They have a large selection of toddler, teen, young adult, How To books, craft books and history books. Almost all of the books I bought were $2.99/$3.99. Regular price was $19.99 and $14.99! The previous outdoor, open-concept location was incredibly aesthetic, inviting, and felt accessible to everyone. This new spot on Level 1 is tucked away in a corner of the mall where nobody really ventures. The new design feels much smaller and noticeably darker than the original storefront. Instead of the elevated, modern vibe they used to have, the entire layout feels kiddish and looks solely focused on a much younger demographic. It is a shame to see a brand downgrade its shopping environment so drastically. I definitely miss the old location.

Suns is pretty unique from your Costco and Sam's as they have a larger variety of unique seafoods. They are the only place in Houston I can find raw chicken nuggets that you have to cook fully. This means it tastes much better with less of those preprocessed ingredients. I go here exclusively for my snow crabs and beef fajitas. The quality is off the charts and the size of the snow crabs are massive compared to the tiny ones at your local grocery store. I also find some excellent authentic Asian ingredients and it's always so convenient to pop in and out of there really quickly. What I dislike about it however is their online shopping is non-existent. Their web site isn't helpful at all so don't think you can go there to browse anything. You have to go there to see what they offer. You also don't have to commit to a yearly membership. You can pay like $5 for a daily membership and buy anything in the store you want in that one trip. I felt like walking into an oversized warehouse with double width driveways. I only went through a few aisles, chilling. Majority of stuff are still in boxes. I can only assume if you come shop here frequently, you know what are in there. Price tags are a little confusing. I'm not even gonna go there because I am a casual shopper. Since I don't own or operate a food service, those merchandise won't attract my attention. The only thing I could consider buying is stuff in smaller quantities. Believe or not, I actually bought a membership card for those occasional shopping trips when I really need stuff for the mass. So, I would come back on a long journey here, if I return to North Golden Sun Plaza one of these days.

I visited the Cypress Round Top Collection location today, and unfortunately, this was another…read moredisappointing customer service experience. From past visits, I would describe the customer service at this location as hit or miss, but today was particularly frustrating. While shopping, I noticed a sign at the counter mentioning a birthday month reward. Since my birthday was last month, I asked how customers are notified about the reward. I was told that they do not send emails and that the program is "like Kendra Scott." Unfortunately, that comparison really doesn't hold up. Kendra Scott sends multiple emails and reminders before, during, and even toward the end of your birthday month so customers have an opportunity to actually use their birthday benefits. Those reminders were so helpful that I was able to use two of my three birthday offers with them this year. I explained that I had never been made aware of Round Top Collection's birthday reward and asked if there was any way it could still be honored since my birthday had just passed. I was simply told no. There was no attempt to explain the policy further, offer an alternative, or even make me feel as though my business was valued. Beyond the birthday reward, the overall interaction was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked questions about particular items, and I left feeling like my presence and my business were more of an inconvenience than something appreciated. The birthday reward itself is not what will keep me from returning to this location--the lack of customer service will. After another unfavorable experience at the Cypress location, I will be looking for another Round Top Collection location for future purchases.
