They said there was WIFI, but there was only 1 network that could be picked up in the room and it wasn't one of the 2 networks that they provided a password for. There is room to park a trailer, which is nice given all of the off-roading in Red River. The biggest problem is with the water temperature control. It swings from scalding hot to frigid repeatedly with not much time anywhere in between. I assume several units are tied together, but the shower was unbearable. All in all, they charge an appropriate rate for the amenities and the area.

In all the years we've been coming, they have never updated anything. It's grimey and dirty. The couch cushions and carpet need to be replaced BADLY as well as the rest of the cabin needs to be updated and refreshed with new bedding and curtains. Again, location is great. You can walk to the lift, but ewww.
