I love the events such as wine tasting - I think it was over 60 wines; the in-depth Pilates events, they recently updated the gym equipment, the coaches are great with fabulous playlist and there are a lot of community focused events. It's a really big tennis facility so if you're in to racket sports, this is the place for you. I still have my LT membership and that being said the locker rooms need an update. Integrating to a system that allows me to schedule tennis, massages etc as well as scan into the club would make things more convenient. I don't have traditional car keys so having to carry a single tiny card with me can be a bit frustrating. They are contract based - 1 year minimum but there is definitely value if you live or work in the area.

Food $$$ & no outside food or drink allowed. Shakes taste a 5 on a scale of 1-10. After taste that keeps you from finishing the whole shake. Each shake $11- $15 Staff is nice, but limited in helping you. Price is set. Memberships very complicated. There really is no "you can go to any gym if you work aboard." each gym has specific benefits. If it doesn't match up boom not allowed. For example: NY has 14 gyms that do not allow you to go. Period! Membership offers a "all gyms" with hike up in $$$. So you pay extra for nothing. Look on line and it shows you how few gyms are interchangeable. Hot tubs need updating. Water is low so it hits you below chest with only 3 jets in the entire tub aimed at your back. Just like a motel would have.

When I started I was worried about the money and whether or not I would be wasting my time. The coaches and the members are incredibly friendly and the workouts are tough, but the coaches are dedicated to ensuring that your technique is perfect before they push you. That sold me! I thought I was a decent athlete, but I quickly found out that some of my form was off for some exercises and it caused me pain. Once the coaches fixed my form I was able to continue with ZERO pain! I had a knee injury for about 6 weeks that prevented me from squatting and the coaches modified the workouts for me to accommodate my injury! I was able to continue to workout while my injury heeled. Amazing! I have seen incredible results going to this gym with the help of the coaches and experienced members. The MVMNT culture has motivated me to come to gym consistently because I have fun not because I feel obligated to come. I like how I am pushed to go faster to beat myself or to add a little weight because I don't realize I am stronger, but the coaches do. I have lost 15 pounds in 6 months. I am faster. I am stronger. I eat better. And I feel motivated to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle because of the MVMNT.

But truly It's a great gym(this location) w/ good energy and nice vibes + ( they just added a host of new equipment that I'm not posting because again I don't want more people finding out about this location :). The desk staff and trainers are great and I always see them putting in work. They don't have a basketball court which isn't a big deal but uniformity among the gyms would be nice. I have the fitness unlimited membership and let me tell you, the Build & Burn classes are a MUST if you have fitness goals you are trying to reach. I've been going for about a month now, my body is looking better than ever, and I have not done the same circuit twice. They are constantly switching it up, and the trainers are so knowledgeable and have such great attitudes. It's HARD, but it's doable and only 45 minutes. I burn at least 500 calories each class. COVID News: The classes aren't packed at all. Everyone social distances and cleans everything after use. Trust me, you're safe. I cannot say enough good things about this gym. It's really close to having a personal trainer! If you can't tell already, I recommend!!
