Not only was there mess of fecal matter left at the back of our home, but I found that Penny had another full bowl of kibble despite her eating prior to me leaving her. Penny's health conditions make it so that she shouldn't have no more than a full bowl of kibble a day. If she does she risks exacerbating her health conditions. Jennifer was extremely careless in her care taking and for that I will no longer be a customer.

Since I was going overseas Charlie suggested giving me updates on my two cats via WhatsApp(we were worried that the iMessage wouldn't go through) l. I requested daily visits , and Charlie sent me videos and photos on each visit he made. My cats warmed up to him pretty fast. Kai was super thorough during sign ups. She came to my house for a 1 on 1 consultation (COVID safe of course) and talked to me about Tilley's needs and what she could offer. I ended up having Tilley walked 3x/week. I swear my little girl had an extra wiggle each time she came home from her pack walk. Matt was Tillz dog walker and I truly have nothing but great things to say about him. He is prompt, so nice, and Tilley absolutely loves him. He is the only person she will bolt downstairs for at the door (she's a little lazy, I usually need to give her a little tug). She came back happy, exercised, and exhausted. All the things I want my little fur-ball to feel after a nice long walk. Also, I had a training session with Bria and she is a lifesaver. She trained me how to train Tilley and I've never looked back; Till is like a different dog now. I will 100% be using her services for training in the near future. Daycare was not his favorite thing but I kept having him attend, once a week to build his socialization and have an outlet without me. After going to daycare once a week for months, he finally had a switch flip and absolutely LOVES daycare. He knows on Tuesday mornings he has to get ready early and spends the entire drive there with his tail wagging excitedly. This once very anxious and unsure pup now looks forward to playing and "going to school". He is always worn out and sleeps for like 2 days straight after attending. Tubbs also has a lot of allergies and needs special attention to those medical things. They make sure he never comes even near any of his allergies and i fully trust he is getting great care. Whenever we do an overnight stay, they make sure he takes all his meds, update me on his visit and has lots of fun playing. I dropped him off first thing in the morning and he was ready within an hour which was perfect. I tried Dog Bulter in the past but after 4 hours they called me to say that my dog is being aggressive. That was news to me, but it turned out that they had 25 other dogs roaming around at the same time. That explained the behavior. They were nice but not suitable for my dog. So I'm happy that I can take my dog to D'tails where the grooming is done more on a one on one basis. I found it a little too pricy but my dog seemd to had a better experience so I'm ok with that.

Jack Russells are notorious little crazed beasts, with an intense amount of energy. Having PITV as our walker has done wonders for Max. Elizabeth is his walker and is absolutely beyond phenomenal. She cares for Max as well as (or possibly better!) than we do. He's weird around other dogs, but she has worked closely with him and created an environment when he walks with ELEVEN other dogs in his group, without a hitch. Elizabeth sends us amazing pictures of Max every single time she walks him, and is excellent at communicating with us regarding his behavior (good and bad!). Paws in the 'Ville provides an absolute reliable, friendly service. We were brand-new dog owners when we started with them and Seana did everything we needed to assist us and created a huge level of trust. When we needed to switch walkers after one left PITV, Max had some issues transitioning - barking like crazy when a different walker came to get him and refusing to go with them. Seana worked closely with us until she found Elizabeth to work with Max. We felt completely supported throughout. I can honestly say that PITV is absolutely the best bang for the buck. It's beyond worth every penny we spend to know that Max is in extremely capable hands. Great communication, great community, great owner, great walkers.
