I've hesitated for a while to write this review. Because I needed to calm down over the terrible…read moreexperience that I had. Jack and Jody came to my house and had a consultation and I told them exactly what I was looking for and they agreed to it. I have a later schedule due to my work and I have a diabetic dog that I was hoping could be walked and fed and given her insulin. They agreed to it with no problem and I was very excited for my first experience of hiring someone to help take care of my dog. The very first time they came over, they were supposed to text me after everything was done to let me know how it went. I never received a text and I had to text them in order to find out how it went. That was the first red flag! The second time they were supposed to take care of my dog I had to work even later than normal. That text I was supposed to receive I never got. Because I was busy at work I didn't have time to text them and find out how it went. As I was driving home at 9:30 at night I receive a text that they never made it to my house to take care of my dog. My dog was now two hours overdue for her insulin and that put her at home for 11 hours without being taken out to go to the bathroom. Needless to say I was horrified by this event. In the text Jody had some excuse about them getting sidetracked and then simply stated "we forgot." This to me is absolutely unacceptable for people whose profession is to take care of dogs. She then stated I just don't think we'll be able to work with your schedule. If that was the case they never should've excepted what I was asking for. I went through all this work to basically have them turn around and say sorry we can't work with you. I hold them 100% responsible for this mishap and if you love and cherish your dog DO NOT have these people take care of your beloved pet!!! And then to top things off it took them over two days to return the keys to my house and my refund for services that were never performed. Unbelievable! Beware!

I can't imagine a dog receiving better care than with Jack & Jodi. They will treat your dog as if it were their own. My dog was never good on a leash. He's only 5lbs. and he'd get so nervous all the time. Once Jack & Jodi started walking him, he became much more social with other dogs and is now enjoying his walks and walking normally. Rates are very reasonable, especially considering the level of care and attention your dog receives. We are very lucky to have been introduced to the The Dogwalkers.

So I have brought my dog here twice before for a nail trim. I have always booked the appointment…read moreduring the week which they were annoyed about since they have a walk in nail day, however my dog is a small pug who dislikes busy loud places but last time they told me this was the last time I could make a appointment for just a nail trim & needed to come on Tuesday, walk in day, so I decided to try. Well today I brought my dog in, the same man that I think is their only groomer was there. I could hear my dog yelping, which she's a drama queen sometimes so I thought nothing of. But I kept hearing him scold her, "STOP IT" I was worried but thought there's never been an issue before so waited until he brought her out. Well when she finally came out he told me her quicks were too long and he could barely cut her nails, which has never been an issue the two times before when he's cut her nails. So I said okay and left. Upon getting in my car I saw blood ALL over my dogs leash. NEVER DID HE SAY HE HIT A QUICK just that they were too long, which NO. Groomer previous has ever had an issue with, she gets her nails cut once a month but upon moving to Wisconsin this is the place I UNFORTUNATELY found. well, upon reviewing her paws I realized she was bleeding all over my car seats & car, & that he didn't hit one quick He hit three of them without mentioning anything. My dog is actually traumatized. DO NOT GO HERE. I have a vet appointment Tomorrow since my dog is still limping on one of the paws that had two quicks that took an hour to stop bleeding.
