I was ready to leave, after I got my rings cleaned. But, the warmed of the room, and the friendliness of the staff, made me linger on and on, and on and on, and I didn't really want to go back out in the 40degree weather. More & more customers were coming in, and they're being helped, while hubby checked on his phone, and I was free to browse all I want. No pressures! Still not thinking of buying anything, there's no bracelet I wanted, but it was so fun looking through all the displays, that I can touch & gawk, or try on (I asked). UNTIL, hello! I found a display of gold paper clip style necklace, and I knew I wanted it... I told hubby: to attach my 2nd gold cross! It was something I needed, and the price was right. The second bracelet, a tennis bracelet with very small diamonds needed ONE diamond replaced. I dropped them off on 8/2. The simple bracelet was fixed in a couple weeks. I had to call repeatedly for updates and was told the tennis bracelet was more difficult (a part had to be ordered). Finally on 9/20 I received a call it was ready. This is after multiple calls from me every 2 wks checking in and being told every time, it would be ready "the following Tuesday". They simply ruined my bracelet. Instead of replacing one small diamond, they replaced THREE. And instead of the 3 new diamonds being flush with the bracelet in accordance with the others, they are raised. AND they used gold which does not match the gold in the bracelet. I called them when I got home after looking at the "repair" and they simply said they were sorry I wasn't happy. I do not recommend this jewler. They ruined this very sentimental and dear bracelet.

I dont usually wear rings due to the fact that I have skinny baby fingers and most stock rings dont fit me. My jewelers sized my finger and made sure the ring would fit correctly. They resized it within 24 hours. My ring has a simple plain band so it may take longer with other rings depending on the complexity. They did a good job resizing the ring. They have a pretty good selection of jewelry. Everyone was very helpful and they did have a good sense of humor.
