I would like to express how grateful I am for this gym. I have been a member for many years and absolutley love the staff, the cleaniness and the updates on equipment. In addition to this, the trainers are fabulous. I have had the opportunity to take a 6wk personal training class that I found very beneficial. The trainer was very knowledgeable, friendly, fun and professional. I also am participating in their 2 month Boot Camp Class. This class is awesome. This trainer is also very knowledgable, friendly, fun and professional! To sum it up, I would highly recommend this gym and if possible, take the Boot Camp Classes and participate with a personal trainer! Great vibe all around! read more

I actually live closer to the Powder Springs location but still actively choose to come to the Hiram location as the staff are all awesome and friendly. My husband and I joined this gym about 4 months ago at their new location in Hiram. The only reason that I joined too was because they told me that they were going to begin group classes (including Zumba) within a month. Well, it's been 4 months and still no classes. My husband asked if I could cancel my membership and just pay for one, but they told him in order to do that, they would have to charge him more up front, so it would cost the same. I have been a member of this gym for approximately 8 months. Correct, the $15/mth draws you in but that is not inclusive of the other fee that can be pretty steep. However, the gym is basic....what you see is what you get. And for me that was not bad at all. Classes would've been nice, however, I really don't think I need classes at this point in my fitness level. I just wanted unlimited access to workout equipment, and I got just that. read more

Been a member for 4 months now. Only signed up for teenage boys to work out for their sports and myself. And yes, we each paid for our own member fees. Small gym. Abundance of treadmill and elliptical. The popular equipments could be some good wait time for use. Ppl would hog it for long times and not considerate of others. No room to lay down and stretch or do exercise on floors. Elliptical and treadmill always available when we enter after 8:00pm. Restrooms always stinks. You have big screen TVs available to watch while your doing treadmill, bikes, elliptical. Going good at beginning, no crowds of groups of 3+ with teenagers and wasn't so much until after the new year but now after 8:30pm you would see each group of teenagers 3-4 ppl coming in. Supposedly there is a buddy pass but there would be groups of people entering after 8:00 and it can get crowded. Lately such a long wait for some equipments for a small gym we are considering changing gym. There's cameras everywhere so I don't see how management doesn't see the groups of teenagers coming in after employees leave. Why pay for membership when the gym is limited on popular machines as well as long wait times due to crowds? read more

They have a new location at the Hiram Pavilion...about two miles from the old location...and thank God. Better ventilation, bigger space, newer equipment...the air works!!! The new location is a lot nicer, however I still canceled my membership because it's not a full service gym. They do not offer any classes and that's what I want from a gym...yoga, zumba, aerobics, cycling, etc. Good quality gym for only $15-$19 a month...nice facility, personal trainers, tanning bed...just no classes...ugh read more

This place is crap. 1. Price is a scam, it's not $15.00 month, there's an enrollment fee, a year membership fee of 94.00, AND the monthly for the basic is not $15 as they advertise, it's $16.50. Call it a nit, but it's still a lie. 2. The place is disgustingly filthy, the equipment is never cleaned and dripping with old sweat stains. Trash all over the floor in the morning because they haven't figured out to just put a bigger trash can for people's paper towels. 3. Also, when I signed up it was only for the winter months because it's too cold to run outside - I'm a runner. They said I could put my membership on hold at anytime, no limits out guidelines. So in the spring when it got warmer I called and was then told "it takes 30 days to process AND I could only do it for 30 days. That's crap! So they lied again! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, HIRAM LIES OR KEEPS THE TRUTH FROM YOU! I'm sorry I didn't just join a regular gym with some class. At least it would have been worth my money! read more

The registration fees and packages are slightly deceiving at first. But after all is said and done - $15 a month for 24/7 gym access is an awesome deal, no matter where ya go. This one is clean and I'm pretty sure the pass grants access to all their regional gyms? (correct if I'm wrong please.) Which is an even better deal. Staff is friendly and it doesn't really matter if the other people working out are, cause everyone has their iPods in... I go in around 10pm or later and it's not packed, but I'm never alone. It's clean. It's bright. It's open all night! The people that work the desk are friendly. The patrons are nice and nobody stares.

First off, they're only getting 1 star because they do not allow for a zero!! I agree with the previous posters, this place is nothing but a scam and a rip off! I've been trying for months to close my membership, all the while money is being taken out of my bank account and I haven't set foot in the place for well over a year. Then today I'm told I must give my notice 30 days, in writing in order to close the account. Do you think they mentioned any of this when I signed up?!? Nope sure didn't! I went as far as to close the account they had access to and not only did they take money from my other account, I've also been charged late fees for it!! This place is small and humble but grand in itself. They have just the right amount of equipment, a spa , featuring tanning and massages and showers!! All this luxury otta be expensive right? Wrong!! Only 15$ a month. Got a friend visiting that isn't staying log enough to utilize a full months membership, don't level em at home with the ice cream, bring em with as a guest free of charge!! read more

I love this gym and have been a member since 2012. I have never had any problems of any kind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The personal training staff is always hard at work with their clients. The equipment is maintained regularly. The facility is clean. The air is always on. I always have access no matter what time of day. They provide some classes for those looking for that service. Tanning bed and massage bed have always been working and in good condition. I really love the "no contract" they offer. The patrons that frequent are nice and don't bother you. I recommend this gym to anyone. read more

Excellent gym! Friendly, knowledgeable staff that are more than willing to take time with you to explain the function of all their equipment and answer any questions you may have. My wife and I have been a member since 2008 and we have highly recommended this gym to several people over the years. Training, Hydromassage, tanning, free weights, newest cardio equipment, 24 HOUR ACCESS..all that you want in a gym! The prices are VERY competitive with ALL the other gyms in the area! Workout Anytime is a complete SCAM! I signed up for a membership at the Hiram location on 12/26/11 and chose the VIP Membership for $25 a month that would allow access to any Workout Anytime. My card didn't allow me to access ANY gym for the first three days. After that issue I tried to go to the Dallas, Marietta, and Douglasville locations and my card would not work at any of these gyms. I called and went up to the Hiram gym several times and was promised the issue would be fixed but it never was. Finally after getting the run around from Craig and the manager I called the home office and spoke to Cathi who told me they were having door issued and would have them resolved by 2/1/12. After 2/1/12 I still could not access any gym other than the Hiram one and called several more times to the home office. Finally Cathi admitted that they had a dispute with the owner of the Dallas Highway gym and I would never be able to access that gym. At this point I demanded a refund because I was lied to and deceived not only when I signed up and paid for 3 months and advanced but also every time I called. Cathi was EXTREMELY rude, demeaning, and unhelpful. She refused to issue a refund even though she admitted the customers were caught in the middle of a dispute between the Hiram and Dallas gym. She also hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. I have never seen a company that is so deceiving, incompetent, and rude in my life! read more

We signed up yesterday for the 2 person package. It was a great rate included the tanning and the hydro massage. We live in Powder Springs near the Brownsville Rd location, but since she was in Hiram running errands she stopped by and signed up there. WE CAN'T USE THE TANNING OR THE HYDRO MASSAGE ANYWHERE BUT AT THE HIRAM LOCATION! (Salesman FAILED to mention that little quirk)! Found that out today when I went to the Brownsville location and asked about using the tanning bed. Not all locations offer the same sigh-up rates. Powder Springs doesn't offer the package that we signed up for in Hiram. Hiram has a much better package for 2 people. If you're just looking to work out find the cheapest Workout Anytime location and sign up there and you can go to any location. If you're looking for tanning and the Hydro-Massage, remember it's ONLY available for use at the location that you signed up at, it's called your HOME CLUB. I have been a member of this gym franchise on and off for nearly 10years. this is the first time I've had any problems. I used to work out at the Dallas Hwy location and sometimes go to the Hiram location near the Mellow mushroom (MMM Pizza), as well as the Peachtree City location without incident. Not sure if we'll keep it this time I don't like being deceived. I work 2nd shift and the Big Name gyms don't offer 24/7 access. I would much rather go to L.A. Fitness, better facility, more choices including a pool, racquetball, and the wet and dry saunas. Shop around!! read more

First of all try to sell more than what really is. I do not like at all this gym. I cancel my agreement within seven days with a letter as specified in the agreement and management signed and next moth they charged me the moth I just cancelled and I have the evidence so I am going to take this to the final.
