These folks are the best. So great to work with, friendly, and amazing quality. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!

I really love this shop!! They have a great selection of arts and pottery as well as art supplies…read moreand custom framing. They woman working in the store were just incredibly friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. They were also really nice to talk with as well. I was so surprised to find Yixing Teapots and cups in the store as well. They were authentic and the prices were great!!! Stopping here really made our day!!!

Our experience was disappointing. We had to have the patience of saints to get the owner to be…read morehelpful about making any effort to fix the mistake the shop made. When we asked that the loose slip of information on the back of the poster be attached to the back of it after being mounted in the frame, the owner said they do that routinely, so not to worry. We even heard her instruct the employee putting the measurements in the computer to include that the slip should be attached to the finished back of the frame. We saw him enter that request, so we were confident they would follow the instructions. Except they didn't include our item, and didn't return it to us, and they still can't find that slip of information, which must have been discarded. Instead, they attached a colorful sticker identifying the shop, and also a sticker about the special glass. We stopped by last week to inquire the status, because we hadn't heard back in over a month. The owner was ever so breezy about how she'd just have a look in the workshop to find the item, as if it was a trivial matter, but after 10 minutes she still hadn't returned, so we left after providing our phone number yet again to an employee. Finally, someone called today to say that the owner found some information for us online and will mail it to us. It's a small printout about the image. It's a nice gesture. It would have been nicer if the owner had expressed her regret for what happened, and if she had given us her assurance that this wouldn't happen again, and if she had explained how it is they included their own material on the back of the poster, but not ours. The employees in the front of the store are particularly pleasant and helpful, so I am surprised the owner wasn't more solicitous. Please think twice about handing this shop any provenance about your artwork. If the owner simply had apologized for the mistake, we might have been inclined to give the shop the benefit of the doubt in the future. But without having received an acknowledgement that they are sorry this happened, we will take our framing elsewhere. We will miss the shop's great selection of unique greeting cards, but feel we should shift our shopping elsewhere.
