You can taste the thick fat in between the skin and the meat. The wings tasted like frozen wings that were baked in the oven. I am really big on wings but the correct way to do it is to either fry or bake the wings till the middle fat is gone and what you would be left with is nice crispy skin before tossing it in the sauce.
