I stopped in here to find a dress for an upcoming event. This store had quite a few options, but…read moremost weren't what I was looking for. But after some searching and trying on, I actually found two that I loved dearly, so I purchased. Before I made my purchase, I stopped by the beauty and perfume section and smelled some of the scents and at the end, purchased my two dresses and a perfume. Macy's has been known to be an upper scale store, so they are a bit pricey, but I won't complain too much. It was definitely necessary. I checked out at the perfume counter, and I felt like the only person around (which I kind was, lol), but she was fixated on me and my needs. We talked a little while I smelled some of the perfumes and at the end of it all, she walked away with a sale, and I had some items I needed. I will return to this location when I am looking for dresses and perfumes.

I told them I the style and color of the suit that I wanted. They said they will not see me because I have to have an appointment, even though the website specifically said that you accept walk ins. They said it would be a 45 minute process, which is fine and why I came in early. Yet they refused to do it even though I was the only person int he entire store and they were sitting there chatting at the register. I am really disappointed by that service, specifically because I have a wedding party of 6 people and was planning on spending over 1k for suit rentals. Really has lost its customer touch, I will be going to David's bridal.

Today the sign says 60% off and that seems crazy. How can things be 60% off if the starting price was anywhere near reality. I think it is a race to have the highest percentage off which only serves to create confusion to the consumer. I keep waiting for the day that stores quit having to have a sale all the time. What's next 90% off. This store is clean and neat and well merchandised. The changing rooms were clean and organized as well. A friendly staff awaits you to make any purchases.
