I was surprised to see so many negative reviews after my experience today! My husband called ahead to see if they could fit me in for a last-minute mani-pedi as a surprise, and they were happy to accommodate. When I arrived, I asked if my almost 4-year-old daughter could get a quick polish - it was her very first time at a salon. They did a perfect little gel polish for her for $15, which I found very reasonable. She loved it! I then had a deluxe pedicure done by an older gentleman, and it was fantastic - I almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing. Afterwards, I got a basic gel manicure (nail and cuticle cleanup, file, and polish), and it turned out great. I have gotten pedicures here several times & it is progressively getting worse each time I go. The man doing my daughter's pedicure nicked her toe & when she said it hurt he told her, "No you are fine." I paid for spa pedicures but did not receive any kind of massage that they typically do on your feet. It was very rushed. They barely put any oil or lotion on our feet/legs. He also barely attempted to get the callous off of my toe. The man painting my toes only dipped the brush one time so the color goes from dark to light. Unfortunately, we won't be going back after paying $115 for pedicures that have to be redone. read more

Two stars due to the fact the place was very clean and the staff was kind! I needed a fill on a powder dip, two nails repaired. Did not require a new set as I had just gotten one at my last manicure. She insisted. Soaked them off, new tips. I tried to explain that I like unique nails. Best they could offer was "ombré". Mid manicure i was informed it's $70 dollars. I asked for what? Removal, new set, the colors and almond shape. Are you kidding? I've been getting my nails done for years. But here i am stuck in the middle of the manicure. The end result just made it worse. The shape is not almond but blob shape. The "ombré" isn't that. They're sticky feeling and lumpy. I feel i got ripped off. read more

The weirdest mail experience. She did the polishing segment for my pedicure in 4 different sections. One at the pedi chair which is normal. I had an issue with the polish. It looked sloppy and half way polished. I told her about it and she did not invite me to the chair but corrected it at mani table. Okay, fine. The other toes were dull and not shiny. I pointed out that too. She had me put each foot through the mani table to correct. Awkward, but okay. Then, she walked around and put another coat on. Lastly, she finished my awful acrylic nails and told me to follow her to the drying table to dry my toes. Guess what? She puts another coat on my toes. My pedi looks so awful and I didn't realize my mani looked bad because I was focused on the pedi. Charged me $80.00...not again. read more

Second time going and idk if I'll go back. First of all, they rush the pedicure. The coats weren't even opaque enough that you can see my nails underneath and the top coat was put on top of wet color coats. Legit he didn't even wait btwn ANY of the coats. So it left textures on the finished nails. I like to get pedis bc I can barely reach. So please tell me why I can paint my toes better than them. And the pedicure didn't even last a week. My own polishes last up to a month on my toes. I didn't even stub my toes I only wore tennis shoes bc of the rain and it's causing their polishes to chip. read more

I have visited this location many times and each time it gets worse, the owner Micheal is nice but always short staffed causing the quality of customer service to tank. I visited today 6/17/22 on my lunch break and had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time of 11:30am, once in the chair he drilled the old polish off my nails causing on of my fingers to bleed to the point it soaked through multiple tissues, Micheal walked over and said he could fix it and make it stop bleeding and I told him no thank you, he shrugged and walked off. Again I have visited multiple times and have bought my girls as well, he never took time to learn my name, but he seems to remember "other" clients. I have tolerated the service before but today took the cake!! read more

I received a spa pedicure And I feel like I really didn't get anything done. Usually when I receive a spa pedicure my feet are super smooth but my now still feel a little rough. I did have to bring it to her attention that the nail polish was over my cuticles on my toes and she tried to correct it but after trying 4 times I just gave up. Definitely not satisfied with the experience but not sure if she just wasn't the best at doing pedicures. I wouldn't risk going back again when I know I can go somewhere else and my feet are super smooth and the polish is perfect. read more

Seriously one of the...if not thee... best acrylic fills I've ever received. I came in with a pretty bad ombré acrylic (from another salon) and Michael immediately started to work on mine. Staff was nice. Manicure was sloppy and hastily done. My cuticles were barely touched, nails were unevenly clipped and filed. Before applying nail polish, the technician didn't remove spots of the existing polish or clean under the nails. And when I asked if I could apply lotion before he put on polish, he said I could do that on my own after drying. Not worth the money at all. read more

Very clean establishment but will not be back. The $35 spa pedicure was not worth the price. It included callus remover, a quick scrub, and a hot towel. The total time massaged was collectively under 3 minutes and did not include my feet or toes. For the deluxe spa pedicure and paying $10 more than the regular one pedicure, I feel cheated. Not to mention all of this took place in under 30 minutes. I'm use to deluxe spa pedicures taking closer to 40 minutes. Also, I saw champagne, sodas, and water bottles in the visible "bar area" but was never offered a drink; however, the customer near me received a drink. They didn't even have a menu offering their services. The place looks nice but I would have preferred a solid pedicure than a showey atmosphere. read more
