Not a good experience. It appears they just buy and sell without doing quality inspections. Looked at and like the truck I was buying, but it needed a few things fixed and new tires put on. One being it had the death wobble. They fixed those issues no problem. When I got home (out of state) I noticed oil dripping. $3300 repair invoice that I'm about to have to pay. I text GM on his cell about this issue twice because that's how we had been communicating about the initial repairs . He wouldn't respond! The mechanic would have had to work hard at not getting oil on him when he fixed the suspension. There's no way he didn't see all the caked oil. I looked under the back before buying, but not under the engine. Same thing happened to my brother in-law who bought from them $2000 in repairs because the DEF hose was crushed. 5 hours ago I bought a dodge 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 from this dealer about a year ago. Big mistake. The turbo was shot, rear differential failed, power windows did not work, transmission just failed, , it had no spare tire upon delivery, all in total about $15,000 in repairs and time lost. they have been none responsive in my request in resolving this.Also check engine light came on within the first 48 hours of driving the truck. Stay away from this dealer, its a sell at all cost dealer.....These guys buy garbage trucks that true dealers won't even touch. They smokescreen the issues on the trucks just long enough for you to sign on the dotted line. Crooks in my book taking peoples hard earned money in exchange for garbage. I was just doing some poking around on the old interwebs and saw a Factory Five Racing cobra they have listed on eBay motors for $129,500. This particular vehicle caught my attention and I knew I had seen it before. I saw this vehicle at the Barrett Jackson auction in the 2017 Scottsdale Arizona auction. It sold there for $33,000. Now this place has it listed for $129,500!!! It's the exact same vehicle right down to the VIN number. I did a little chat on the computer and asked if they could justify the $96,500 mark up. At first I was told I was mistaken, then I was told the vehicle was sold. If you're looking at this vehicle to buy it, do your research with the 2017 Scottsdale Az Barrett Jackson auction results. It is Lot number 505 in that auction. If In fact the vehicle was sold and the new owner reads this, hopefully you can recoup some of the money they ripped off from you. Buyer beware!! read more

Well if I could give no stars I would. Well I did my online research and this place seemed a little expensive. That being said the online price dropped by $4,000 putting the price of the vehicle I had been looking for at the right price point. I went to the dealership cash in hand $29000, well check. I planned to test drive and buy. As my friend and I got out of my truck we were met by a short chubby guy, it was the middle of the day, we were the only ones on the lot. Even though I parked in an area out of the way close to the vehicle I was looking at, he ask me to park in an actual parking spot. I said "no problem, it was just easier for me to park here." His response as I was climbing into my truck was not appropriate. I told my friend " let's go" we went to Rockwall and bought my second choice. Just because they shine it up, you better pay attention. I spoke over a few days with a very nice gentleman who talked to me about a truck I saw on their website and made plans to visit. The truck was priced in a category as if it was in excellent shape. Even the guy I spoke to assured me the truck needed nothing. That is clearly not the case. He told me they looked over the truck, not true. It had cracked hoses, body damage and the rear end creeked so loud it sounded as if the bed was going to fall off. He could have been more honest about the condition before I wasted my time coming there. And when you uncover these items and the Mgnt says they will work with you to fix these things... Hey! I had several to choose from between Texas Motorcars and two others- one a dealership and the other a used car superlot. The finance agent was helpful with options about warranties and such. In addition, the CarFax vehicle report was provided free of charge as well. They were gracious when I went in close to closing time to see the vehicle in person and were just as gracious when it was time to pick it up and it was close to their closing time. They had the paperwork ready to sign and had me on my way in less than a half hour. Rene was my salesman- he's very pleasant and helpful. I bought a 2002 F150 for my son as his first truck and immediately regretted my decision the check engine light was on and we couldn't pass inspection so of course they couldn't give us the registration without the inspection so within the first week of the purchase the truck was in their mechanic shop the salesman was super nice and provided us a loaner but this should be expected the said they had to replace the O2 sensor and it passed inspection but what do u know a month or so later check engine was back on I decided to take it to my own mechanic who told me they never replaced the part!! Since my purchase I have had to get the O2 sensor replaced the converter the fuel pump and now the transmission went out! I was robbed and I suppose I have no one to blame but myself for purchasing a truck w no warranty and trusting they perform some type of maintenance checks on their trucks before they hit the sales floor! So I live in Phoenix and have been looking for a 2011-2015 one owner Chevy LTZ white 3500 dually 4x4. I know, specific, but that is what I wanted to pull my 44' toy hauler. I found a few in the Phoenix area that sold well above market value in only a few hours on the market. I expanded my search to include Texas, Nevada, New Mexico, California, etc. I have friends in nearly all large cities in these states that I trust, so felt comfortable in purchasing site unseen, as long as one of my friends would go test drive and look it over. I found exactly what I was looking for at Texas Motorcars (well below the price point that I could find the same truck here in Arizona or anywhere else for that matter) that was just offered for sale, I immediately contacted the dealership, and started talking to Rene. I told him I want it, I just need to have my friend come take a look at it. My friend gave me the 9.5 out of 10 rating, and I placed a deposit down on the truck. Rene held the truck for me until the following weekend with the small deposit, where I flew out to Dallas to finish the purchase and drive it home. Upon arrival, the truck was in perfect condition, took it for a test drive, all was good. The process at the dealership was painless and quick. I did purchase an extended warranty at a good price, made the final payment, and jumped in the truck and started the drive home. All was good. There was a minor issue I had with the truck I notices the next day, and I texted Rene, he and Texas Motorcars worked with me to solve / fix the issue fairly and make me happy. Keep in mind, I am now 1,200 miles away, and Rene answered every text message almost immediately, and worked with me to get everything taken care of. The dealership is super clean (almost like a luxury car new car dealership), the staff was friendly, and the process was super easy.
