Brad knows his stuff. I bought a very neglected 2007 Rinker 320ec. I brought it to Brad thinking a complete repower was in the cards, but Brad talked me out of it. He went to work re-wiring, tuning, and basically fixing all the bits and pieces that had been so long neglected. Once he was finished, well the boat behaves like a much smaller lighter and faster version of it's self. Brad did all of this while keeping an eye on my checkbook as if it were his own, which is exactly how he treated my boat. Electrical, mechanical, repair, whatever this guy can do it. I have had a boat on LKN for 18 years and used several marine mechanics for mainly smaller jobs. I have struggled to find someone in the Cornelius service area that I trusted, and seemed to really care about servicing our boat. This past summer Brad won our business, when he took care of an engine fire we had due to poor winterizing. He handled the insurance guys (who said we were covered and then changed their minds!) and did his best to get the boat engine replaced in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend Workhorse Marine and Brad Hewitt - he came out to do some minor electric work, replace the radio, and make sure my engine was good for the season. He repaired everything and recommended replacing the starter which was badly rusted and could have failed at any time. In addition Brad was extremely easy to communicate with and was on time for our appointments. All of this at a very fair price.
