OMG!! Very clean and stocked facility. We did the self wash. $10.00 for 30lb dog! Great deal. We had an option of six labeled soaps for our dog True no blow dryer, but our little dog (25 lbs) didn't need it. They had plenty of towels. The girls were super nice. I spend a lot of money on things for my pup here. This was the second toy that I bought that was defective. The first time I just tossed it but this time I decided to bring it to their attention. It was a material ring and literally within minutes the material hem came open. The owner was not in the shop to be fair but the young lady just said that they couldn't exchange for another toy. This toy was less than $10 but it was just the principle of the matter. Definitely not good customer service and I asked if the owner could call me back to which he never did. Mini Pet Mart is a block away and less expensive on top of that so Woofs lost my business. read more

Self dog wash had shampoo & closed in wash, but no dryer- only towels. $10 per small dog, but had no dryer in 60 degrees

I've never been to a self serve dog wash that didn't have dryers! $14 and no dryer. Had to put my wet dog in the car and dry her when I got home. What?? The wash station was clean with several shampoo choices. read more

These are some of the best people in the world!!! Quality products! The absolute best service!!!! If they don't have something you want they will try to get it for you (I'm not making promises for them) several things I wanted they ordered and got in for me. And with this whole "rona" thing I got stuck in CC and I can call and have my monthly supplies delivered at no extra cost!!! My pup is so happy when her goodies arrive! Love the products, staff not so much. We were shopping there (I spent $30) and my daughter had a bathroom emergency. They said it was policy, and if they let my daughter use the bathroom they would have to let everyone. There were two other people in the store at the time, so would it be such a hardship if they let other people use it? We were traveling with our 15-year-old dog who was struggling with her hips while getting in and out of the car. The clerk was very knowledgeable and we were able to purchase a small portable ramp. In addition, we purchased a new collar since hers was deteriorating from all the swimming in the ocean. This was not even the highlight though. This pet store has all the items you would need to support your pet but also has a huge selection of baked dog treats. They are cut but also very tasty for your dog. We go to Woof's for all our dog food and dog treats. They also have a large selection of accessories; leashes, collars, poop bags and so forth. They even have a special tub that is taylormade for giving a bath to our large dog. Really a nice set-up. They provide the towels, shampoos and conditioners too. Sure a lot easier than trying to give the dog a bath at home! The prices are very reasonable, service is excellent, and employees are always helpful and friendly. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our way back from the Redwoods since my parents dogs birthday is tomorrow and I'm a sucker for any place that makes dog editable treats! They had an adorable display of cookies to pick from. You could make any size box you wanted. They even had Happy Birthday bones! Their toy collection is excellent. My dog has almost every toy known to man and this place had ones I've never seen before! So of course I bought a toy for my dog as well. Left spending $70 but felt so good about my choices. Love this place...for a small town you can't beat the quality products, varied choice, happy to do whatever it takes to keep your business. Sometimes short staffed but friendly service keeps us coming back when we are passing through the area. Dog wash area was a life saver for our Certified Therapy Dog after a local "Christian" dog groomer on the main road backed out at the last minute leaving us with a stinky dog unable to visit Chetco Inn. Their super convenient do-it-yourself dog wash area, great price and totally accommodating service saved the day for the seniors waiting to visit with KatieBug. We will keep coming back. read more
