I've been training with Coach Kristina for 7+ years. In addition to being a super authentic and positive person, her workouts are great! Using mostly bodyweight and a few props like elastic exercise bands and light weights, she covers all areas of muscles, cardio, and balance. It's a well-rounded workout. She also leads organized group hikes that anyone from her sessions are invited to. It's a great way to meet new people who also enjoy fitness. Kristina is everything you could want in a trainer! She is so encouraging, personable, knowledgeable, consistent, and non-judgmental. That last one is huge for my husband and me, as we both tend to be slackers and need someone to support and encourage rather than lecture when we feel like sloths! Before I started training with Kristina I mainly stuck to cardio exercises, I didn't know anything about strength training or proper form. I had also accepted my consistent back pain as part of life and was often tense from sitting and working on a computer long hours during the week. Kristina has been training my wife and I for about six months now. We met her when she subbed for an exercise class that we had been taking regularly. Needless to say, she kicked our butts during that class and we have been training with her ever since. As an anniversary gift, my spouse gave me three-personal training sessions with Kristina. Kristina took the time to discuss my goals before we met up for our first session. Each session was great. They built upon each other. I am an active person, but I needed help getting on track and addressing my healing process and maintenance of my body postpartum. I trained with Kristina for about 2 months earlier this year. She was extremely aware of my body and what I was feeling each session. She has an extensive knowledge base and experience working with a variety of conditions. After about 1 month I noticed improvements in my upper body and core strength and I was able to perform exercises/drills with less difficulty compared to the initial session. Unfortunately my time with her was cut short due to temporary relocation to another state, but I would have loved to continue on with her kicking my butt!
