Again, we have out of towners coming into the city and judging a pizza joint that everyone gets delivery from. Yes, the place looks like a Mcdonalds inside. The reason for this is because 15 years ago it used to be a Mcdonalds. If you are roaming around downtown worcester looking for a place to stuff your face then this is not for you. However, if you live in the city then you will want to get some delivery from this spot. Their pizza is huge and pretty inexpensive. Food Quality is excellent. IF you are in the mood for a gigantic pizza that has a delicious soft and doughy (not like that towny breaded crap) crust, wonderfully delicious sauce and extremely palate teasing blend of cheeses then this is the place for you. They have an excellent menu of subs and paninis as well. I do not recommend their french fries or wings but that is not what this place is about. It is about good "worcester" style pizza. I highly recommend This place. Only downside is that they are not open after 10pm which sucks when you are hammered drunk and craving a gigantic pizza. read more

Called at 10:30 to order a special deal They had to be on the menu. I ordered 2 Pizza's French fries, a 2L Coke and 20 oz Diet Coke for 1230. At 12:40 I called to ask if they were on the way. They said it would be ten more minutes. Their excuse was that they got busy. We were in the middle of a training and only had a short time for a break. Not happy. Even if food is good will not order again. They didn't even call to say it would be late. When we finally got our order they sent a 2L Diet Coke and no 20oz. When I pointed this out the driver said well you weren't charged. He didn't offer to fix the order. The fries were cold and there was no ketchup. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had preordered a pizza and they ran out of mushrooms so they called me back. Now normally this would upset me but they were so nice and accommodating. I ended up choosing bacon instead. The pizza came super fast and it was so hot felt like it came right out of the oven. And even threw in a baklava for my troubles. If i could give them 6 stars i would. The best service and the nicest people. I probably wont get my pizza from anywhere else!!! So good too. read more

Hungry and didn't want to cook we looked at the next pizza on the list. Woosta Pizza, I thought I knew this place but I just couldn't remember. I dialed the number and a very friendly very happy woman answered the phone. She was one of those people that enjoys life and was happy to have a customer call for a pizza. It gave me a hope for the pizza. I ordered one large cheese and one small mushroom. I dropped the address into and away I went. I walked in and it had the wonderful smell of pizza. It got my mouth watering and a really good feeling about this place and its pizza. The front counter person must have been the same woman who took my order she was very pleasant and helpful. Love it! Tonight was my first time ordering delivery from this place and the woman on the phone was very friendly and got my order correct. Delivery guy showed up in a very timely manner and was also friendly. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad wrap with no croutons, a small mozzarella stick and a 20oz diet Coke. Was only $15 and delivery is free, they even threw in a small bag of potato chips. Food tasted great and I can't wait to try their pizza next!! read more

I used to love this place! The pizza was fresh and tasted excellent! Then we got delivery from them the other night. It was obvious that they had warmed up an old pizza and sent it over. Since we ordered a cheese pizza, I can see how they easily could have done so. Anyhow, the minute I bit into it, it felt like the crust had been microwaved. While normally soft and warm, this pizza was bland and tough. We would have called back but we already ate a few pieces. We've ordered from them dozens of times and never had this issue until now. I came here with a couple friends right before a concert at the Palladium. It is literally a two minute walk down the street. Anyways, since I've only ate here once this vote is based on a first impression. The little kid that took our order was very polite so I was satisfied with the service. The deal they have going on there (2 slices of pizza and a soda) is awesome if you are short on cash. It's 5 dollars and some change. The only problem I had with the pizza was the crazy amount of cheese they put on it. It was a tad bit too greasy for me. The MOST horrible experience I ever had ordering a salad. Ordered on a Saturday for delivery- I wanted a salad, there menu describes the Antipasto like this "A generous sampling of salami, ham, tuna, provolone, Polly-O fresh mozzarella, olives, artichoke hearts, pepperonicini and roasted peppers on a bed of mixed greens." Mind you I paid almost $10 bucks with an extra dressing and tax for this $8.40 salad- which actually had ONE slice of salami, no tuna, one slice of cheese, one olive, one..ok ok, ONE of everything, guess thats there idea of generous helping. I was not happy AT ALL- I called back and I said hey you know this is not what I expected based on your menu description and for ten damn dollars, I forgot what she said, but she was so rude to me I asked to speak to the manager- she said " I am the manager" I said you have to be kidding me, her name was Brumhilda or something like that. I told her I want my money back - she told it would be 2 hours and then I BETTER put the salad dressing and dry pita bread back in the bag!! Oh okkkk, no problem, and yes the hell I sure did make him come all the way back and give me my ten dollars back and take back their stupid rediculous overpriced salad- I turned around and got one from Golden Pizza or somewhere for 6 bucks or less, LOADED with meat and cheeses and goodies. Needless to say, we have NEVER ordered from them again, and we used to order pizza faithfully, my boyfriend put his like for the pizza aside after the way they treated us, and to be honest, I find the pizza lacking, hardly any sauce and just bla. read more

we had been looking for someplace to get dinner before a show at the hanover theater, and stumbled upon this little place. pretty large menu and decent prices, definitely better than any fast food place we could have gone to around the area. my boyfriend got two slices of cheese, which he liked. and i got spaghetti with olive oil and garlic (asked for no cheese please), which was great and refreshing to be able to order vegan food so easily in a place i had never been. will be back again if we go see another show at the hanover! read more

Didn't this place used to be a tiny little joint? If it was, then it should move back. I went to a "Woosta Pizza" (or that's what I thought it was) a few years back and it was excellent. So, upon going to a show at the DCU Center one night and not able to get into any place else, we were happy to find the Woosta Pizza to grab a pie. Well, apparently others had the same idea because there was a line of maybe 12 or so people with maybe 5 or so tables already seated. The place wasn't full, it just seemed like a crowd was forming as we all descended on the one place to eat before the show. You would think that this would clue those working there in on the fact that they need to start making more pizzas. Didn't happen. For the 20 minutes or so that we stood in line, not one pizza was put in the window for slices. Luckily for us, the remaining two slices weren't ordered by anyone in front of us. The problem was those two slices I know sat for at least 20 minutes while we were in line were stone cold. After we made our order and paid, the server put the two slices in the pizza oven, filled our drink and then pulled the slices from the oven. A microwave couldn't have heated them in that amount of time much less a pizza oven. If Woosta Pizza wasn't in that tiny spot before, they should reconsider going to one because they can't seem to manage the restaurant spot they're currently in. What a frustrating ordeal. Was the pizza good? Yeah, not bad for cold pizza. I'd liken it to food court pizza (Sbarro). read more

The pizza was not very good. I have hungry and finished my slices. It wasn't terrible, just not much taste for a plain slice. Very dry, needs more sauce. Went there just because of the name. The place is huge, probably for the lunch crowd in downtown Worcester. I did go dinner time and it was empty. read more

We ordered the hawaiian pizza and it was completely undercooked. Both the ham and the pineapple was tasteless. Most hawaiian pizza is pretty flavorful but this was disgusting. First time trying the place and will never order from there again. read more

Horrible!! i ordered a chef salad with no tomatoes or olives, first off they pre make their salads because i found olives and tomato juice in my salad. it was overpriced and they didnt even put much lettuce. My husband ordered the pastrami ruben which came with about ten soggy potato chips not even in a bag!! wtf? also who puts mayonnaise on a ruben. gross! My friend got a turkey wrap with ONE slice of turkey on it, and once again about ten soggy potato chips. While ordering the women i spoke to was a complete idiot and couldnt understand what i was saying, i had to spell my street name 3 times, and it took 50 minutes to get here. I walked in to this location around lunch time, and asked if they had slices and they did, i asked how much they where the guy just pointed to the sign, i found that rude instead of just telling me, then i asked if they offered a slice special again points to another sign on the wall, i made mention that i have a friend that has a store that offers two slices and a soda for 3.99 the guys response was i am not in business not to make money, which was suprising cause when you walk in the door they have a nice sign that says our small is there large we arent looking to make big money but we care about the customer signed the chef. I told the man that the store i know makes alot of money offering these promotions he is like i dont care. The gentleman at the register at no time was rude but this guy sure was, He proceeded to put my two slices in the oven i ordered and then i said you know what cancel my order because of his terrible disposition. He said dont ever come back here, and i responded believe me i never will. I let him know i was gonna write a review he goes i dont care wanted to give him a heads up. In these days customer service is the key to continued business as for this place i will never return i dont even know if their food is good because i never tried it and now never will. And further more the profit in pizza is around 500 percent, and i would have tried other things along the way, my feeling was that he got a two slice sale and thought big deal the guy is ordering two slices well that two slices could have turned to more business but now it will not. Customers should be greeted, told the specials, and treated with dignity and respect not looked at like oh he is only ordering 2 slices.
