Every one of the team members was genuine, thoughtful, kind, and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them, and learning about each other. After they finished the job, we asked them if they might be willing to move a giant pile of sod that had been sitting in our back yard for two years. I waited a few days and then contacted him. "Oh - family emergency, we will start next week." Next week comes by and still no one comes. I wait a few days again and contact him again. "Oh - I injured my foot - next week for sure." I wait for the next week and again no one shows up. I wait a few days and contact him. "Oh - my foot is still injured - but next week for sure." Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.

They are honest, open, communicative, and work like crazy to get the job done! Bill does really high quality work - he always explains in detail how he's tackling the job and sends a ton of photos so you can see what he and his team are doing at every step. One of my retaining walls (see photos) is in a really precarious location on a public sidewalk next to a busy street, but Bill and his team were able to handle it like true professionals. He estimated the work would take a few weeks, but after assessing the situation he decided that they needed to get the sidewalk cleared as quickly as possible so that people could walk by, so he brought in reinforcements and finished this wall in three days. Three days!!! No exaggeration - the "before" photo was taken on a Thursday, and the "after" photo was taken on Saturday! I have no idea how he pulled that off, but I so appreciate that he worked so hard to get the wall done quickly and cleaned up the area perfectly so that my neighbors wouldn't get mad at me :D Long story short, I feel really well taken care of by Bill and Sue - they treat you like family and I absolutely love my new "hawaiian style" wall :) Mahalo Bill and Sue!

Victor is easygoing, eager, approachable, affable, honest, and chock full of integrity. He's also a human and like some other reviews note, he spends some extra time just getting a feel for "what does the customer really want" before making a suggestion. He is the type of person who you can actually trust, a rare thing these days. We made our deal, he noted the rains approaching, and he got the job done the very next day. I'm sure he can't always be quite that responsive but it was pretty awesome for me to get such premium service at a price I was comfortable with. When the job was done, there was one tiny little "oops" where my water meter got covered. I mentioned it and asked if I was being too much of a princess asking him to have his guys come back and dig it out, certainly I can spend the 5 minutes to go get my shovel and take care of it, but then again I was a paying customer. Another company said they would only rebuild the entire fireplace and chimney. We never intend to use the fireplace and just needed to protect it from weather and creatures getting in. (We couldn't afford a complete rebuild in any case.) Lifetime Chimney saved us! They completed some repairing so they could install a cover/ cap, and they pressure washed the chimney. Miguel did an excellent job and was very kind. When I first called in, I spoke with Brian who was incredibly helpful! I was worried when I called in, but Brian explained what they needed to do. He patiently gave me clear information. The chimney looks great and it makes the house look great. We're relieved to have it protected now. I would hire this company again!

Their employee proceeded to tell me that our home had not flooded, that IF it flooded it was somehow our fault or I was a liar. He refused to acknowledge our buckled floors that you can visibly see and feel when you are walking in the damaged areas. The man was insane. Needless to say, I kicked him off our property. Thank goodness hospice workers were driving up our driveway, or he would not have left. Hospice saw that I was visibly upset with the man's insane behavior.

You could tell most of these chimney companies just wanted to cash in. Integrity Chimney guys wanted to preserve the history and recommended a tuck point which turned out fantastic. They are experts in what they do and are trustworthy and fair. Their communication is also top notch, constantly communicating anything that comes up. They were timely, cleaned up, and the attention to detail was fantastic. We also had them install a chimney insert on the inside of the home which they helped us choose, schedule, and install. I highly recommend them, the before and after pictures speak for themselves. You can tell these guys care about what they do and it shows.
