The shops are in various types of buildings; historic houses and more conventional buildings. Getting in and out of the lot was easy because of the traffic lights; this is crucial especially on the busy route 44. As of May 2024, they have the following shops under each category (from their website): SHOPPING: Details: gifts and home decor Sassy's: jewelry, clothing, handbags Tree House Gallery and Tea Room: antiques, collectables, soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts True Hart Boutique: clothing and accessories Wild Iris Home: home decor FOOD: Chez Michel French Market: French inspired bakery Strip Steakhouse: you guessed it, steak restaurant LIFESTYLE: 30 Minute Hit: boxing/kickboxing gym Avon Eye Design: optometry services Avon Nutrition: protein shakes and tea Clifton Barn: 1830 barn/venue used for events Railway Barbershop: you guessed it, a barbershop Salon Jia Li and Spa: hair and nails The Gym of Avon: personal training gym I did see other shops there that weren't listed on their website; I'm sure new places pops up and others move. Overall, a large shopping village/plaza with pretty much all your lifestyle needs.

It has a ton of food choices - Pick and Mix, Da Capo, Subway, Hot Heaven Pizza, Brueggers Bagels, the Grist Mill, Yogurt Fantazy, and even a liquor store (Welcome Wine and Liquors). Something for every budget and craving.. Throw in the clothing shops and hair places, some professional offices, a UPS Store, a bank, places for kiddie parties, and a terrific auto repair place (Village Garage) and you have a real multi-purpose lifestyle destination. We live nearby and are regular customers at Pick & Mix and Village Garage. It has easy access from 44/10 with several traffic light controlled entry /exit points. It's big and roomy with lots of parking spots. We love it...

Talk about an endless supply of options for flavors! When you walk in they have all the flavor…read moreoptions hanging over the register- it's actually super cute! I got a fluffernutter iced latte. It was so good! Not too sweet either! The baristas were some of the nicest people ever! We chatted about the weather and this winter while they whipped up my drink. There's limited seating inside- just one table which was unfortunately occupied. They have a lot of outdoor seating which will be wonderful now that the weather is warming up. Apparently the back part of the building is an antique shop! I didn't get to check that out as I was heading to work! The building is super adorable, plenty of parking, and a beautiful outdoor seating area! Highly recommend!

It pains me to write this, but man my pistachio latte tasted like a burnt pan and was so not worth…read morethe price. I tried to drink about a third of it and couldn't do it. I just chucked it and went across the street to Dom's for an actually well-made cup of coffee. The pistachio flavoring also tasted expired. There was no point in drinking it. It wasn't even foamy. I can make something better at home with my De'Longhi machine. And the pecan caramel bun just tasted like I was eating butter. The place itself is intriguing I guess, but I was just overwhelmed and didn't enjoy sitting there at all. The final touch was that their point-of-sale is on dialup and from a hundred years ago, so it's slow and they have a credit card minimum of $10. I could not in good conscience recommend The Coffee Trade.

While on my way to a farm stand I saw Warner Nursery & Garden Center, I decided to stop here rather…read morethan extending my drive to where I originally intended. The wide assortment of beautiful, rich, fresh and very colorful Mums instantly caught my eye. These are so big and full of volume. They had orange, yellow, red, even white, I don't think I've seen white Mums before. Of course, they also had every pumpkin under the sun, in every shape, size and color. Inside they sell gardening supplies, and decor for your garden. I thought it was interesting that they have antique jewelry for sale at this nursery. They also have a beautiful greenhouse. I really enjoyed browsing through so much of their colorful inventory. Their prices are a bit higher on the Mums. This is a lovely nursery worthy of your visit!

Warner Nursery is the only place I'll shop for trees and plants. There is a true vibrancy present…read morein the trees, that shows they're being taken care of by the staff, who are kind and dedicated to their care. If you are even slightly empathic, you'll notice the trees feel alive, rather than confused, as you find in chain stores. Equally, there is a rich and thought-provoking variety of trees/plants/bushes for native landscapes, with some that are wildlife-friendly. (I'm thrilled when I get to one end, and realize I still have rows and rows more to choose from!) The living, wholesome trees makes a difference when they get replanted, as they're more likely to adapt, and thrive. Competitively priced, and better than any nursery in the local area or online. Worth your time, just to bend the ear of the knowledgeable staff. Also has a nice store for gifts/goodies that are local (try the soap, esp.) Tie this in with a trip to Bell & Raven or Popovers for lunch a real local treat and outing on a Sunday. I'm thankful for Warner's, as I would be forced to buy online or not at all, but here, I can take my time, dream and design, with help, and beautiful trees! My favorite thing to do is to ask which trees want to come home, and see which ones bend a branch! Enjoy!
