We moved into a foreclosed house two years ago and it's been taking all of our energy just to repair damages and get it to live able condition. Now that it's almost there, I noticed the windows were filthy on the outside! I don't know how many years it has been since they had been cleaned. My windows are so clean they seem invisible now! Zach was able to squeeze us in on a Sunday, and kept us informed when he got stuck on another job and knew he would be late. Knowing when we needed to be home was so helpful. When Zach got to our house, he was very low key and quiet, professional and courteous too. We hardly noticed he was there, except that he left sparkling windows in his wake. I especially like his great communication skills: responds quickly via email about scheduling and also after the job to make sure we were happy with his work, but phones when necessary. Zach is fantastic! Having a contractor come do work on your home is always a bit of a wild card, but Zach is 100% fantastic. He is lightening fast in giving quotes and responding to questions. He was very timely at keeping the appointment and updating me on the progress of the project. He power washed the exterior of our home, deck, and outdoor patio. I contacted Zach, after getting several quotes from other companies. I need my roof cleaned and treated for Moss, I needed the gutters cleaned inside and out, and I needed some pressure washing done. The first two companies I got quotes from where way to expensive I felt. I Contacted Zachs and had a price quote with in an hour. And the price he quoted was very fair. I canceled the first appointment because we were still getting some snow. Tuesday as scheduled Zach showed up and I went over what I needed to be done. Let me just say that Zach did an awesome job and I would refer him to anyone that needs a great job done. He even cleaned my skylights on the outside for me and no extra cost.
