Don't have dental insurance, ballin on a budget, but your teeth desperately needs a cleaning?…read more Look no further than reaching out to Concorde Dental Hygiene facility. When you call and ask to setup an appointment. You'll be added on a waitlist. Low and behold, I got a call and text from one of their students. Once scheduled, you'll only have to pay $20 CASH. You heard that right only $20!! It covers the whole year so you fan go multiple times a year scheduling a cleaning every 3 months. They only do X-Rays, deep cleaning, and regular cleanings. Tip for thought: Arrive a little early to find parking Shoutout to their friendly Instructors and students Ragad for X-Raying my teeth. Fabiola was awesome in deep cleaning my bottom whole section of my teeth, and Farzin for deep cleaning the top whole section. With a deep cleaning they numb you up real good. You might have multiple appointments so make sure you're okay to stay there for a couple of hours. Once students are all done, instructors examine their work to ensure you're all good to go! Peace Yelp Heads!

They refuse to answer your questions once you graduated, they refuse to answer your emails or calls, they are so incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. This school is horrible and is a waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE. If you speak to anyone that has gone to this school, they will say the same thing. This school is a scam and all of their staff is extremely unprofessional.

Our clinic honestly would not run the way it does without Frank. He does so much behind the scenes…read moreto make sure everything runs smoothly and it really does not go unnoticed. He is always friendly and willing to help, whether it is fixing or troubleshooting our x-ray machines when something stops working or making sure sterilization is running efficiently so our instruments are always ready when we need them. As students, having that kind of support makes a huge difference, especially on stressful clinic days. I am really appreciative of everything he does for us. Clinic would be a lot more difficult without him and we are very lucky to have him there. I also want to recognize Gabby, who is always so sweet and shows up with a smile on her face no matter what is going on. Whether she is helping import our x-rays or assisting us with getting information for vendors, she is always willing to help and truly is a star in our clinic. Our Junior Clinic Director, Professor Barnett, has been such a steady source of support for the junior class. I genuinely think a lot of us would struggle to stay afloat without her guidance and encouragement. She is honestly one of the kindest people and you can tell she truly cares about all of the students. She supports not only our education, but also our overall wellbeing and mental health, and will go out of her way to make sure we have what we need to succeed. There is no better person for this role and this program is very lucky to have her. All of the faculty have something valuable to offer if you take the time to meet with them during office hours or schedule one on ones. Professor Gray is very knowledgeable in pain control and has a precise system that really helps things click. Professor Golden brings great insight from her experience in a periodontal office. Professors Rudell and Davis are so kind and gentle when providing feedback. Professor Barrs is great at helping you manage situations and giving tools to be more systematic in clinic. Professor Adum is newer but very eager to help and always has such a positive, upbeat attitude. Professor Chebat does an amazing job breaking things down with analogies so you can really understand the material. The doctors are all very encouraging when it comes to radiographs and understand that we all have bad x-ray days. They are always willing to step in and help us make our images diagnostic so we can learn from the experience. Professor Bell is sharp and straight to the point, always giving advice that applies to real world clinical scenarios. Professor Thomas and Professor Coggan both bring a wealth of CDHA knowledge that really helps connect what we are learning in clinic to the bigger picture of our profession. I am also very thankful to the school for the opportunity to attend the CDHA House of Delegates. Director Teel is someone who really keeps things moving forward. She made it possible for us to have our clinic makeover, which has helped us feel more confident in our clinical environment. Student Services is also top notch. They recognize students by name and genuinely care about how we are doing, both in and out of clinic. It always makes my day a little better to see them, especially when I am having a tough day. Overall, I am very grateful to be part of the dental hygiene program and have the opportunity to learn from such a diverse and supportive faculty. Thank you for all the work you do for our clinic.

As a former IT guy and veteran who had drifted into IT technical writing, translation and…read morelocalization, but who had remained working in IT as a consultant, I was pleased to find a place to finally certify my knowledge and grab another degree. CIAT has several very well-designed degree and certificate programs, ranging from Data Analysis and Software Development to Networking Technology and Cybersecurity. Their program lengths run the gamut from 10-week certificate programs to BSc degrees, and all of them include preparation for and multiple attempts at industry standard and vendor certification. From the A+ to the PMP, CISSP and Azure or AWS Professional certifications, you'll find it here, and all of it transferable. If you have preexisting degrees like I do, you will likely be allowed to skip the general education portion of your studies and move right into your major curricula. No retaking courses! The support staff are flexible, reach out often and want to see you succeed, as do the quite accomplished professors. They offer online-attended (live) and self-paced, pre-recorded courses and extra short courses (including free practice software!) to prepare for your certification exams. Career support, including job placement in the industry you want to enter while you study, is available. I always mistrusted private tech colleges, but CIAT gets it right.

Expect funds to be delayed 7-14 days after any timeline they give you. My funds are distributed 9 days after the 14 day allotted distribution period. It's so devastating hearing that Because of how incompetent they are. This is what I mean stay on top of them. I want to cry it's extremely frustrating When you rely on these funds for you and your family. Staff is clueless, so no real help there If you have questions. You will get 6 different answers, there is no standard rule, or set of rules. No one knows anything. Even if you're directed to the HEAD of the department you need. Rules can sometimes change without notification. Oh you're a veteran? Stay on their ass HEAVY, call every single day about enrollment for new terms so you can get paid. Some of them will sit on your enrollment for days and you actually have to remind them to send it up. I've gotten 3 times: "Oh, I forgot, let me do that now." WTF!? i even have a girl change my exam status to hybrid the entire time when I told her I'd be online after a certain month At the start of a new term. this is not great, because I would have to pay funds back for a status i wasn't actively using I caught it last minute before the start of the next term. Would have had to pay back $5k for that. Hybrid exam -_- get someone to thoroughly explain what needs to be done. This school needs tons of work.
