Every single time! She has faithful, long-term walkers who are all friendly, mature, responsible, energetic and genuine dog lovers. I shared a house code with Karen from the beginning to give the walkers access and have zero trust issues or problems during that time. The door has never been left unlocked. That was the 1st red flag. The first session was okay however a 3 week gap for a 6 month old puppy should have been communicated prior to training and taking my payment. The 2nd session Jenny insisted on her way of doing things as if she is strictly training a human regardless if it's effective for the dog. Her policies are rigid and self serving. She claims to own a thriving dog business yet works at doggy daycares "for friends"...not an indicator of a thriving business owner. I wasn't pleased. After the 2nd training there were a host of excuses from her such as personal illness, family deaths, in which Jenny violates her own cancellation policies and attempted to flip it on me as the customer. Given her lack of reliability I waited haphazardly to book the 3rd session. I went along with the remaining 2 sessions as she "doesn't issue refunds.." with sub par results. The final straw for me was the day I was leaving the state for a business trip and Jenny cancelled on me 1.5 hours before my flight for an overnight stay claiming my dog (the one she trained so well) was too wild for an overnight and she'd have to bring her home. She even went as far as diagnosing my puppy with behavioral issues and attempted to sell me more on dog walks for a fee!!! My elderly parents thankfully took her and had no problems so I could attend work meetings. 3 months past and there was 0 effort on Jenny's behalf to initiate communication for my final training when I'd much prefer a refund and it clearly was going awful. . I reached out to Jenny and she had the nerve to say that this is on the client and then accused me of harassing her as well as came up with a host of other lies/excuses as to why she didn't provide paid services as any normal business would. I highly suggest running from this lady. She agreed to a $100 refund 3 weeks ago and again has failed to hold up her end of the deal. Terrible business and customer service with a self serving unreliable owner who will sell you every sob story in the book for a dollar.

We were hesitant about hiring a dog walker/petsitter for occasional weekends away and also unsure if there was more we should be doing training-wise to handle Moose's fearfulness so it didn't turn into aggression. Jenni sat with Moose and I and we talked over this, and about what I was already doing with her training-wise. She gave us some tips for handling the barking at visitors, and how to prep moose on days when she would be walked by Peaceful Paws, but assured us we were on the right track and that additional Pro training wasn't necessary. I left the meeting feeling much more confident in our existing training practices, and we'll definitely be using Peaceful Paws for our next weekend outing! I'll update my review once we do, probably within the next month or two!

Our previous dog walker had moved out of state. I felt terrible asking these new people to take care of a dog who wouldn't be with us for very long, but they insisted they were OK with it and would never leave me without care (even though we'd just met!) They were incredibly wonderful to my old girl during her last year of her life. I was always nervous to leave her with anyone. They took care of her as their own - both for walks and for weekends we were were away. A few months after our old girl passed, we adopted a new rescue puppy. That was 3 years ago and Prabin has been with us since. They take her when we are away and walk her daily in between. THey were on "stand-by" when our daughter was born last summer and helped tremedously in making the transition a smooth one. Prabin (and the others) are extremely reliable, personable, caring, responsible, HONEST, trustworthy and most importantly - AMAZING with our dog. She LOVES Prabin (And Andrew and Kyrah) and so do we!! I recommend Doggy Divas without reservation. I can't say enough!! :)

First, the fact that they literally stand by their name, One Dog At a Time, is the most comforting thing in the world to me... There's no pile of dogs waiting to jump all over my guy when they bring him out - there's no dragging the dog by the leash because the other dogs won't stop - there's no concern about whether he actually went to the bathroom or not - as Michelle and Claudia actually walk ONE DOG AT A TIME! That makes me and our boy so happy that the attention is on him, and not distracted by a bunch of other dogs. Second, is the fact that Michelle and Claudia are dog owners and truly dog lovers to the bone, I know that Sollie is getting love and attention, and he's not just another dog on their list of dogs. I drove by Ringgold park and saw Michelle sitting on a bench with Sollie, cuddling and massaging his face. Sollie's tail was thumping out a beat that could be heard across the park, and it made me smile from ear to ear to see my boy getting spoiled like that. So instead of worrying about your dog being walked as part of a mass pile of dogs, and instead of wondering if your dogs got a great walk where they were able to go to the bathroom and get some personal attention, leave all that behind and call Michelle and Claudia. TOTAL LIFESAVERS!!!…read more My wife and I, with our three-year-old border collie Riley in tow, just flew into Boston from a San Diego (on a red eye) when my wife began experiencing notable chest pain. Erring on the side of caution, we decided to take her down to the ER to rule out anything major. The only issue now was what we were going to do with Riley this late in the day, as he was extremely anxious being left alone in a crate in an unfamiliar place, and we had no idea how long we were going to be gone for - we're talking banshee level screaming for hours on end that would have surely gotten us kicked out of the hotel. Bebe and Dan were kind enough to watch our puppy overnight - with last minute notice no less. After checking out of the ER with a clean bill of health around midnight, we proceeded to spend the next two hours attempting to hail a cab, Lyft, or Uber before calling it quits and paying for another hotel room across the street for the night. The following morning, we managed to get a Lyft out to pick up Riley, who was happy as a pickle, and made it back to our original hotel room - passing out for several more hours. If we're ever in the Boston area again, you can rest assured Bebe will be first on my list of Daycares to reach out to. THANK YOU BOTH!

She said she needed more time, (and more money). We agreed to another week. Avery came home, and had the same habits she had before she left. She was better on a leash, but that is not why we hired Nancy. The problem was the craziness that went along with getting her out of the crate and leashed. We asked Nancy to come back and help with that. She gave us 10 minutes, got a phone call and left. This was not a good experience, nor a good value. I do not recommend choosing Bradley's Canine Education.
