Came here to help my friend rent her snowboarding equipment. Found them through Googlr and Yelp with best rates in town. The other rentals pricing are on par with the ski resorts pricing and this place seem to be better. They even have a policy where if you have issues with the rental-- call them and they will come to you on the mountain to adjust the equipment. Very cool! Also, they allow you to pick up a day earlier (after 3pm) but only charge for days you rent. So if you wish to rent for Friday and Saturday, you can pick it up Thursday afternoon! All rentals must be returned by 5:30PM. We rented 2 days of snowboarding boots & board with bindings. Filled out form online, checked in upon arrival with another form and paid. It was $69 for 2 days of rental. They are currently offering a mid-week deal of $21.99 for minimum of 2 days rentals (not weekends)! Employees were very friendly and helpful. Thanks!!!! read more

This was only my second time skiing, the first time I barely made it thru my 2 hr lesson because I was in so much pain from my boots which I rented at the mountain. This was not a great experience. The rates advertised on their website were false and were actually double the rate when we picked up our reserved equipment. Additionally I was given too big of ski boots which hurt me to the point of not being able to ski the second day we had of lift Passes. When telling this to the owner of the shop when returning our equipment, he was incredibly unhelpful and slightly aggressive. He scolded us and said " did we not tell you to call if you had any problems?!" But not once was it explained that the employees would be able to come to the mountain and be of assistance? The rest of the staff followed suit and were also extremely rude. 100% will not be coming back nor recommending this place to anyone read more

We always rent seasonally but this year with COVID we were late getting started. We went to Colorado that stopped renting seasonally, we went to Equipe that literally wanted double the normal seasonal rate. I emailed Mirek at World Class through this site and he got right back to me with a great price,we went right over and he was awesome! I can't understand the lower rating! My daughter and I planned an overnight trip to Mount Snow and we were going to rent at a local shop where we live in New Jersey. However there was some confusion and no one picked up the rentals on Sunday. We left on Monday morning 330am with a plan B to find a rental store close to Mount Snow. We walked into World Class and meet Mirek. He was extremely helpful pleasant knowledgeable and got us in and out within 10 minutes. He saved our trip and we will be forever grateful. Just got some racism from store employee for MLK. Awesome! We thought we left an extra pair of skis at the shop during drop off and the man said "go ahead look around for yourself, we dont have them and we have no need for shit skis." So I did, looking through the skis and then called my husband on the phone to say they aren't there. At that point, the man says, "are you taking photos of my shop?" I said no, I was on the phone. He then says "this is not how things are done in this country, you don't just look around (even though he told me to look around everywhere myself)." Let's not forget the fact that I am born and raised here. I guess my brown skin is all he sees. Instead of being helpful and saying that they don't have the skis and ask me to provide contact details in case they see them, he instead called me a liar, said I had shit skis, made me look through the skis myself, accused me of taking pictures and was racist to me. I told him I came in there to ask for help and instead of being professional, he was racist, and he didn't deny it. read more

Easy in and out for rentals on presidents day weekend which was impressive. Equipment wasn't the same as shown on website and my stuff was definitely on the mountain more than its fair share but the rental guy was a nice guy and put some wax on my skis and they were fine. I would specifically ask for higher end demos if I went again because they don't offer them if you don't ask. Overall a good experience though. read more

We were sent here from Austrian Haus Lodge (awesome/cheap place to stay) with a 10% off deal with our rentals. As soon as we entered the store, the owner (I believe his name is Jesse) was instantly snarky and condescending. He proceeded to try and sell us equipment at ridiculous prices when all we wanted to do was rent. One of my friends had his own skis but was renting boots. Jesse decided not only to criticize his skis, but also tune them without us knowing. He then refused to take off the $18 tuning charge (which seemed to take an easy 20 sec to do). When an employee tricks you into paying extra that's the last straw. It sort of spoiled our morning, leaving us wondering why we didn't just walk out at the first sign of a red flag. Oh well. With ski and snowboard rental shops being a dime a dozen in the area, I would skip this place. I recently rented from there fore the sole reason the fact that I could make a reservation online. I recognized that it would be a busy weekend and I wanted to ensure that I got a decent demo pair. When I walked in the store, I was greeted very rudely by the only staff member there. He proceeded to refuse to recognize that I had reserved a pair online (stating something like: "you think a reservation matters on a weekend like this?" - WELL THEN...WHY DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE?) and while he gave me a "demo" pair, they were in the worst condition of any pair I've ever come across. Granted they were skiable and the price was not outrageous for a day, but they were not what I would classify as high performance demos. Anyway - this place is fine if you have no other choice, but there are choices every ten yards. I don't think I'll be back. read more
