They stock their private lake once a week with 300 lbs of trout and We must say the fishing is awesome.. If you have an issue at your cabin which we have only had 1 in 15 yrs and that was the heater they are on it . There are no phones no tv and we love it !!! The owners are very nice as their staff are . Cabins are very rustic and comfortable and a great place for kids . All bedding and cooking utensils are supplied and there is a grill at each cabin . This is a family owned and operated business and the current owners , which have only been 2 In History vacationed here as children .

There is room to park a trailer, which is nice given all of the off-roading in Red River. The biggest problem is with the water temperature control. It swings from scalding hot to frigid repeatedly with not much time anywhere in between. I assume several units are tied together, but the shower was unbearable. All in all, they charge an appropriate rate for the amenities and the area.

This isn't the Ritz Carlton, but they compensate with great service and a "can-do" approach to taking care of their guests. Can't beat the overall value of Terrace Towers.
