This will have been my seventh time to Vegas and was quite familiar with clubs, attractions and activities to do while in sin city. I wanted to take a different approach and have certain nights completely planned out so all of us could make the most out of our time. Doing all of my research beforehand I was cautious to say the least to all the "Vegas party packages" sites that I came across. I inquired with several companies as far as club party bus crawls, VIP club entry and bottle service ect. Galavantier was the only company to follow up with me and keep in contact of my thoughts and wishes for activities once my party had arrived. In short, we took advantage of the party bus club crawl tour on Thursday night and I'll just say it was worth every penny! We absolutely would have taken advantage of more services offered by galavantier but because of the nature of this trip (bachelor party) everyone partied hard and was mostly hungover the whole trip! ;) ;) The past eight years of my working career have been in sales/service industry and hospitality and just let me say I was blown away by the level of customer service and shocked of how smoothly everything went. Kelly was fantastic to work with, always professional, kept in constant contact and was always available to talk/answer any questions I had. Todd (or Ty?) was our host for the night and did a fantastic job as well! Very professional, kept everyone together/ made sure the night went smoothly and made it his personal duty to make sure everyone had a wonderful night to remember! All in all for myself having high expectations and initially cautious of what company I chose to plan our evening I could not have made a better choice! Galavantier and everyone affiliated will definitely be my number one choice for party planning in the future! My hat is off to everyone involved and greatly appreciate how effortless and smooth everything was handled! I recommend these guys hands down and congrats on a job well done!! Jonathan is a busy man with many clients, but made time to figure out various good activities for us, including the kids. I would plan way ahead of time to make sure this company can give you all the options you need and plan for contingencies also. Be warned that if you haven't traveled internationally for a while (such as before the pandemic) then you are in for a shock on how much prices have risen and how inflexible the airline schedules are. Be ready to adapt and look at it all as an adventure. Jonathan works remotely so you need to be good with planning on the phone and via email. It is a good service and I recommend it highly. Just come up with a decent price range for him to work with.

Jonathan ghosted us multiple times over 2 months. There were constant family emergencies that I tried to be understanding of, but after 5 of them it just seemed like he was unwilling to help us - almost like he was trying to get us to not want to work with him. When I would follow up, he always said he had asked other members of the team to reach out to us while he was away for his family, and they just never did. Jonathan always apologized and said he'd make it up to us. This happened time and time again, and we still consistently told him we're still willing to work with him - only to get ghosted for the last time a few weeks ago. He stopped replying to me completely. I have never seen a single draft of an itinerary. The ghosting is so unprofessional. If he didn't want to work with us, he should have just said so instead of trying to turn us off like that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Attached are a few different-dated screenshots. I've had great deals before, and have learned to manage my expectations when traveling to Vegas with a group of guys. But I knew having 8 guys and no women would be a challenge getting a club without a table, and expected us to either have to wait in line or pay cover, or both. With Yolo Travel, they got us into Omnia Nightclub (with Afrojack as the DJ, mind you, and a crazy long line) - all 8 of us guys - into the staff guest list line (the shortest outside of having a table, we waited about 3 minutes tops), and none of us had to pay cover. I kept in contact with them throughout our trip, and felt like the man with all the connections the whole trip. I'm going back in 2 weeks, and their room deals beat everything that I've researched - we're getting a 2 bedroom suite for nearly a fraction of the normal cost. I HIGHLY recommend them to anybody and am still in amazement of what they can do to make a trip more awesome.

We visited this amazing vacation rental for our first visit to Las Vegas. When choosing…read moreaccommodations, I spend considerable amounts of time combing through listings, to ensure that maximum relaxation is achieved. Stumbling upon Max and Corrine's oasis just outside of Las Vegas made our trip absolutely perfect. Upon arrival, we discovered a welcome note, wishing me a Happy Birthday, along with guides explaining the amenities on the property. On the coffee bar, there was a beautiful display of granola bars and sea salt chocolate. In the mini fridge were several bottles of water, which was so greatly appreciated after a 15 hour travel day. There were two arm chairs at the foot of the bed, with throw pillows, waiting to invite you to take your shoes off and relax for a few moments. On the bed were two of the fluffiest bathrobes, just asking to be worn out onto the patio. Two luxurious Turkish style bath towels were on the bed next to the robes. The bed was the softest, most enveloping cloud, which allowed for a restful sleep each night. The cabinets were stocked with everything you could possibly need while on vacation in Las Vegas. Ample closet space was provided, perfect for unpacking our giant suitcases to get the wrinkles out of our clothes. The slate shower is warm, the water pressure perfect, with a rain shower head, as well as the standard shower head. The double vessel sinks allowed for my husband and I to get ready in tandem each morning and afternoon. (Sorry about the glitter, Max!) Speaking of clothes, none will be needed at this humble abode. The entire property is clothing optional, wear as little or as much as you would like. It was a judgement free zone, a welcome reprieve from the societal pressures of the day to day back home. The pool was crisp, clean, and refreshing after a day spent on the strip. (I can't lie, I was in the pool before we left for the day as well!) The hot tub was warm, clean, and relaxing. Max was kind enough to provide cold bottles of water each day in a little cooler on the patio, which he refilled repeatedly for us!! He is quick to deliver espresso and breakfast treats, which I highly suggest accepting! I would also like to thank him, from the bottom of my heart, for coordinating a beautiful birthday morning surprise with my husband. I woke up to flowers, a breakfast tray, espresso, and coffee. It was truly magnificent. This property is meticulously maintained, with each plant being hand chosen, groomed, and arranged to add to the magic of this place. It's clear that this is a labor of love for this sweet couple, who I now call friends.
