we moved from a table to the bar. read more

Great draft selection and the pricing is very fair. Don't expect amazing cocktails but I'm sure they can make whatever you like. Highly Recommend. I came in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick snack and a few beers since the hotel I was staying in was right behind the bar. There were not many patrons but a few, what I assumed were regulars based on how Alisa greeted them, walked in a bit later. Sarah and Alisa were very attentive and recommended some beers and food. The menu is limited but it has all the basics a bar should and the fries were amazing. The place is huge with a great bar, tons of TV's, pool tables and a ping pong table. Hosted a Happy Hour here for the Oil Show and had great service the entire time and a great time.

I came to West Texas visiting my friend's family, and they took us here for drinks! I read the reviews, and saw the low rating, so I was very skeptical about this place. I do have to agree to some extent with the staff. However, the experience I had here was great! They have games here that you can play by purchasing a game card. The food menu is bar food, so do not expect a 3 course meal here, but I LOVED the food. They had fully loaded nachos using Doritos, pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, etc. They have lots of different beers on tap and bottled/canned beers. Highlights of my experience here: -nachos were very very good -they have beer pong and pool as part of their games -they have naturdays! Natural Light's Strawberry Lemonade beer. 99.9% of the bars I have been to do not offer these beers, but they do here! I understand that the in terms of the staff that people have their bad days and good days, but with the past reviews, it seems to be an occurring event happening. First off, this place is cool for games and hanging out. That said, hands down the worst wait staff in Midland. Plan on getting your own drinks. And putting up with waitresses chatting at the drink station while the whole bar waits for drinks. Literally 30 min between drinks if you get seen at all. Came here with my husband on a date night (The first one in 3 months). We walked up to the bar, and after a few minutes of waiting the lady told us that we can't order at the bar, we have to go sit down and then someone will come get our order. So we go sit down. We wait 15 minutes and no one ever came to get our order or give us drink menus or anything, so we just got up and left. The place wasn't busy at all, so I have no clue what the issue was. This is one of the better bars in the Permian Basin. Very clean. Great staff. Awesome patio. We had a corporate event there and the staff was incredible. Took great care of us and very accommodating to our needs. We would recommend this to anyone and will definitely be back next time in town. read more

I have to give a low rating this time .. this was my first time here.. really my first time out in a year sadly.. I may go back and try again another time I'm not sure, it looked like a nice establishment but the reason why is because my husband myself and a friend of ours waited in line with our masks for about 20- 30 minutes which is fine but as we finally get to go in, the door guy refused to let me in because my ID was bent it wasn't cracked , it was not illegible nor did it interfere with my photo it was clearly me and I'm 42 so I just thought that was a little extreme I'm a business owner dressed nice I wish I still looked 18 but I don't lol but I said ok and we left. So In between having two jobs 3 kids a husband and dog I will make some time to get a new Id my bad I guess I use it all the time no one has ever said anything I didn't realize it was that serious. Very clean and nice place. The wait staff is awesome and quick to provide you with anything you need. But the true heroes are the guys clearing the tables of empty drinks. Those guys are on the ball! I just wish the "garden area" was as big as the other Woody's, but the fact that the staff is far more attentive is the reason I will be going here more often. read more

Atmosphere is awesome. Tvs everywhere with sports. Service is the absolute worst even when slow I see the servers bull shitting around. I went for the first time last night because we were meeting friends. A massive storm came through, out of no where. When we were driving in the parking lot there was zero visibility, that's how hard it was raining. Our alarms went off on our phones for a flash flood warning. We could see lightning striking the ground. It was so bad the electricity at the bar went out for a minute. We ran under the roof so we wouldn't get more soaked. We asked if we could cut through the patio because of the down pour and dangerous lightning conditions. A Fat bald bouncer came over and said " y'all need to go the fuck around or get the fuck out of here." We told him "it's raining and lightning bad, we just don't want to be soaked, or risk getting struck by lightning, his disgusting petty ass said "I don't give a fuck, go around get soaked or go the fuck home."
