Cotroneo Auto Group offers an auto detailing service, and I got my 9-year old SUV (new to me) detailed by Paco. He did a terrific job on detailing the interior of my vehicle. I could not find an area that he missed in the interior. He was very thorough. The staff (Robert, Paco, Sheila) was terrific. They are kind folks who care about service. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered their door, and I wasn't even there to purchase a car! Bryan, the GM, was incredibly welcoming and friendly...and the minute we told him we lived in Frisco, we got a history lesson that we'll never forget! Lemme just say that all of these BIG pre-owned car dealerships (and we visited NO LESS than 8, maybe more...it was miserable) could learn a thing or two from him about selling a car. No one chased me around the lot, no one blew up my email or rang my phone off of the hook. He let us look around at OUR PACE, was VERY knowledgeable on the cars we were interested in, and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. None. Let me add- they have a refrigerator in their showroom full of different sodas and water...that was literally the coldest Dr Pepper I've ever had. I'm stopping by for another one next time I'm in that part of town- and will expect more on the history of Frisco from Bryan while I'm there! Anyway, the buying process.... Yes, I am an actual customer and if you are on the fence-feel free to contact me and I will share my experience and help you find a better dealer elsewhere. There is no possible way to have a worse experience than we had buying this vehicle. I would NEVER recommend this dealership or any of the employees I dealt with-even to someone I dislike. If you still purchase a vehicle after this warning-you deserve what you get. You should expect no employee or manager to take any responsibility and you should not trust what they are telling you. They have proven time and time again that they do not care about the customer at all and are not reliable people or people who you should do business with. They're financing is not competitive, and if you use your own credit union (like I did), expect it to take around 3 weeks before you have your vehicle due to their self-serving policies. I love to write positive reviews for businesses that try hard and deliver a good product with good customer service. I rarely write a negative review but I do not want anyone else to have to go through the experience that I did. This dealership is incompetent, dishonest and overall extremely poorly run. I learned my lesson-only use established, trusted dealerships or individuals. I cannot recommend an establishment less than this one.

This was my first time contacting O'Reilly on Old Denton in Carrollton. I had a dead battery late…read morethis afternoon and needed to get the battery charged and planned to replace. It took a little longer to get the mobile person out to my home and realized I was running out of time to get the new battery today. I contacted Francisco, who could not have been more helpful and professional. He verified he had the replacement battery in stock. I said I was concerned that my car may not start tomorrow and he said they could give me a battery charger on loan. So I went to the store and he said he could put the new battery now.
