I felt that it was construed that it was a nonchalant renewal and we were a team working together to sell the bridal gown I brought in and trusted to them. I signed a contract and that was the last I heard or was reminded about their "check in" policy. I was told when I checked in the second time "you can renew as often as you like." No mention of the procedure that was supposed to be followed to check in. The dress was sold without them communicating anything to me and they went by their contract saying the dress was now legally theirs. In the end the lady worked with me a little and gave me a small amount for it but I do still feel taken advantage of. (I would have given a 1 star if she hadn't) If you do business with this company please review the contract very well and make sure you don't let them try to trip you up so they can keep your items for free.

Terrible experience. I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this. I brought my wedding…read moredress here for just a simple alteration to make it smaller and fit me. Evelyn did the FIRST alteration within a few weeks and then I came to pick it up. I tried it on and it was WAY too small, to the point where it was hard to breathe. She herself could even visibly tell that it was too small and she said to come back a few weeks later and it would be "fixed". Basically, this happened FOUR FIMES. (every trip I took an hour to get there and an hour back!!! insane waste of gas!!) Finally by the fourth time it was altered and she still had not made it the right size, I said it was fine because there was no way I was coming back again And making a FIFTH trip. What she said would take a few weeks took over two months. And finally by the end she accused me of "gaining weight". I was appalled. No, I had not gained any weight. Sweet lady but terrible service. They told her if a dress didn't flatter her...But, they said it in a nice and straight forward way. They carry a nice selection of prom and formal dresses too, as well as accessories. The customer service is definitely a plus!!

I'm on the west coast so literally all they had to do was take my measurements over the phone, order the dress then make $200 off me.... But apparently they threw in offending me for free. I gave my measurements and in a rude tone the woman commented that I'm too big for a size 4 and needed to size up. If there was literally any way I could've avoided giving them my money I would've but my love for the bride overcame and I shelled out the dough. Brides, save yourselves and your bridesmaids, don't buy here. Also, the bride had to take her dress elsewhere to get it altered to her specifications.
