Among many other things, he would not respond in a timely manner (I would wait for days, sometimes weeks) and then he kept me in the dark on almost everything. He was full of empty promises and misinformation and didn't seem to know family law like he should. He was very disrespectful toward me as a client too, so I would avoid this law firm if I were you.
