Big gyms make me nervous and feel awkward so having a small fitness studio with so many options and 24/7 access is huge for me. If you have ever wondered about it just go try it, they give you a free session so there's nothing to lose. I have now been to 10 classes with 2 more scheduled this week. I can't wait until they add more classes so I can consistently go twice a week. When I started I was worried about the money and whether or not I would be wasting my time. The coaches and the members are incredibly friendly and the workouts are tough, but the coaches are dedicated to ensuring that your technique is perfect before they push you. That sold me! I thought I was a decent athlete, but I quickly found out that some of my form was off for some exercises and it caused me pain. Once the coaches fixed my form I was able to continue with ZERO pain! I had a knee injury for about 6 weeks that prevented me from squatting and the coaches modified the workouts for me to accommodate my injury! I was able to continue to workout while my injury heeled. Amazing! I have seen incredible results going to this gym with the help of the coaches and experienced members. The MVMNT culture has motivated me to come to gym consistently because I have fun not because I feel obligated to come. I like how I am pushed to go faster to beat myself or to add a little weight because I don't realize I am stronger, but the coaches do. I have lost 15 pounds in 6 months. I am faster. I am stronger. I eat better. And I feel motivated to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle because of the MVMNT.

All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly. Lagree can be tough but it's so rewarding. It's a full body workout and very efficient. You get an excellent mix or resistance training and cardio.
