The crowded machine, the cost and it's not hard to feel intimidated by the many fit bodies running a hundred miles an hour and slamming down a 100 pound weight as if it's nothing. Yeah I know I'm exaggerating a bit but for me gyms are sometimes very overwhelming. After weeks of searching I came up empty handed trying to find a substitute for a gym until a friend suggested Groupon. Through Groupon I was able to find this hidden gem Newnan Fit Body Boot Camp. They offer a 3 day free trial which of course I took advantage of. You have to schedule an appointment for your first visit which might be a couple days out. It took just 1 class to confirm that I was in the right place. Forget about having to self motivate yourself on a equipment and say hello to what feels like a personal training session. The class I attended was a high intensity cardio workout with no equipment just you and your body. It was very challenging but hearing the upbeat music combined with the fitness instructor Chloe Jones motivating and pushing me, at the end of the 30mins I felt amazing! With Kunda's knowledge in every aspect of fitness and health, no workout is ever the same... He makes sure that what you do, you do right. After a one on one workout or the group high intensity training you go home with a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Kunda truly believes in you, pushes you and motivates you. I wrote a letter that stated that I had to stop my auto draft. This I mailed in so they would have a hard copy with my signature. Few days later I got a email that they got my letter. Then a few day after that I received a email saying I had to fill out a company cancellation form. So I asked them to send me the letter. Here the kicker no you have to come in and fill it out. They just want you to come in so they can give you there sale pitch. I ask them to email to me and I would fill it out and mail it to them. The one reason I went orange theory that there was no contract. You can cancel after 2 mouths. But there no contract. So I contacted corporate office and they told me to contact my local location. Now I have to contact my attorney and bank and fight this. I would of gone back when my schedule went back to normal. Now I would not recommend them. They are like a use car salesmen. But the club spin class was beyond my expectations. Great instructors that took the time to stretch with me and show me how the bike works before class. This place is literally around the corner from home which is what I had been looking for. I decided to follow on IG and download the app to see what the class offerings were. They offer a wide variety of classes in different locations. I love Zumba so I was very interested. There was a special - $20 for unlimited classes for a week. I took advantage of it. Today, I attended the 830 Zumba class. There was plenty of parking. Walked in and the studio was well lit, clean and was greeted by a warm receptionist. The Zumba instructor, Tammie, was warming up and came over to introduce herself. She was very engaging and energetic. The class was lots of fun and definitely a great workout. I thoroughly enjoyed her enthusiasm and hype dance moves. I took a friend along and she enjoyed it too. I will definitely return.

The last thing I want to do on a Saturday is get up early to work out in 100% humidity in downtown Atlanta. It was brutal. But, it was worth it. Seth and Jason did a great job with the group, and I actually felt better about my hangover from the night before. For some reason, I've gone back several times for additional punishment and will continue to do so, as long as my sister can get me out of bed.
