Very fun place for toddlers and middle aged children to play! My two year old niece loved it and we will be back. We went for a bday party so got to see on of the party rooms (which was huge!) and meet the mascot, Woody. They served us pizza and wings, branded from a big name commercial pizza company. The front service employees were extremely rude because one person brought our child a gift and told us that we needed to take that outside immediately!! Decided to have my son's second birthday party here. I found this place by looking on a thread on Yelp when I was looking for the best place to have a toddler birthday party. Money wasn't that big of a deal and I didn't have much to compare the price and package to but other places since this is my first child. I had to come in here beforehand to make a deposit and I wanted to look around and scope the place, as well. I liked the environment and it was clean so it was a go for me. I opted for the smaller package until I got a full head count because you can always upgrade but never downgrade for some reason. They allow you to play as long as you want but you only get the party room for an hour. This is nice because people and their kids can party, etc but once we get the room the food and places are set up with a room host. The kids for to play games, meet Woody, have their pizza, cupcakes and open the gifts. We did all of this in an hour and it didn't feel rushed. I had to knock off one start because everyone who worked here were young and acted as such but other than that. I'd definitely come back and let my baby play here. read more

This establishment was really not worth the money that was paid. My sister brought her baby here for his birthday. We drove an hour to get here and the people that work here are children themselves. The attitudes, rolling eyes, and popping our bought balloons where very uncalled for. Not even that they didn't want to help us set up when that was supposed to be included in the price. When we spoke with the manager Tabitha about it she dust it off. She did not handle the situation as a manager should in my opinion. My nephew only had truly 1 1/2 hours because they said that the rental room is to clean for 30 minutes which was not explained before. This is a privately owned business. We will not be returning. I would rather go north to spend our money next time. This is a true review. Spend your money with people who care about their customers. read more

We took our 1.5 and 3 year old here because I heard they had a designated area for toddlers. There is actually only one area for their age and they were bored with it rather quickly. They have a sizable parent area for parents to sit and watch tv while the kids play. They also have a nice concession stand if you need a little snack break. Our kids were able to enjoy the arcade area in the back which was great. I was able to get quarters from the machine using my card at no extra fee. Overall it was a nice outing for the little ones. The Bad-- Woody did not attend our party! My daughter and her friends followed him like lil groupies... I asked one of the staff if she could arrange for them to meet.... after all.... it is WOODY'S and I believed the appearance is included in the party package ‍‍‍. It was a very informal meet and greet if you ask me, but nonetheless my girls were HAPPY!!! The GOOD-- Woody's was recommended by my daughter who wanted to have her birthday party here. Woody's, woody's, woody's, is all she chanted for weeks!!! We purchased the "8" party pack, and that includes everything but the cake. Everything includes a hostess that sets up, plays games with the kids (I think the games are rigged so that the special girl/boy wins ), serves the pizza, and cleans up. Don't not come here !!! This has to be the worst birthday experience I have ever had in my entire 17 years of being a parent. The staff here is horrible they are very juvenile and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had my 2 daughters birthday at this BLACK OWNED establishment and I was told the party 1 hour block did not start until the pizza drinks were handed out once we got to the facility and inside of the room. Mind you my room I rented for almost $300 was not ready! The Woodys staff was had no balloons still putting up decorations. I had to ask for balloons. I was told when I booked there party everything would be taken care of just show up and bring the cake. This was totally unexpected. My party did not start until 530 is when the hostess Sonija starting passing out pizza and drinks. After Sonija passed the pizza to the kids seated at the first table and she did offer the adults pizza she left the room and was no where to be found. I had more children that had not gotten pizza I then had to do the job of the hostess put on the plastic gloves and passed out the remaining pizza to the rest of my guest. At 5:55 someone banged on the door and shouted get out time OVER ! I'm like we haven't sung happy birthday. Can we at least sing happy birthday. We found the hostess asked her for candles. She brought candles back and left back out the room. I had to then pass out the cup cakes and play hostess again for something that I paid for in the contact . At 6:05 another young lady popped in with a MAJOR UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE yelling at me and my family friends and guest to GETOUT she has 12 minutes to decorate and WE ALL NEED TO GET OUT. I told the young lady to please not talk to me in this manner and you could have pulled me to the side or asked who booked the party! She then got in my face at stance as if she wanted to fight and I told her this can go from " bank head to buck head" which ever way ! She then charged at me and all HELL brook LOOSE !!! My family went to speak to the manger Ariel and she brushed them off!!we removed all present and stuff we brought and my dad mother and law still helped them clean up the room. We paid for!!! After COVID-19 and almost all of the U.S shuts down Woody's Jump and play has also closed and refuses to give families refunds who are now forced to celebrate at home to the best of their abilities while not working as much and had a budget for their child's birthday set aside have chose to keep that amount of money showing NO COMPASSION to families during this time! They said I should have cancelled 30 days in advance if I wanted a refund when they know that was impossible considering they closed on March 16th and my party was scheduled for March 28th! Very spacious and my daughter had a blast. We arrived very early which works out best for us. We like to beat the crowd. They ask for no running, but I've never been to any jump n play areas where I see little ones very calmly walk from one attraction to the next lol. Or how about let's not offer large sugar straws in the middle of the place for the kids to fill up on if their parents so deem it to be okay. I really do think it is a good place for the price. I also like the little game room area, which is geared for kids that are smaller, which was a plus. The only suggestions I have are to add foam or protection padding around at least 1/3 of support beams to keep accidents from happening. To maybe offer something else for the 3 and under age. Also to have a step ladder available when you want to play air hockey with your little ones. read more

Way too many different age groups playing in one bounce house. They have staff monitoring the inflatables but they do not enforce any rules. I can't tell you how many children I say getting hurt. You have 5 year olds and 15 years olds piling up in the same bounce house roughing each other up. The staff was friendly however, which is the reason for 3 starts. Why I gave this establishment three stars- the bathroom was unclean which I thought was senseless because there were only three children playing & two adults present when I arrived at 10:30. Upon entering the establishment I noticed that it was very spacious and roomy for our children to run and play. However, I immediately noticed a support beam structure in the middle of the floor and I thought that it should have been covered with some type of cushiony material. I have visited other jump and play-bouncy establishments in the Metro Atlanta area and I noticed that all of their structures, such as this one, are covered with some type of cushiony material to help ensure safety as our children run around the open floor area. Unfortunately, during our visit, a little boy was running in the play area, turned his head and smacked the side of his face into that structure. Ouch! Poor baby Management, I highly suggest that you cover at least the lower part of that structure with some cushiony material. I noticed that our children enjoy running and playing at Woody's Jump N play, so for their safety please do this. read more

We just moved here and found this spot. My daughter is two and she loves coming here. They have 6 different bouncy houses and 1 for 3 and under (which doesn't matter because I see 5 year olds in there). They also have a back room with some arcade games, basketball, and bowling machines. It's 6$ to get in. Overall love this place! Woody's is THE place to go for your little one's bday party! I had the opportunity to work with Woody's in exchange for a discount for my daughter's 4th birthday party. We were already planning on having her party there so this was a no-brainer. They set up everything (even the extra decorations that I brought), they were very pleasant during the entire party, and they cleaned up. It was so wonderful having entertainment that pleased our wide range of kids. PLUS all we had to bring were the cupcakes! Ms. French, as we told you according to the video you were happy with your service until 40 minutes after your party. Your complaint to me was "why are those Africans allowed to bring in food and I was not I feel discriminated against". Again. as I told you, they had a contract and paid the rental fee for the room. the rental fee is $250.00/hr. You said money is no object for you, you would have paid that fee, well all you had to do was read the website and/or brochure and it would have directed you to do the same. I am not going to address all the other things you have made up to make your story sound better because the VIDEO of you and your party speaks for itself. You stayed at my facility from a litlle after 11:00 am to approximately 4:00. The video shows that you are happy until 1:40 p.m. when you saw the food being brought in by "those Africans" as you put it. My family is made up of a rainbow of people and colors and if you had ever seen me, you would understand why your accusations of racism makes absolutely no sense. We would have accepted your $250.00/hr regardles of your race. We do wish your daughter a Happy 3rd birthday and a year full of her desires. We had a horrible party experience. There was not enough seating for guests to sit and chat in the hour before we were able to access the party room. The hostess had no enthusiasm and we had to facilitate most of the party. It felt like we were imposing on them the whole time we were there. We were told to leave the room before our hour was up. Definitely not worth the money spent. We had a similar party at Monkey Joe's in Morrow and it was far superior in every aspect and even cheaper. This is long overdo, but better late than never. STRAIGHT TO THE POINT: This place is very clean, the customer service was very professional and the experience was awesome. BACK STORY: I had my 4 yr. old's bday party here in Oct. 2015. Prior to this, we'd been using Kidsland and Kid's Planet. I am also a team mom for both my sons T-Ball and Baseball teams and have hosted banquets in many places. It is barely any place to have family oriented fun, especially for smaller children, south of Atlanta. Woody's is great for smaller children and even some of the older elementary kids. We actually felt comfortable taking our shoes off and if any of you have ever been to Kid's Planet or Kidsland, you know what I mean. My kid had an awesome time and his guest did as well. Their parents actually felt comfortable with allowing them to run around. The manager of the place allowed my kids to come in and play while we went over the particulars of how the party would go, which was very nice. The host we had when time for the party, wasn't all that interactive but a very sweet girl. They made a mistake and threw out my kids b-day banner that I bought separately and once I realized it, I told the manager and she asked the owner if they could reimburse me. They did!! Just the little things that make a customer feel appreciated that matter. I wish the place was bigger but it's still worth it. Take your little ones. It's pretty cool! read more
