I've been attending the school for 3 years with both of my girls who are now 10 and 13. It has got…read moreme back into better shape., and for my girls they have learned some valuable life skills. I honestly hope they are never in a situation that they would have to use their karate skills, but I at least feel they have been given the ability to get out. This year my 5 yr. old started in the beginner, and wife started in the Adult only classes, and it has become a great family activity. It is fun watching my older girls work with both of them, since as brown belts they have to help with the instruction in other classes. The instructors are great, and Holly has been an awesome role model for both my girls. She has a wealth of martial arts knowledge, and is great with the kids. With the 8 to 10 different black belt instructors we are exposed to a wide range of styles and techniques in martial arts, self defense, and sparring areas. After 3 yrs, I highly recommend that anyone should take some sort of martial arts in their life. And if you have kids I would rank this up with a skill just as important as reading and writing. The fitness and self-confidence that it has provided for my girls has built them a foundation for pursing whatever they want. And with the world we live in today for girls and boys. I feel I've given them the best chance to get out of the bad situations they may face. Thank you, and I hope to see you at class. Matt

As I walked back to my car I asked a member if she knew when they opened. She said 9:00 but when she realized it was after 9 she said "oh I think they just changed it". But everything posted says 9:00. Not sure what's going on there but definitely a horrible first impression. I was really hoping to sign up there, it's right by my house.

I wish they had cardio classes and yoga. I know they help a lot of seniors but I just wish they did…read morebecause there's some things I could train but unfortunately is a lot of other people. I can't afford a person trainer in which I would need for the problems that I have that I would have to have a trainer to do the do it right but there's good people there. I just wish they had a little more. Maybe one of those classes but I guess it's just not meant to be right now. But it sure would be nice. Remember I talked to one of the district managers on the phone and I told him that the arthritis was pretty bad and my back was this messed up and he was nice and he just said oh that's that's hard to manage. I was just looking for an answer or hoping for one like well. It's always the fact that it's never too late, but you have to know how to build the muscles up so you don't hurt yourself worse and the only way to do that is with the trainer and unfortunately they need to work too and I can't afford that. I just wish that when he said that that's hard to manage. That's not what I was going there far or asking about. I go to my doctor to manage that. I don't go to the gym to do that. I would love to have the muscles in my back. Just a little bit more stronger. It's never too late. That's what they say but I was told it's hard to manage so that's kind of why I've never went back in there. They've got awesome trainers but I don't even know if it cost to get a consultation. That's what I was looking for. Also come in. We'll have a consultation but instead I got it's hard to manage so that's why I haven't been back in there. That's just me

Unlike most trainers, he is committed to you reaching your goal and he won't break you to do it. He's works you hard but you always feel good after the workout! His positive attitude and good nature makes the session enjoyable. Definitely a motivator! So hard to find trainers committed to the person! He is truly a good find! He is not stuck on just the machines either. You might kickbox one day and then another jog along side you he next (although truth be known my "jogging" is jog for a little bit and then gasp for breath walking, repeat. Lol)

Went three days a week religiously. We both were members at the local Gold's and had trainers there. We both thought we were in fairly good shape. Yeah, we were wrong. The trainers at PF care, take the time to get to know you, and even in the group setting take the time to correct your form if you are not doing it correctly. The format of the class is go, go, go. Warm up, arms, legs, core, and cool down. They always have Groupons, try it out. And take it from me, don't quit after the first class. Make yourself go back for more. It gets better!
