"First this house is more beautiful than the pictures! Then World Class properties (especially employee Nick) is EXTREMELY helpful. Nick not only set the house up for our arrival but was available for questions through the week. Helped us with the grill and fire pit. Felt like family when we left. Second, the owners of this house put A LOT of love in it. They gave thought to everything. Tupperware for picnics, crazy stocked kitchen and bar area, q-tips, shampoo, tissues and so much more. I felt so at home without having to run out and get everyday items. Thank you to this awesome owner! The beds were comfortable (no divots from being old) the pillows were a bit big but I borrowed one from the guest bedroom and it was fine. The bathroom is amazing with heated floors and great water pressure. Large bathtub in master had jets but unfortunately I did not have time!! The backyard was great for grilling and sitting out by the fire pit. The private beach was charming for sunsets. The fireplace has temp controls so only on when you need it. Place was magnificent! I stay at a lot of VRBOs and this one has been the absolute best all around. Only negative (which is NOT a big deal) was the polite paper was tough. lol. Stay Away - Horrendous and Unsafe This property was a complete nightmare, and I can't stress enough how terrible the experience was. Every bad review you see on this platform is absolutely spot on--believe them. Here's what we went through: 1. Blood Everywhere: The absolute worst part of our stay was finding dried blood all over the bathroom. It wasn't a small area--it was in multiple places, creating a serious biohazard. This is beyond disgusting and extremely unsafe. No one should ever have to deal with this on vacation or at any rental property. 2. Neglected Cleaning: When the cleaner finally arrived, she admitted she hadn't cleaned the property in two weeks, and she hadn't washed the blankets in that time either. It was shocking. She also mentioned that the owner underpays and overworks her, which clearly explains the horrible state of the place. The owner doesn't care about cleanliness, safety, or the well-being of their staff. 3. Plumbing Issues: The downstairs shower didn't drain, and on top of that, water was leaking into the bar area. We had to constantly clean up to prevent further damage. Do yourself a favor and avoid this property at all costs. It's not just dirty--it's downright dangerous. Saw negative reviews and regret not believing it!!!!! We booked a South Lake Tahoe property via VRBO this past weekend (8/27-8/29). Many days before arrival, we called to get a refund because of the Caldor Fire. We felt NOT SAFE since the news and law enforcement were telling people to leave/evacuate. The air quality was hazardous (500). Long story short, after multiple days of trying and multiple hours on the phone, they decided to give us partial credit back for our next stay. Their reasoning was because there was no official evacuation order, so they can't issue a refund. Throughout the weekend and onto the following week, the Caldor Fire got worse-cars melting, air quality worsening, etc...WE COULD OF BEEN CAUGHT IN THIS HORRID, DEATHLY situation!!!!! We called again to ask for a refund and "RAY" said no and World Class Property Management will only give FULL refunds now after bookings of 8/31. We asked why is it ONLY after 8/31 IF the Caldor Fire and evacuation already started. We thought it was unfair!! He responded it's because there's an official evacuation order since 8/31. Still not satisfied and thinking it's SO UNJUST, we repeated our reasoning again HOPING "Ray" would change his mind...but RAY purposely hung up on us and dodged our callbacks!! SOOOOO IMMATURE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He only picked up again because we threatened to report it to the news. However, it was still the same response- partial credit for our next stay. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The property manager, Jeren, was by far the most crude, condescending man I've ever spoken to. Don't just take my word for it, as of 1/21/22, 16 of the 43 Yelp reviews are ONE-STAR reviews. That's FORTY PERCENT of customers who are extremely unsatisfied. So why are they unsatisfied? Let me pull a few quotes. "The entire city is literally on fire [Caldor fire], and no refund." "Phone call was rude, rash, unprofessional, condescending, and cold." "We had the worst experience dealing with Jeren Gunter... He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and nearly ruined our trip because of his attitude." Now that you understand the type of company you're dealing with, let me explain my situation. My friends and I planned a Tahoe ski trip in Dec 2021. We were super excited until the night before, when we heard about a road closure due to a snowstorm for both the I-80 and Highway 50. I promptly emailed Jeren with documentation (screenshots of the official road closure notification & severe weather warning) only to have him dismiss the warnings and claim that "it will open up tomorrow." Guess what happened? It didn't open the next day... except for a short 1-hour window. I suppose we could've gotten there if 1) we lived 1 hour, not 7 hours, away 2) we had a crystal ball and could've perfectly timed the exact 1-hour window in which the roads were open 3) we were comfortable driving through a literal snowstorm. The live video of the snow was insane; I personally knew people who were snowed in and unable to leave Tahoe. The fact that Jeren expected us to arrive despite these conditions was not only unreasonable, but literally impossible. To make matters worse, despite very cordial, professional email correspondence on my end (again, with evidence of road closures), Jeren replied in barely-formed half sentences that didn't even acknowledge my proof, but rather spewed denial that the roads were closed at all. Jeren then proceeded to call me out of the blue and talk over/berate me. I have NEVER been talked to like that in my life. I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. Of course, there was no refund or credit. I sincerely hope that no one has to deal with this group again. Please consider this warning! We had some major issues with our vacation rental in Lake Tahoe, and although this company efficiently handled the problems, their attitude was one of impatience, bordering on rude, and actually insulting to a member of our family. They never apologized for the condition of the home, and generally seemed put out that they had to take care of some problems. The owner even told me that i would not enjoy talking with him because he is not a nice person. Their website says they personally check each property before every rental. Not true, because our house was filthy from bathroom construction. This was not a first class luxury rental, also stated on their website. Beware!! read more

We stayed at one of the properties over the weekend in Tahoe. The reservation was super easy, great app that explained everything and multiple emails and messages to ensure our stay was smooth. There were a few minor concerns that I had, which I communicated with Heidi. Heidi was very professional, answered phone calls promptly and helped out as much as she could. I was then referred to Jeren who sincerely considered my concerns and took great care of me. Their customer service is certainly World Class and I look forward to renting from them again in the near future. World Class, more like Low Class!! This property management company have no regards for their guests/customers! For a business that has been around over 13 years and have done 13500 bookings, you would think they have better customer service. We booked a property via VRBO for this past weekend (8/27-8/29). Unfortunately, the Caldor Fire happened and we wanted get a refund as we didn't feel safe staying (some folks had respiratory problems -asthma, etc.). We called many days prior to our arrival and even up to the very morning/noon of arrival (Fri 8/27). World Class Property Management stated "since there's no official evacuation order, we cannot issue a refund." However in the news + South Lake Tahoe law enforcements were telling folks to not come to South Lake Tahoe, please evacuate, and to note, the air quality was ~500 (hazardous). We were on the phone for hours until the World Class team said they would give us partial credit back for our next stay. Since this was only 3-4hours prior to check in, we felt pressure to take it.  Fast forward (Tues 8/31)....... Throughout the weekend, evacuation warnings continued to happen, cars were being melted, smoke intensify, and more people evacuating South Lake Tahoe + Zephyr Cove. We see on the news that multiple folks were experiencing similar situations with hosts/property managers and Vrbo. There was an article on Kcra.com that stated hosts were issuing refunds because of this similar situation. I decided to call World Class Property Management, and was managed to talk to a guy name "Ray". I explained the situation in the most polite way. "Ray" told me they were issuing refunds now for any stay beyond today (Tues 8/31). I asked since we only got partial credit back, can we get a full refund? Ray immediately said no. I asked him what changed since Friday to Tuesday, and he stated that there's evacuations now. This is incorrect information as evacuations were being made since mid of last week, throughout the weekend. Ray also said that Zephyr Cove was not under evacuation, and is still not under evacuation (this makes no sense. Then why are you issuing refunds now if there's no official evacuation?)  When I reiterated to Ray what he said with why World Class Property Management can't issue a refund, he simply hung up on me. I tried calling a few times (no answer), and then decided to leave a voicemail stating I'm going to bring this up to the news. I called one more time, and surprised, Ray picked up. I went on to explain my situation, and Ray said since we agreed to take a partial credit back, there's nothing they can do.  Overall, this company is horrible. I have visited Tahoe many times, booked through vrbo, and other property management, but World Class Property Management is by far the worst.  I hope the extra $2000 in your pocket is worth losing a bunch of customers. read more

When Calder fire came with orders of evacuation and all these hazardous road side warnings and news outlets expressing the air quality had reach 500 the host seem to not care for giving renters their hard earn money back. There are lives at stake, there are people with respiratory health problems like asthma that have their health as a priority. So why isn't the host considering that ? Is money their priority? Although I am frustrated by all the phone calls trying to get a refund I am more disappointed than I am upset, to see the greed and the selflessness of the host. 0/5 would book again. This place has potential we stayed at the cozy Aspen Lake Tahoe, the unit we stayed in was nice but as you took a closer look the unit wasn't cleaned as it should be. The couches in this unit were dirty. They had stains and even CRUMBS of food from the people that where their prior. The walls were dirty with finger prints and stains that looked like it could have been hair dye. The main entrance door also was filthy didn't look like it was cleaned because again had dirty finger prints. I personally had to go in and clean after the mess the people prior to us had made because this unit wasn't cleaned to perfection! Specially with covid 19 I really didn't expect to run into this problem. Our first night was quite when Saturday came we had people staying above us that were extremely loud! They plaid loud music until 4 A.M. Sounded like they had multiple people in their unit someone even jumped their balcony and ran out in the snow shirtless!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I stay again when we come back! Specially if your goal is to have a peaceful stay, theirs a lot of young kids that stay here to party. They are far from world class they need to work on their cleaning strategies during this current pandemic. In addition the property manager was not a very pleasant individual to deal with. Really, really pleased with the home we rented over NYE for a party of twelve and how smooth the process was with World Class Property Management. I found the property listed on various rental sites, and found that HomeAway offered the best deposit and refund policy. I reviewed the contract, which seemed very reasonable, and booked the property two months before our stay. I received our security deposit refund within two weeks after our stay. Based on my experience, I would conduct business again with WCPM. I also highly recommend the property we rented, described below, and would definitely stay there again (summer or winter!). The home, Granite Springs (SL145) off Rosewood Circle (Stateline, NV), was beautifully renovated with a really nice layout and came with excellent amenities (more than was expected). It was also affordable compared to other older homes with astronomical rates during the same time. The decor was warm and inviting and the kitchen and baths were updated with granite. The hot tub was fully functional, the heating in the home worked perfectly in the snowy weather, and the gas fireplace roared nicely during dinner time. The home came with tons of towels, comfortable beds, clean bedding, dishware, place settings, cookware, a laundry room, cooking utensils, trash bags, spotty wifi (due to overload), cable television in every room, and some basic cooking ingredients. This particular home is also conveniently located within ten minutes to the casinos and has two Safeways flanking it within two miles in either direction on Highway 50. This made it much easier to navigate to and from the home given the heavy snow/snowfall during the holidays. Our group was able to make daily grocery runs to cook breakfast and dinner for the duration of our stay. Our group was fairly respectful of the rental contract. One of the stipulations was no shoes in the house which was impossible given the snowy conditions. We laid towels out at each doorway to keep the home clean and for people to remove boots there. Our group also spent the night before checking out cleaning the home and putting things back in order (e.g. re-setting the dining table after beer pong). We reviewed the policies and adhered to check out procedures, including taking the tons of garbage bags (liquor bottles and beer cans) out to the garage. We re-set the beds and as a courtesy put all soiled linens in the laundry room. As we were pulling out of the court at check out time, I believe we saw Heidi pull up to the home to conduct a property check. She later emailed me asking if someone wanted their red pajama bottoms back and if so, she would ship them back (postage charged). Oops. No thanks. read more

He generously offered a full refund due to unforeseen circumstances. This company is anything but Wold Class! We rented a house from them in the Tahoe Keys. The pictures on VRBO looked amazing. Unfortunately, we arrived to a dirty, unkept, broken down house that needed a lot of work. There were dirty dishes in the dish washer, cobwebs throughout the house, large holes in the deck and dock, and not enough towels for all the guest. We contacted World Class and they said they'd send someone out the next day. They didn't. They called back and said the lumber yard is closed. It's advertised as a 4 bedroom place with a pullout sofa. We booked with 5 couples. The pullout sofa was completely broken and unable to use. The couple that was supposed to sleep of the pullout ended up on the floor. It was a disastrous experience. When we called World Class, they asked to not write a review until they could research the issues and get back to us with how they were going to make it right. They refunded our deposit. That's it. When we called, he basically said too bad, you're not getting anything for your troubles. Anything but World Class! He continue to say that no other guests had complained and they planned on replacing the deck in September. The deck was a hazard! It should have never been rented in that condition. And, they had done some patch work, so they obviously knew about the condition of the deck. The cleaning service needs to be fired. With the number of cobwebs and the dirty dishes, they obviously do a terrible job on the reg, not just a one time screw up. One couple found a half drank water bottle in their made bed. We couldn't trust at that point the bed had clean sheets. Disgusting! This was our first time renting from World Class and it will definitely be the last. If you are considering using them for property management, I'd reconsider or be willing to do a lot of personal spot checks. read more

Do NOT use this company! I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this company will screw you over. With the current fires forcing mandatory evacuations at Lake Tahoe, it's obvious that my friends and I can't go on our trip. "World Class" doesn't care. They tell us the best they can do is a 50% refund or a $600 fee in order to receive a credit. I'd understand if this trip cancellation was our fault, but the entire city is literally on fire! Our group booked a stay over the past weekend but due to fire concerns, evacuation orders for towns right outside of Lake Tahoe, and hazardous air quality (AQI 500+!!), we decided our lives are not worth a weekend trip there. There were travel advisories to the South Lake Tahoe area and they urged tourists not to go because the Caldor fire was literally miles away from the basin. The host expected us to disregard the warnings and air quality and still go. Mind you, there are no AC on the property and how would we deal with the smoke and heat, with our lives? We have people with asthma and with air quality like that, it is dangerous for even people without respiratory issues! We tried to talk to VRBO and the host but got the runaround. This weekend was supposed to be special, but because of the disaster that the state is in, we had to change our plans last minute and cancel it. They weren't even considerate enough to give us a refund and so we had to eat the cost of the property. What kind of service is that? Absolutely incredible customer service by Jeren the owner! Our family had a property booked in Lake Tahoe and unfortunately we ran into an unexpected problem with timing. It was an impossible situation as we were past our cancellation date - Jeren went out of his way to offer suggestions and come up with alternative ideas for us and in the end took all the stress away and came up with a fantastic idea so it all worked out! In today's world finding this kind of customer service can be a challenge at best - especially right now when our world is so uncertain and changing constantly! After they received a mediocre review from us they went on my VRBO and gave us a poor rating as guests. Laughable. We left our place one night early because the house had no ac even though it says it online and only provides two fans (one we put together ourselves) for three story house. So shady that they give an untruthful review about guests just because of their flaws. Update: 15-20 minutes after posting this review, I got a confrontational phone call from world class property management, questioning how I live in my personal home. Quite insulting. Plus text messages. Yikes even more unprofessional then I thought. Harassing much? Update Number 2: Again laughable that this would be your top 10 worst. Me: 402308 Jeren Gunter: That's not the right number. You're missing a number. Me: 402308. Jeren Gunter: Nope. Still missing a number. Me: Well that's the number that is listed. Jeren Gunter with condescending attitude: No. What does the headline say? Me: 7 Bedroom Spacious Home is Located Minutes to Heavenly Sl230. Assuming it's that last number. Jeren Gunter: It's available. When do you want to book it for? Me: Sorry you weren't very clear about which number to read as the listing on VRBO has a different number. Jeren Gunter: What? Me: *Repeats self* Jeren Gunter: Well you can go to the website rentattahoe.com and book through there. Me: Ok, great. Thanks! This ended with a cold goodbye. Well the conversation on his end didn't even thank me, offer any more help or a feel free to call me sort of thing. I'm sure there's a great turnaround and plenty of people willing to rent this place, but as with anything, customer service goes a LONG way. Future renters, just be aware what you are in for. 1 star is being generous... Book with these guys...if you want to have a horrible experience during your stay. With all the beauty, serenity, adventure and activities Tahoe has to offer, dealing with this management company effectively nullifies the relaxing / fun trip you'll have planned. While the house we stayed at afforded amazing views of the lake, the pros end there. Whilst attempting to communicate issues regarding the property after inspection upon arrival, they immediately took a standoffish tone, insinuating we had broken certain appliances. We had a toddler with us as well, and, while the view from the deck was stunning, the railing at the edge of the deck was loose and shaky. This on a deck that was a good 15 feet off the ground. All it would have taken was for their maintenance person to tighten a few bolts and that would have been that. I have had many pleasant experiences dealing with other property management companies in the area that make sure the house they're renting out is in good shape, along with providing superior customer service. I highly advise against dealing with World Class Property Management. read more

What an experience. The stay was great. We booked the house through AirBnB and the house was beautiful and even exceeded our expectations. It's what happened after our stay that completely ruined it. We checked out on Sunday and on Tuesday, I received a request through AirBnB for $150. The message thanked me for my patronage and then asked what I had done to the hot tub. It was stated that the tub had to be drained, refilled, and deeply scrubbed twice and the filter had been changed. Now, I'm not sure exactly what has to be done to damage a hot tub that badly (or why you would drain it again after you've already cleaned and refilled it), but we definitely did not do that. We read in the contract that if the hot tub had to be drained for any reason, it would be a $150 charge, so we made a point to be respectful. After receiving this notification, I asked for specifics about what they were accusing me of. The claim then went up to $202 and I was relayed a message from the "licensed hot tub cleaner" that used phrases like "trashed," "freaking nasty," and "abuse" to describe the state of the hot tub. He even lamented that it "may never be the same again." Still, zero specifics about what was actually wrong. Also, no official invoice was provided, just a 2-sentence message from the guy. I responded with a detailed description of every time the hot tub was used during our stay, reiterated that absolutely no abuse occurred, and asked for photographs of the damage. I then didn't hear anything for over 48 hours, until the claim was updated back to $150 with a message stating that they had "gotten it back down" to $150. So, I was accused of damaging the hot tub, asked for proof, and then suddenly I owed them less money... Nothing suspicious about that... I was told that if I still wanted to dispute it, I would have to have a call with someone named Jeren and the hot tub guy, but I was warned that hot tub guy was already pretty upset about all this, so I should just be aware of that if I wanted to go down that route. So I was basically advised to just pay the $150 to avoid having to deal with a pissed off hot tub cleaner. For about a week, I would ask for pictures of the damage, my request was completely ignored, and I was told I would have to speak with Jeren if I wanted to dispute further. Finally, after 3 fruitless requests for pictures, I stated that I had no interest in continuing any conversations about this or paying for anything until I saw pictures of the damage I was being accused of. They then deferred the decision to AirBnB. Two weeks of nothing go by and finally they submit an "invoice" to AirBnB for the damage and a few things jumped out at me... 1. It was a PDF that could easily be created from the internet by anyone for anything. I googled "invoice template" and turned up the exact same template. 2. The date on the invoice was July 26th for $150, but cited work completed on the 27th. Plus, the message requesting $202 was sent on July 28th. So they clearly manipulated the numbers and don't understand how invoices work. 3. The cleaning company listed is "Mountain Pool and Spa" in Stateline NV... and according to the internet, the company doesn't exist. They had a PO Box listed as their address (sketch) and googling that turned up a company called BMP Construction... Soooo, yeah... It would appear that they created a fake invoice to try to stick me with this bill. Also, they never produced a single picture of the damage. Luckily, the people at AirBnB are smart and I just received confirmation that they would not be honoring this company's request for my money. This all conveniently took long enough that the review window on AirBnB closed, so I can't share this experience with the people on that site. However, judging by some of the reviews on there and here, I'm definitely not the first person they've done this sort of thing to. My advice would be to take pictures of absolutely everything before you leave, to avoid this sort of ridiculous back and forth. This whole process lasted a month after the stay and was pretty annoying. Whether it's them or their pool cleaner that fabricated this whole scenario, these just aren't the most reputable people to deal with. Stay away. read more

What a garbage company and organization. I have rented in Tahoe many times for family trips and other rentals and this is unacceptable. 2.5 STARS On the outside the cabin looked spectacular, but on the inside there were many problems that prevented us from having an enjoyable trip. Decided to come out here with a group of 8 friends. The property we rented was cabin 106 on Ponderosa drive. Gonna start off with positives. When stepping inside you get a real homey feel. As you continue to walk around you get that the place is very spacious (3 stories): 5 bedrooms each having a bathroom (with a shower), a bar, 3 balconies, a game room (with a pool table), and a nice setup with the kitchen area to dining room. The game room and living room both had 60 inch flat screens. Three fire places that helped warm up the house: one in the dining room, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom. Now with the negatives. -Power kept going out in certain rooms: from one of the bedroom bathrooms to a whole room with out power. When we called to asked about what was going on, we spoke with a gentleman named Jeren. As he was talking to my friend he was very impatient and inconsiderate when giving directions. It was as if he were talking down to my friend making her feel uncomfortably inferior. Jeren made her look for a reset button when clearly there wasn't one there at the breaker in the garage. -We constantly had problems with cable and wifi. Trying to watch the good ol ball game and the power goes out?!? Come on man! Although we had a 60 inch flat screen in the game room, we didn't have any cable on it the entire trip... Come on now! While we're on the topic of the game room, the toilet had a hard time flushing and was constantly running water from it into the bowl. -The jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not drain properly. So water was stuck in the tub for a good 15-20 minutes. -The front door was jammed when trying to unlock it with a key. So most of the times we would have to doorbell to get inside the house, making the key completely useless. -The heater of the house was very patchy. At times it would work and at times it wouldn't. Some mornings we would wake up freezing cold. The thermostat for the heater was located in a very inconvenient spot: in a random room. What if the door is locked to that room because the person in there wants to take a nap or what if the door is unlocked with a napping person. Wouldn't want to bother or wake them. Ultimately, we all had a pretty good trip, but there were many features to the house that gave us a hard time. And let's not forget about how much of an ass Jeren was to us. PS: Upon entering and exploring the house the dust was overwhelming everyone causing most of us to get the sneezes. So much for that cleaning fee.. Smh read more

Had a Great experience we originally had rented a condo that needed to be renovated last-minute probably due to the fires or something not working properly they quickly found us another condo with more space closer to the strip and within our price range. The condo turned out to be even better than I had hoped clean spacious and comfortable. I really need to know where that couch was bought at that the owners have, do dreamy! (ZC465) We stayed in Zephyr Cove, and our large group of 12 had a great time. Lots of extra space, everyone had their own rooms, and there was great space in the common areas too. I agree with some previous reviewers that the house definitely had a "lived in" feel, but it was cozy, and clean and everything worked great! We loved all the game rooms, and the kitchen was really well-stocked for cooking, eating in. The huge yard and wrap-around deck were great features too, even if the weather was a little chilly to be outside, especially at night! But hot tubs were definitely utilized! Great location too-- nice neighborhood, super close to the lake and casinos, and near grocery stores and Starbucks!! The contact I had with management was professional and responses via email were very prompt, no problems at all. Thanks for a great weekend, we will definitely be back! read more

Our group of six stayed in a condo right near Heavenly ski resort, and we were quite impressed with both its location and interior features. The place is tucked away on a quiet road with a breathtaking view of the sunrise every morning. Neighbors in the building are extremely friendly and generous. We could ski in and ski out without having to walk more than 10 minutes to the chairlift. The place we stayed even has an elevator for easy access while carrying ski equipment. The inside of the two-story condo is just as remarkable. It has a homey atmosphere. The modern kitchen and the cozy dining nook are my favorite features. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, which are nice and clean as well. Spiral staircase adds a bit of fun. Plus there's wifi and cable! Hopefully my family and I will be returning sometime soon! read more

I would give less than one star if I could. They straight up LIED on their AirBnb ad for a home in lake village. They advertised it with 6 beds and it only had 4. They were rude and the person you book with isn't even the person you deal with. Terrible experience. I shared all the pics and proof with AirBnb and they still would not take any responsibility. We had an absolutely stellar experience working with Jeren and World Class Property Mgmt. From the beginning to the end of our stay, he was professional, kind and highly responsive. When we couldn't get someone to watch our small dog and he allowed us to take him with us so we weren't inconvenienced. After checking into the most incredible lakefront home in Zephyr Cove, we needed a couple of things. We couldn't get our iPhones or laptops to connect to WiFi. He responded right away in getting one of his onsite mangers to walk me thru resetting the router. Worked like a charm. Later that night, one of the rooms' cable boxes didn't work so the next day he sent his onsite manager came over and he replaced it. He even let us check out later than the normal time, which meant a lot of us, as it was our son's 11th Bday. My family and I have traveled to many destinations and really appreciated how helpful and service-oriented Jeren was. We will definitely look forward to using his company again. read more

This review should be 0 stars instead of 1. We rented a property in Zephyr Cove from this management company. First off, I would like to mention that the property had a gorgeous view of South Tahoe. However, that's as good as it gets. My biggest complaint I have is with management and their attitude. I have rented cabins all throughout Tahoe for my family's annual trip for the past 6 years without ever running into any issues. I received the rental contract which gave the typical guidelines. There is a section that in bold letters, states that report any issues with the house immediately upon arriving so that the renter (me) will not be liable for those issues during checkout. Of course this is standard and I understood. Upon checking in the garbage disposal didn't work. I called management and told them the issue. Right away, they sounded unhappy and had a very accusing tone as if we broke it. They were not courteous at all and it took me off guard. I worked with them over the phone and we eventually figured out to press a reset button on the disposal and it worked fine. The refrigerator was the next issue on the list. Without any exaggeration, it took about 24 hours for the temperature to get to where it was. I understand it takes time to get the temp down after adding a bunch of goods. But the refrigerator looked about 20 years old and it needed to be replaced. The biggest problem we had was the washing machine which was on the 2nd floor. We did a load after 2 days and we noticed that the first floor bathroom was flooding with water from the ceiling. Basically, the output rubber hose from the washing machine was not hooked on properly and the water was flooding downstairs. I called management again, and they had a very angry and accusing tone. I merely called to report the incident. The man I talked to was not courteous at all and kept repeating that it was fine before we moved in. Of course I get irate and unhappy. Why the hell would I unhook the rubber hose or do anything of that nature? We had a 2 year old running around the house which we wouldn't want to endanger. The logical explanation is that maybe the hose fell off the wall which makes sense because there are no damn screws or parts holding it in place. I just wanted to report the incident and not have a man accusing me of any foul play. All in all, my family did not enjoy our stay with this management property. Their attitude and professional courtesy is non-existent. If you're not happy with your job, do something else. We paid good money to have a nice vacation which wasn't enjoyable through this company. read more

This review is based on the property management company owner, the rude, unprofessional, accusing, impatient, gentleman. He called me the day we checked out and right from the start, his tone was accusatory. He blamed us for destroying property: the grill and the trashcan. Here is what happened... When we opened the bbq cover, the grill itself was pretty used, doesn't look like it was cleaned from the previous renter. We had to scrape some of the old residue off but even then, it didn't look sanitary so we put foil on top to grill our food. Anyway, when we opened it, we saw charcoal and ashes, we also saw the propane tank as well. Confused as we were, we went with the charcoal. He accused us of using charcoal in a gas grill. When I tried to explain to him that there was charcoal in it, he said, "Those are lava rocks." Ok, fine, those are lava rocks, but I know what used charcoal AND ASHES look like, too. I said, "Ok, but there was ALSO char..." He interrupted me and raised his voice, "NO, THOSE ARE LAVA ROCKS!" He did this about 2-3 times as I tried to explain to him, but nope. He did not let me talk. I'll let that go. Second, he tried to accuse us of using the trashcan as a fire pit. He said, because there are smores sticks in there." Yes, we made smores but we made it on the bbq grill! Why was there a smores stick in the trash? Because it is a trashcan so we throw trash in it! I can see why he would think we used it because there was already wood in the trashcan. He charged us $100 of our deposit to "repair" and "clean" the bbq grill. Honestly, I think $100 is unreasonable due to the circumstances that the charcoal in the grill was misleading. But, we used it but "we weren't supposed to." Also, the trashcan that already had wood in it was also blamed on us. Now, the question is, WHY would we purposely jeopardize our deposit? Had we known that this was STRICTLY a gas grill, we would have used it as a gas grill. I really wished I would have took pictures. As a matter of fact, i remember telling myself, "i should take a picture of this just in case." but unfortunately and regretfully, I didn't. This situation could have been handled a lot better and more professionally. It was really upsetting and it left a bad, un-salvageable impression of this company. If I could, I would give HIM negative stars. On a lighter note, Heidi was great. She was friendly and professional! Two lessons learned: -Take pictures of ANYTHING that you question. - Never book with World Class Property . read more

Went up for a getaway weekend. Stayed in Stateline on Jack Cir. Snow kept us confined to the house, but that was fine. Great rental property. We had 10 people stay over the course of 4 nights and everyone fit comfortably. All the amenities were in perfect working order. Perfect location, no super close neighbors.
