The carrier had not yet received the package. Because of the delay and conflicting information, I requested to cancel my order. After asking to speak with the owner, I spoke with him briefly. Our conversation focused solely on how I wanted my refund issued. There was no discussion of the conflicting shipping information or the concerns that led me to cancel the order. Since I had paid by credit card, I requested that it be credited back to my card, but I was told a cash refund would be easier. When I picked up my refund, I was handed a large amount of cash with no receipt or documentation. After counting it at home, I discovered I had been shorted by more than $200. I immediately contacted the owner and returned to collect the remaining balance. Again, I was handed cash with no paperwork. Since the beginning of this issue, I have requested three separate times to speak with the owner to provide feedback about my experience. Each time I was told he was unavailable, in a meeting, or out of the office. Despite those requests, I have never received a return call.
