The only hard part is they are under staffed in the boarding area so sometimes getting ahold of someone to book is hard. However, when your dog is staying they instantly pick up because they have enough staff in that area. Ahri seems to be exhausted which means she definitely has a blast! It was a little over $220 for three nights, four stars package and a deluxe sweet. She also got a bath before we picked up Ahri. Keep in mind though she stayed over a weekend which made the rate higher. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dog or cat!

Our puppy was injured (twice in back-to-back days) while under the "care and supervision" of Pampered Pets. After the second injury, we had to take our puppy to the veterinarian and pay for the care to his injuries and prescribed medication. Both times, not one employee notified us of his injuries. I totally understand that injuries and mistakes happen, especially with puppies. However, it was the lack of transparency that really upset us. After the first injury, we told the staff the following morning that, when we picked our puppy up from daycare the previous day, we noticed had a laceration wound that was still wet with blood. We were told they would keep a closer eye on him. That same afternoon when we picked him up, we noticed he now had a large and very swollen puncture wound from another injury. Again, not one employee notified us of the injury. I brought the incidents to the attention of management, hoping they would provide us with a discount or reimbursement of some kind, for the daycare services or veterinary bill. Unfortunately, we were told the contract they make you sign in order to enroll your dog in daycare has an indemnity clause, which frees them from all injury liability that your dog sustains while under their care. While they aren't legally liable, the way this was handled was just completely unacceptable business practice and their negligence was glaring. My wife and I are newly weds and we paid very good money hoping our puppy would be safe and properly cared for while we worked. Not only did we not receive the services we paid for, we also incurred extra expenses in the form of a veterinary bill and medications. The lack of transparency and handling of this matter was so disappointing, we will no longer be taking our puppy to Pampered Pets. The only recourse we were offered (which they made VERY CLEAR that they did not legally have to provide us with) was a couple of free days of daycare for future stays. The LAST thing we want is to take our puppy back there. Hope it was worth losing a loyal and paying customer. We have since found a replacement Pet daycare and we could not be happier!

When I picked her up, she was trembling and just wanted to leave. Those wretched women had shaved her belly and legs and cut some of her nails to the quick and others not at all. They had the audacity to tell me "she was difficult and did not want to be groomed". God only knows what else they may have done to her. I have always used the groomer at Times Corner in the past and they never ever shaved her anywhere. I am so sorry that I trusted these disgusting people with my darling dog. Please don't make the mistake I made and "try" this groomer....fortunately my girls' hair and nails will all grow back, but I feel traumatized that anyone would butcher my dog's coat the way these disgusting women did. I will drive the extra miles to take my girl back to the groomer at Times Corner where I know she will be well treated and groomed. The meh: The first time when I picked him up he was inexplicably wet. Not "I just had a bath" wet, but more "I ran through a mud puddle" wet. Not a huge deal, but what was that about? The not good: The next time my usual dog sitter flaked on me due to a death in the family and I called them up at noon and booked him for that night. An hour and a half later I get a call that my regular (in home) sitter was available, so I called back to see about cancelling. No they won't give me a credit. Fair enough, I understand if they had to turn someone away because of your reservation why should they have to eat that? But this was one hour, and the net result is that I will only call them until I'm 1000% sure I'm not wasting my money.

I've always taken her to her vet to be sedated for her annual "hair cut" . She gets buried up really bad & refuses to allow me to groom her. Having my pet under sedation had always scared me. Rain didn't however, have to use anything other than her calm voice (yes, I have tried, lol). I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend her to you for your pets grooming needs.

This place is ADORABLE, and is so homey and comfy!…read more Thank goodness for Southwest Michigan's Superbook, because without their awesome coupons, I never would have found the Crate Escape (buy one, get one free day of doggy daycare)! Their main room has rugs, chairs, and sofas for the dogs to lounge and rest on, as well as plenty of room for them to socialize. We boarded our Coraline there for a few nights once, and periodically bring her in for a day of daycare. For overnight boarding, they have private areas for dogs that range in amenities. Some will have their very own personal seating area, and bed, or there are also crates for them to sleep in if they need that. Coraline LOVES this place. As soon as I let her out of the car, she starts lunging for their front door. When she gets home from a day of daycare, she goes off to a quiet corner to nap right away, which I take to be a good sign because hopefully, that means that she wore herself out having fun with her little furry friends there! We've been to other places in town, but like this one the most because it always feels so warm and inviting. Two warnings: 1) They require reservations for day care and boarding. We were told the last time we dropped her off that they wouldn't take our dog for daycare again unless we called ahead of time (obviously, we didn't know about the reservations-only policy because no one ever told us about one before then), and 2) it's CASH ONLY, which is a pain because I seldom have cash on me. Luckily, there's an ATM at the Walgreens down the street. (The website doesn't list much information, AT ALL, so call, or stop by to grab some informational sheets from them.)

I brought my dog in with sudden explosive bloody diarrhea and they did more harm than good to him…read more Instead of investigating the cause, they stopped at a vague syndrome label - "Acute Hemorrhagic Diarrhea Syndrome." That's not an explanation, it's just a description of symptoms. Not even an abdominal exam, rectal exam, or temperature check was done. I was told it would resolve on its own with bland food. At one point, I was even told that his anxiety may have caused it. He was anxious because he was very sick - attributing it to that, without ruling out common causes, was dismissive and unsafe. I explained that I had just taken in foster puppies from a shelter where parasites are extremely common, but was reassured it wasn't contagious. Within days, all three foster puppies developed severe diarrhea and were hospitalized with Giardia. Only after I did my own research and brought my dog back did they agree to run blood work and a Giardia test, which they reported as negative. My dog continued to worsen until I took him to a different veterinarian, who repeated the test, confirmed Giardia, prescribed proper treatment, and my dog quickly improved. When I later obtained this hospital's records, I was shocked. They described exams that were never performed and minimized the details I had clearly provided, even after I showed them photos. For all of this, I was charged nearly $1,000. This was a common, easily diagnosable condition that should have been addressed from the start, especially given the shelter connection I emphasized. Instead, my dog and my foster puppies suffered unnecessarily because the hospital provided poor care and then inaccurately documented both the care and the severity of his illness. The only positive I can offer is that the front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hospital as a safe or trustworthy place for veterinary care.
