She does not care at all even if the dogs are scared or trembling. She just sighs or ignores them. Also, when she takes care of check-ins and appointments at the counter, she is extremely slow and takes FOREVER to do everything. Her attitude is really bad too like it is our fault for asking lol Once, we asked her something about the treatments my dog usually gets, (but SHE DID NOT EVEN KNOW that they have that treatment) and she said "We don't do that" or "We don't have that" and explained us why for a few minutes with a lot of sighs. But later, another trimmer came and told us "We can do that." In addition, we asked if we could make an appointment after 4, but she told us they couldn't do that because they start getting ready to close at 4pm, even though the store closes at 7. Seriously?
