HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I don't understand how anyone could treat their customers like this! We…read morehad a 6 ft vinyl fence and double gate installed 3/25-/3/31/24. On April 18th, our left gate panel busted off of the hinges, ripping a hole in the panel. We called Jon, owner, and informed him that we needed it fixed. We were told before we had the fence installed that their work was guaranteed for a year. We were told he would be out the next day to look at it, but never showed. We contacted him numerous times and were told every time he would come out and never did. I filed a BBB complaint on May 3rd, and he called the next day. He told us he had his men schedule the week of May 6th to come out and fix the gate, but they never showed. We had to pay another fence company $950 to fix/replace gate. I then filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Complaints Department on July 23 to inform them of the issue and that I wanted reimbursed my $950 I had to pay to repair gate. He has failed to respond as of today, 9/26/24. In addition, my neighbor and I both had our fences done at the same time. She also had issues with her gate. She has reached out to Jon on a few occasions and he has also failed to respond to her.

I called their office this morning (5/2/23) and was told that they could send someone out "NEXT WEEK" . Apparently Simpson Fence is not interested or could care less......CERTAINLY NO PROFESSIONALISM !!! My advise is for folks needing fencing repair/installment is to seek elsewhere for a dependable and reliable company besides SIMPSON FENCE in Middletown, Ohio. When we first moved in to the house we just built. We wanted a large gate over 25' Each side…read moreweighed over 800 pounds. EADS bui and installed it. One side had issues with moving. EADS stayed on it and after many trips no cost to me it was fixed and hasn't moved since. Beautifu! Solar. My point is they back their work. We just had EADS install vertical wire rails over 16,000. Anothe beautiful job so pretty with a gate and hand rail. We are just please with EADS. I have sent them countless text messages thanking them. Perfect fit.
