Do not use this company. We had made reservations for a client but then needed to cancel. Our credit card was charged. I have called on many occasions and spoke to several staff members, all promising to refund. Today I spoke with Dave who was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use World Prestige Limo in Louisville, KY. I booked a trip for my boss and three others to be picked-up from a meeting and taken to the airport with one quick stop at their hotel which was two blocks away from the meeting to retrieve their luggage. The driver did have to wait for about 20 minutes for our group which I indicated in the reservation may happen. The stop took 2 minutes and then they were off to the airport. The entire process to less than an hour. As I had booked the company for their airport pick-up & drop off it did not occur to me to double check the price they quoted me as their pricing for the original pick-up had been fine at around $110. SHAME on me for not double checking as they charged me $375 dollars. The worst part is not the charge I could get over that it was what happened when I called them to discuss the charges. I spoke to what I would describe as one of the rudest men I have ever encountered. When I tried to explain what had happened he cut me off and said "I should have checked the price and he would not change the charges". When I tried to explain to him we had been happy with the outbound trip and would be doing a fair amount of business with them in the future if he would work with me he said "there is no way I'm going to change your charges because you threaten to not do business with me". Mind you I was not threatening him I was trying to let him know that there is potential for many many more trips to be booked, if he would at least let me explain what happened. He refused. When I asked him what his name was he said "my name is someone who isn't giving it to you". When I asked to speak with a supervisor he said "there is no supervisor that I'm going to let you speak with". He then proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I called back and another male employee answered the phone and when I asked him if I could speak with a manager or supervisor he said "no you cannot" and hung up. I'm happy to take responsibility for not double checking the quoted price, but the behavior and the unbelievably rude way in which this company and their employees treated me is like nothing I have ever experienced before in my life. I am currently fighting to get my refund back from them I wish I had seen these reviews before. I booked a limo, then canceled the very next day. The event was not for another 13 days--so i canceled clearly within the day they listed to warrant a full refund. Their policy said I had to wait a full 14 business days for the refund. When i first called them looking for the refund, i was told it was too soon. When i then called 2 days later, I was told the refund was already send over a week earlier. Clearly a lie since my credit card shows no refund and based on what i was told in the earlier phone call. Stay away from these people. The Attorney General's office should investigate and that is my step if I don't get my refund. read more

SHADY and RUDE company. I book travel for folks in my company when they head to meetings all over the country. This retched company was suggested to me by people who had used them before, so I went with it. Should have done my research as clearly other people have pointed out below. They charge you the full amount of your trip as soon as you book it, give you confirmation emails that indicate cancellation/refund 'policy' (24-hours in my case), and a confirmation number. All looks normal and professional, but it's a cover. The gentleman I booked a car service for ended up not going to the meeting, so I called to cancel the reservation 62-hours in advance, if we're getting down to details. Received an email showing the cancellation confirmation and stating a refund would be credited. That was 3 weeks ago. I've since called two more times, and each time the conf # is taken down and the message 'will be delivered to the manager/accounting team'. Today, when asking to speak to said manager/accounting, I was told I can't. Then she corrected herself and said they weren't there, as usual. Then when I asked for a name, I was told it's not just one person (so apparently multiple employees are never at work to return messages and credit refunds). Then she hung up on me. I called right back, got a different woman who sounded just as spiteful who grudgingly took down my number with an invisible pen and then promptly hung up. I've called my credit card company who also sounds disgusted with how this 'prestigious' company handles business, and they have credited the charge back to me no questions asked. 0 stars! Limo was not as advertised on website. Limo had broken A/C. Outside temperature was 92. Inside, much hotter! When I called the company to complain, the dispatcher yelled at me. Driver, very sweet and polite, did not speak good enough English to take direction from us. He admitted that he had not been trained to work this vehicle. He did not know the Bronx at all. He took 45 minutes to get to the first destination (and went into Manhattan to come back.) He did not understand the car's control panel. He told our son that he received no training when assigned this car which he had never driven.When he turned the car off then on and the smell of burning rubber became unbearable and unhealthy (added to the heat) we had to exit the vehicle and paper for new transportation back to our cars. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! They are an absolute scam as described by many of the other reviewers. I am located in Philadelphia and booked through "Philly Prestige Limos" to shuttle my guests for my wedding. Prior to booking I could not find any reviews under that name, which should have been my first red flag. It wasn't until I received the confirmation, which had the name "World Prestige Limos/Elite Limos". When booking I was very descriptive in what services I needed on the day of my wedding from the hours of 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm. The driver showed up, did not speak English pretty much at all and quit in the middle of the job leaving at 5 pm. He was extremely rude to any guests he encountered, including myself as he interrupted my father and I as we were about to walk down the aisle to ask about a phone number I NEVER provided. I did not know the driver quit until my guests arrived to the reception saying they had to take a cab bc the shuttle never showed up to the hotel to shuttle guests to the venue. My wedding coordinator spoke w the driver around 5:30 to let him know where to drop guests off and he said he quit the job and was in North Philly. I emailed the company after to explain the situation, demanding HALF of my money back since he quit half way through and never received such bad customer service in my life. They switched their stories several times saying I "released" the driver. WHY WOULD I RELEASE THE DRIVER?? After getting no where through email I called to speak with the manager and received even worse customer service if that is even possible. I told him if he could not work with me on the refund I would be disputing 1/2 the charge with my credit card company, which is when he threatened me saying that is fraud, he would have my credit card shut down and have me blacklisted to never have a credit card again. I actually LAUGHED when he said this, as I am a valued credit card customer and can simply show them my email trail w the company and these reviews to back me up all stating they are scam artists. Anyway this company is a JOKE and I only want to protect others that may even think about using them. They need to be shut down and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. read more

Worst company I have ever contacted.I decide to call to the World Prestige Limos company (phone 888-311-9530) and ask couple questions about their charges on my credit card statement. First time I spoke with representative with name David who told me that he is only one person in charge at this time I just gave him our name and orders number, however he was very rude to me, don't listen my questions and I can't even able to explain my concern and my questions. Moreover, he starting without any reasons to verbally abuse and insulting me as used against me words like "Idiot" and "stupid". Finally he dropped call on me. After that I was called a second time and representative with the looks like the same voice but different name as a "John" acting the same way. He don't listening my questions as well and starting again abusing me verbally as I'm a "sick person and Donald Trump is my doctor" and other inappropriate action like a political issue (name of President) transfer to the business matter. After that I was called third time. My third time attempt to call and explain my reason to call was again the same attitude. Rude, abuse and insulting. DONT USE EVER! Wish I would have see this as well before booking. I made a reservation based what was listed on their webpage. I saw $69 - 3 hours on the webpage. After I received the confirmation I realized there was a 3 hour minimum which I must have missed on the webpage. The reservation was for the following day and I asked to cancel. As soon as I asked to cancel, The representative, Paul went on a rant, called me stupid, not smart, and basically insulted me for a minute or so and said that my reservation has been cancelled, I will be charged for the full amount since it's within 7 days (mind you I booked it only a day in advance and spoke with a rep who never Stated that I wouldn't be able to cancel) and if I tried to dispute the charges with the cc company, that I would be blacklisted from all credit card companies, forever for fraud. He then hung up on me and sent me a cancellation email. I am definitely going to dispute the charges. This is a horrible scam of a company. Driver never showed up even though I waited 30 min+ for him at the airport- claimed he was at the wrong terminal even though united flies into only one terminal. I called the next day to make sure to get a refund and the ''manager" screamed at me on the phone and called me a "f**king moron" before hanging up on me. This company did not fulfill its contractural agreement and when I called to complain called me a liar...despite the fact that I have all the emails and hard copy of the contract to substantiate my claim. This is an organization on paper and online only. There is no hard address to file a claim against. They have no customer service. This run was contracted out for 50% of what I paid for the service. (The drover showed me HIS contract)The bus was smaller than contracted for , the driver was 15 minutes late for the pick up and got lost on the way to the event. Patience I have! But this company got to me and heated i became. I have never dealt with such horrible service(actually just one man). This is my first review ever to report! I could not let this pass. I coordinated transportation for a client and had to call in to change the location for pick up. Very very close to the original location (2 blocks away). We had two celebrities 3 year olds for the first time in a downtown location and asked if we could change the pick up location. The man who picked up (he would not give his name) from World Prestige Limos was very direct and rude about me changing the location. I asked very politely for the request to happen for the kids and then he hung up. I had to call back because i needed to know where the driver was going and if i needed to call a Uber. This was important cause they were heading to the airport. A women picked up and when i requested the same to her she handed the phone to the man. I knew right away it was him and i asked why he hung up on me and he stated "I did not hang up, I was direct on not making the change of location and we were done." This time i asked if i could get the driver's phone number and there he went off being very loud and harsh, then simply hung up again. I was shocked I couldn't change the location for pick up and how he became a jerk about my request. My company uses service transportation on a daily basis. Even if you could not accommodate the request, you can respect the customer and talk appropriately. read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When I asked them where I could find their rates, they directed me to the list and then quoted me a different price. I stated I wasn't getting a limo for a prom, I was searching for a wedding package. She screamed at me that I was still being charged prom prices. I called back and asked for a manager and said I wanted to discuss two things the first of which is was that the lady was very rude and hung up when I was trying to ask her to explain. After the trip was finished, I noticed we were charged for the original fee, PLUS the upgraded full price. YELLED at me when I asked for the drivers name and phone# the day before the event. Said I would get it when I get it. I got it 10 minutes before my group was picked up, after repeated calls and emails. AND on top of that, they charged our company twice for the same service. $1400!! Twice. While they sent a refund notice right away, it has been 3 weeks and we still have no refund. They said they couldn't do anything about it and would have their corporate offices review. We also tried to cancel the service 14 days prior to our event, however they would not let us, said we should have called the day before to cancel, sighting that we missed their 14 day window. We spoke to a manager and he wouldn't even consider the cancellation with a refund. Said too late for us, on day 14!!
