Looking into studio unit from front door
    Linh Y.

I have recently returned to WorldMark (WM) Las Vegas for a weekend stay. I was in the city that never sleeps for the Walgreens Open at the Las Vegas Strip held in the Las Vegas Convention Center. What a fun pickleball event! I booked a one studio unit at WM Las Vegas, but upon check-in, the nice lady at the front desk informed me that I got an upgrade to a one bedroom unit. Thank you! A studio is perfect for me, but I couldn't say no because they didn't have any more studio units since they somehow gave my studio unit to someone else. It was no biggie for me. More space is sometimes nice. Funny, I ended up sleeping on the murphy bed in the living space rather than in the bedroom. I prefer open space actually. Check-in was fast and quick. Service was very friendly. As I was walking out to my car, a wonderful gentleman from Member Services hollered my name. I knew exactly what was going to happen next. Of course I couldn't turn down a WM owner's update. I love attending them! Sign me up as long as I have time to attend them. I enjoy listening to the group presenter and vacation counselor as to what they want to share with me. I am always excited to hear what's new and what's happening within my WM vacation ownership. At the end of the day, they just want me to buy more WM credits from them. That's all. Anyway, thank you Mark (Member Services), Adrianna (Group Presenter), and James (Vacation Counselor) for your great service, your amazing presentation, and your honesty, respectively! Thank you WM Las Vegas for another wonderful stay. Just one note, Building 13 elevator was squeaking or rattling. Please have it looked at. I was concerned I would be stuck in it, but luckily, it didn't happen. Unit 13-303's carpet could use some cleaning or a replacement. It was quite dark and dirty. The tile floor was not swept or mopped at all. Overall unit cleaniless could have been better. Hence, 4 stars!

Upon arrival this location has surprising amenities. The staff is very friendly. I came to write a story but ended up yelping solo. Tonight I will sleep well and be the dreamer mark my world. "We are, as a species, addicted to story. Even when the body goes to sleep, the mind stays up all night, telling itself stories".

As a longtime owner, I'm not a fan of Worldmark Las Vegas. There are many reasons, one is the sales staff is pushy, arrogant and, in my opinion, unethical. I travel the world and I can assure you, that you do not need timeshare points to go on regular and fulfilling vacations. Additionally, on our last visit, the pool was closed and said they would only open it if 50 guest wanted to use it. 50 guests... Furthermore, the rooms need to be updated. And it can get very loud in the corridors and between rooms. Not at the pool... Because it wasn't open. A lot of the times it is the staff being loud. There were two staff members having a loud and obnoxious conversation right at our front door at 8am. There is a lot of potential for this resort, but many of the staff need retrained.

Roaches! ! Roaches, everywhere!!!! When we woke up on our first morning there were roaches on the kitchen walls & counters. The OG roaches didn't even run away! (See the video). The front desk did not seemed surprised and even inferred that we might have brought them with us, smh! Offered us a coffee voucher - gthoh! Of course, I will not be returning!

This is our first time staying here using our timeshare. We stayed here many years ago with my parents and remembered the lazy river. First of all, we arrived early from Cali to avoid traffic on a holiday weekend. They were accommodating in getting us in early. In fact, we had an awesome corner room, 5420, overlooking the lazy river. Instead of a pullout couch, there was a Murphy bed which is so much more comfortable and convenient since our friends could set on the couch if we were still in bed. The room was clean and well appointed with a balcony, an electric fireplace, full kitchen and two televisions. Now the downside; the air conditioner compressor made very loud noises. It wasn't constantly but sometimes when we were sleeping and it would wake us up. In addition, there wasn't enough towels, coffee, and other supplies and we continually had to call for more which was really annoying. The water pressure in the shower is weak. All of the other resorts we've stayed at, we've always gotten one cleaning during our week stay. We weren't allowed a cleaning here. The lazy river could use a vacuuming and netting. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it and our stay.

    Nice hotel with spacious pool.

Nice hotel. We came for a time share event. The place is actually nice and near the airport and it has a bus stop near so you don't need UBER.

I attended an owner update and was finishing the final steps. CORY ROBERTSON came over to present the 4th offer to upgrade. I mentioned there was no need to sit down, and he told me I couldn't tell him what to do. At that point, CORY approached me aggressively and asked me what I would do. He said I wasn't tough and needed to do something, meaning hit him. We shared some choice words, and I proceeded to walk out. However, CORY continued to threaten me as I walked towards the front. Keep in mind that he did this in front of his sales team and other owners. This is a horrible way to treat a Platinum Elite owner, and I can only imagine how he treats other owners.

Can you walk to part of Strip where major hotels and casinos are located?

If it's the middle of winter or the heat of summer, no way. You'll either freeze or melt. Not to mention part of the way is unpaved so you'd be walking in desert. Better idea? Just get a cab - it might cost you $5-7 to get to the strip.

My daughters and I came here in early afternoon. We parked at the hotel parking garage instead of self-parking garage as it is closer to the hotel. Flat fee of $21 for all day parking. Just drive in and drive out when done. Your vehicle license plate will be recorded. You will be billed by Metropolis if you already have an account with them. Otherwise, you will need to make payment at the pay station before leaving. Resorts World is wonderfully decorated with elegance paired with simplicity. It consists of three integrated hotels, Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World, Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World, and Crockfords Las Vegas. Before walking around the hotel, we first dined at the Famous Food Street Eats offering our patronage and support to 7 out of the 17 food stalls. Great place to try Western and Southeast Asian cuisines. Afterwards, we walked around the multiple floors using the escalators to get to each floor. Elevators are available, too. Checked out The District which is a two-level luxury retail center complemented with several fine dining restaurants (i.e., Fuhu, Kusa Nori, Wally's). The Globe is right in the center of it all... it's a mini version of The Sphere. Casual dining (i.e., Juniors, Mulberry Street Pizzeria, Suns Out Buns Out) and quick eats (Bites, Randy's Donuts, Starbucks) are present, too. Floor 1 has most of the hotel amenities. Lobbies look sharp and clean. Entertainment such as Resorts World Theatre was ginormous. Huge casino gaming space, but looked a bit empty when we were there... not a lot of people at the machines and tables. Many meeting and convention rooms are on Floor 2. We were curious about Vegas Loop. It's an underground transportation system that uses all-electric Tesla vehicles to shuttle passengers directly between Las Vegas resort corridor, Las Vegas Convention Center, and Harry Reid International Airport, bypassing street traffic. Cool system! Overall, our visit was very nice. Glad we made it. We would love to be back in the future. Btw, love the Periodic Table of Las Vegas! Check out photos.

While it's at the far end of the strip just past Resort's World, it's not too far from downtown Vegas so it works out nicely if you plan to spend time in both areas. Although we didn't make use of them, the nearby monorail takes you to the center strip and the Tesla Tunnel can get you over to the Wynn which saves you about 20-25 minutes of walking. Parking is free as long as you sign up for their free rewards program. The resort itself is gorgeous and you could truly just spend your time in Vegas here without going to other resorts. My main requirement when searching for a hotel was a nice pool, as I wanted to lay out and enjoy the Vegas heat. Including the dayclub Liv, there are 7 pools here. 3 massive pools make up the majority of the area, with 2 adults only pools and one smaller pool tucked away. There's a bar in the center and waitresses that come around to take your food and drink orders. The chairs did get packed but we were always able to find 2 seats together. Don't always expect to be able to get an umbrella though. Upon checking in, the front desk staff was so friendly. The woman who checked me in, I believe her name was Gabby, made me feel extra special because I was visiting for my birthday. Everything about the decor of this hotel is high end. They have some amazing restaurants as well as a food court. I wish the food court had a few more casual options, but we opted for a chicken sandwich that was pretty delicious. We stayed in a Noble Suite which was extremely spacious with a full living room, bar area, large restroom, second smaller bathroom, and comfortable bed. We had a stunning view overlooking the strip, Sphere and pool and each element of the room felt luxurious. Keep an eye out for when they offer deals, because you can grab some pretty good rates.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is technically on the Strip, but it does not feel like it at all, and that is exactly why I would absolutely stay here. It is quieter, cleaner, newer, and far less chaotic than the core Strip hotels. You do not get that constant overload of noise and traffic, and the entire property feels more controlled and elevated. It almost feels like it sits off the Strip even though it does not, which is a major advantage. The high end shops are a nice touch, although realistically most people are not walking in there to spend money, especially at places like Rick Owens. The food options, however, are surprisingly reasonable for a hotel of this level, with plenty of choices, and LIV is a strong draw since it is one of the top clubs in Las Vegas right now. This Fontainebleau does not feel anything like the Miami version, but if you are craving that energy you can always grab a slice at Miami Slice and call it a day. Room pricing is more approachable than expected, with nights ranging roughly from $120 to $300 depending on timing. Just keep in mind the resort fee runs about $62 per night, so a $120 room is really closer to $180 all in, which is still a very solid value for a newer luxury hotel in Las Vegas. My number one is still the Wynn, but this comes in strong at number two without question.

First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. The great part is that this location is located near what was once known as CityCenter and is now known as the Aria Campus. This is where plenty of newer buildings are located and plenty to do in this area. Check in and customer service were spot on. Of course, this being the Waldorf Astoria there are aspects of customer service you expect to find here that goes beyond other hotels. I especially like it when all your included amenities are explained without having to ask or even explain it to the front desk. The hotel staff comes early in case your room needs a refresh but if you leave your room later, they will leave a nice little paddle on your door to let you know they stopped by. It is very easy to reschedule a time for them to come back and may not be needed since they clean your room everyday. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed something and from the time I spoke with the front desk to going to our room on the 17th floor it was already in the valet door. A good stay but there were a few attention to detail aspects that could be worked on. I noticed there was a significant accumulation of dust at one of the vents. Also masking tape was used to keep the shower door sweep in place. Not something you would expect to see in the flagship brand within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.

No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. I always leave here feeling great!

The shopping options are amazing, and the restaurants offer some of the best dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip with a wide variety of choices for every taste. My favorite spot at the resort is XS Nightclub, which always delivers a great atmosphere and unforgettable nightlife experience. I've also always admired Steve Wynn and his vision for creating world-class resorts with incredible attention to detail. One of the most underrated parts of Wynn is the art collection throughout the property. The artwork, sculptures, floral displays, and overall design make it feel more like a luxury gallery than a typical resort. Everywhere you look, there is something unique to appreciate. Between the beautiful rooms, outstanding restaurants, luxury shopping, impressive art collection, vibrant casino, and world-class entertainment, Wynn continues to be one of the best and most complete resort experiences in Las Vegas.

PROS: *stayed in a spacious 24th fl. pad with spectacular views of the (brief) fireworks display one night...and the bed was just fine for a post weed 'n booze sleep-off, thankya'verymuch! *many employees - especially those lowest in the caste system - were very friendly. Housekeepers were great. *other Wynn workers (e.g., food/booze servers) were usually good and reasonably personable. *Wing Lei (Chinese Michelin-1 joint) had top-tier service and although we could only sample a small number of dishes, they were all copacetic. *due to last-minute vacancies, the Wynn upgraded us from a $400/night room to a suite that ordinarily sets big-spenders back to the tune of $1,150/night. *Great friggin' ice machine - on my floor - never let me down when flask-time came around! CONS: *the Wynn, even at their extant "nosebleed" rack rates, will effin' nickel 'n dime ya' (*coins on steroids) every gol-durn chance they get: -NO refrigerator in the room unless you want to rent one for $25 a night. (Yep- let's make it hard for guests to bring their own, reasonably-priced booze. And leftovers from "market price" (i.e., "mark-it-up") menu pickin's at various and sundry Vegas kitchens? Meet Sal: Monella! *The pool situation is absurd and offensive: Not only can't you escape the aural pollution that pervades the whole property (more on that later)...but it's actually hard) to find an unoccupied (and unreserved) chaise lounge. -I got KICKED OFF one because it was "reserved"....NO SIGN...NO ONE "claiming it"... *Gotta pay EXTRA for even a G-D pool chair - Hell, $500. $1,000, $1,500 a night - AIN'T ENOUGH! *Booze prices are beyond absurd! Paid $15 or so for a "pour" of ordinary Tito's vodka. Needed an ELECTRON MICROSCOPE to see the likker! (But I only did it once, as my flasks of Toki and Pikesville and a Hamm's 12'er...took care of me.) *The bellhops move at a comatose pace, and when we arrived, we were informed that there'd be a "slight delay" of 45 minutes in bringing up our bags. After an HOUR had passed, we just took the G-D things ourselves. Yeah - now ain't THAT first-class service! *The concierge on duty was a dullard and a do-nothing doofus who couldn't do "jack" for us. Needs a job at the 'Boreyard by Mary Ott.' *NO smoking allowed at the OTB (Sportsbook area) Huh??? Effin' VEGAS and I can't even smoke a good cigar (or even a bad one) while play the races? S-H-I-I-T-E!!! **GOONS everywhere -had to use my key just to take the elevator to my floor, and had to withstand the glaring imprimatur of "security" people every time. (My favorite guy, who appears to have been either a "Blood" or a "Crip,"...received the moniker...'SMILEY!' -Although I wouldn't consider buying the wildly marked-up "luxury" goods peddled in the Wynn shops, I couldn't help but notice the scowling dorks in dark suits who stand outside the portals, arms folded. (No buddy - I ain't buyin' yer' lousy $50K watch; so shove it OK?) __________ Now, neighbor - are ya' ready for the veritable TOP-TWO reasons NOT to wander into the Wynn? 1) NONSTOP high-volume pop-schlock aural excrement THUMPING throughout the place. EVERYWHERE. Pay exorbitant room rates and then be subjected to lowest-common-denominator NOISE? WHO likes that garbage? ("effluencers?") -How about QUIET? -If that's not possible - how about actual MUSIC played at moderate levels? WHY must we endure moron-music and WHY were we not warned that it would be infesting the air? 2) EURO/MIDEAST TRASH guests swarming like maggots, pushing in front of you and invading your space without so much as an "EXCUSE ME!"... ...Mega-wealthy SCUM that shouldn't even be allowed in America - much less catered to by an ostensible "top class" hotel! Thank you for reading my words of timeless wisdom!

We've stayed at the Cosmopolitan several times before, including in Terrace Suites with fountain views, so we were really looking forward to another memorable stay. Knowing it was a busy holiday weekend, I made every effort to request a better view well in advance. I called on June 25 to have a note added to our reservation requesting either a fountain view or, at the very least, a Strip view. After arriving in Las Vegas, I even stopped by the front desk a couple of days before check-in to ask if any upgrades might become available. I was told they couldn't guarantee anything but would note my request and recommended I come back early on check-in day. I followed their advice. I returned again late Thursday night to ask about availability and was told to complete an early pre-check-in because that would give me the best chance if rooms opened up. The next morning, I completed my pre-check-in around 8:30 a.m. The front desk confirmed fountain-view rooms were fully booked, which I completely understood. I then specifically asked for a Strip-view room instead, and they assured me they would note the request. When I finally checked into Room 2189, I was incredibly disappointed. Instead of a Strip view, the balcony overlooks the back of surrounding buildings, employee parking areas, rooftops, and mechanical equipment. You can barely catch a glimpse of the Strip only if you lean far over the balcony. For a room marketed around its terrace and views, this was a huge letdown-especially for a milestone anniversary and the Fourth of July, when we specifically wanted to enjoy the fireworks from our room. I immediately called the front desk and later spoke with the manager, Jonathan. He explained the hotel was fully booked and I even asked if there might be an opportunity to move rooms the following day, but I was told those rooms were already committed to other guests. While I understand a holiday weekend creates limited availability, what was disappointing is that I made multiple requests over several days, both by phone and in person, and still ended up with what felt like one of the least desirable views in the hotel. Jonathan did offer a $150 resort credit, which I ultimately accepted, but it didn't make up for missing the experience we specifically booked this stay to enjoy. The multiple attempts over the phone and in person to get at least a view of the strip not this crappy view!!! The Terrace Suite itself is spacious, clean, and well-designed, and I've had wonderful experiences at the Cosmopolitan in the past. My disappointment isn't with the room itself --it's with the lack of consideration for repeated guest requests and the overall customer service surrounding this stay. I'll be posting photos of the actual view so others can decide whether this particular room is worth booking. Unfortunately, for such an important occasion, this stay fell far short of expectations. I left feeling disappointed, and because of this experience, I'll likely choose another hotel for future trips to Las Vegas.

I had free slot play all month but every time I came in, it wasn't there and I didn't have time to hang out and wait for the slot club to open so I left, today I came in the afternoon-no slot play on card. I approach the older dark haired slot host w/glasses.... I said I don't have free slot play and she runs the card, she says the pin was locked again (This is the 5th time in as many months) and I need to reset it. I said OK--done--please reset it again, that pin doesn't work--so I reset it again--OK done--Please reset it again, that pin doesn't work but I had a bad headache and I had already put my players club back in my wallet and really didn't hear her, she looked at me like, excuse me, I need your card... ok, fine, I was losing my patience but said OK--now what? Oh its reset, your free play will be on the card. I wait a bit and go try--NOTHING. So, I called the slot host--Now his name was something like Miladin (I really don't remember exactly how he spelled it) He spent 20 mins on the phone with IT to find out what is going on and he was very nice....He even said he put $30 dining credit on the card, I asked if I needed a Voucher to use it and he said, no, Just go to the restaurant and eat and hand them the card but I would have to go back to the slot lady to reset the pin one more time and get my free play so I did... She was not happy to see me again but is this my fault???? she acted like it was, her attitude was my issue but that wasn't even my breaking point, I told her what happened and she said I need you to reset your Pin, I handed her my Card but remember, I have a splitting headache and the room is kind of spinning--Migraines and she said something to me but I was like, huh? I NEED YOUR ID. OK OK....I said ok sorry, I have a bad headache, slow down--she rolled her eyes....wow, what the actual hell?? I am a good player, I am in there all of the time, what the hell?? why does my card have to be reset anyways? I have been playing at Palace Station my whole life in Vegas--Over 20 years and never ever did I need to go through this but fine, here is my ID She says, what restaurant do you want the $30 for? I was confused because the other guy said it would just be on there and she is asking me this and I said, I thought it was on there, she gets huffy and says, NO, WHY WOULD IT ALREADY BE THERE???? WELL EXCUSE ME FOR BREATHING. i AM SORRY I AM ALIVE, I AM SORRY I AM HAVING ISSUES AND YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR DAMNED JOB. OOPS MY BAD. SO I HANDED HER MY ID AND CARD--SHE DOES HER THING SUPPOSEDLY AND ADDS THE $30 TO THE CARD FOR LUCKY PENNY. I ASKED ABOUT MY FREE PLAY, OH THAT IS TAKEN CARE OF, GO TO THE MACHINE, ITS NOT THERE, NOTHING IS THERE, NOTHING IS THERE, IS THE $30 FOR LUCKY PENNY??? WE WILL SEE... I WALKED OFF AND LEFT MY ID THERE, MY BROTHER WHO WAS WITH ME WAS MAD, HE WAS TALKING TO HER WHILE I WAS OFF CALMING DOWN--THAT MY PIN SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE RESENT 200 TIMES. I COME BACK AND SAID I WANT MY ID. I TOOK MY ID. HE ASKED IF THE $30 WAS ON THERE, SHE SAYS, I CAN'T CHECK THAT WITHOUT YOUR ID LIKE I AM DUMB OR SOMETHING--I SAID LADY, YOU ARE VERY RUDE, YOU NEED TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, I AM TELLING YOU I SAID THIS, I AM NOT GOING TO LET ANYONE TALK DOWN TO ME ESPECIALLY WHEN I AM IN THE CASINO 2-3 TIMES A WEEK EATING, DRINKING (Though not today, I have a headache) AND PLAYING, I LITERALLY LOSE $2000 A MONTH IN THERE--SOMETIMES MORE, SOMETIMES I WIN WHICH IS GREAT BUT NOW I DON'T EVEN KNOW MY PIN, SHE RESET IT 4 TIMES.... I am never going to go back to slot club again. ever. She never apologized, she could see i was angry, she was told that I had a headache, she knew I was upset about the free play which by the way she was unable to give back to me and never fixed and she just stood there looking all bothered. I will be back to eat--see if the $30 made the card, I am coming to Borracha's this weekend to eat, I love the food, I love the machines but If I have to go back to reset my pin or talk to her or see her ever again, I will throw my card in the trash, she is so ruuuuuude!!!!!
