Instead of receiving guidance, I was met with an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing the woman who answered the phone. The conversation felt dismissive, and rather than helping someone who was genuinely trying to understand an unfamiliar legal process, I was left feeling discouraged and unsupported. People seeking legal assistance are often already dealing with stressful and overwhelming situations. A little patience, professionalism, and compassion can make a tremendous difference. At one point, she suggested that I sell my house to cover the fees, and when I questioned her intentions, she threatened to add charges, all by email. Due to the stress and anxiety caused by Katie Limas and her team, I decided to fire her. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any positive results from my case.
