Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please do your research and see that this place is a joke. They want you to pay 5x what the car is worth. Not to mention the free oil changes are for the cheapest oil even though your car may call for a certain oil they make Valvoline use the cheapest oil they offer meaning they are deliberately tearing up your car. Oh and the warranty you might as well forget that. They will come up with excuses on top of excuses of why it's not covered. Julie is also the so called customer service rep. The service manager guided me to what would possibly be needed. the right person he told us was his mechanic for RVs, who knows all about freight liner Chasis was Les., who went to freightliner school in Gaffney SC. Les was top notch on his workmanship and the most courtesy guy we have ever met. We live in Florida but when we leave Florida and head north, this is the place to go for service. The location is conveniently located off the 40 & next to the Pilot. Also, this is a big location open Mon-Sat! Check out the hours for availability. There are several bays with express stations. There is a large, comfortable driver lounge with several seating & tv, multiple vending machines, and clean restrooms- in case you have a wait time. There are also pet designated areas, in case you visit with your pet. I travel all over the USA for work & aim to provide honest reviews for locations that I visit. He went they said they have run full diagnostics and found all the battery needed to be replaced and connectors (freightliner). They have quoted us almost 1k and we had not much but to agree, no wonder why they require cash only please save the hassle and pay with your credit card. Anyways as soon as driver went on the road after driving for some time same issue nothing changed so we needed to sent him another closes shop. Once he went there as soon as they opened it up they said it requires new batteries driver tried to explain them that it has already been changed but guess what nothing has been replaced and all we got charged for nothing but just for some check up((( please see yourself i will be attaching all of pics before and after also invoices and explanations from the second shop!!! We have tried calling and contacting them no response at all only ignored calls!!!
