I have seen suggestions that you try and arrive 15 minutes before your class but not the 5 minute rule. I can't control the traffic and the street repair in my neighborhood caused me to wait for my lane of traffic to move. but one minute!? I looked online for a way to reach out to the management but could find no links. I am very unhappy to lose my $30+ for a one minute error. I hope they see this and contact me. Without warning they changed the hours so you no longer have confirmed access from 6:30 to 11am (bc they no longer staff front desk so if one person is sick gym is closed - which has happened multiple times in the past three months) and have officially said the gym is closed from 8 to 11am. This also meant cancelling the 7:30 am weight lifting class. Class schedules continue to shrink but you're still paying the full price. Leadership completely ignores emails. And the gym is NOT built for women. No 7, 12, or 17lb weights available. Such a deeply disappointing experience. Coach Wilder, Cam, and Jason are the only good things left here. DONT JOIN.

I ran the 5K it was a great run through the community and back to the Y. I did not hang around for the 10AM ceremony but I walked around and checked out the vendors. Great food, music and people. I did check out the entrance of the Y during check in yesterday but didn't do a full tour. From what I observed, it's well maintained. Equipment, Restrooms and lobby were clean. I can say they will need a new building soon as the town is growing . I plan to run next year for the same race and possibly other races throughout the year.

However, the showers and restrooms are the cleanest of any Y I have ever been in (and I've seen quite a few) the gym area is clean, they have a good selection of equipment which is well maintained, and have plenty of classes.
