It's about a 10-15 min drive to the strip and it was easy to get Lyfts when we needed them. I am fairly high maintenance and the team at Vegas Quality did an amazing job of making sure my needs were met. There was one minor maintenance problem while we were there and someone was over in less than an hour to fix it. It's such a great backyard - the pool was so fun to relax in and around! We also spent a lot of time in the kitchen and it was able to accommodate all of us easily. Yes, the house is a little dated, but it doesn't take away from it being a perfect place to call home for a long weekend. I felt really supported by Vegas Quality and they helped me craft a great vacation!

Me and 7 guest stayed in 2 of the penthouse suites and were disgusted by what we discovered…read more shortly after settling into the room, one of my guests discovered a USED CONDOM in a vase in our room. I immediately contacted Signature Rental and their response was less than desired. They told us no housekeeping staff were on location and they would be back at the hotel at 11 am the next day. Me and 3 of my guests were then forced to sleep next to a used condom with a smell of bodily fluids wafting from the vase. In the morning, we left as soon as possible to get out of the filthy room and waited for the room to be cleaned. I got a message from Signature Rental around 1:30 asking me to send a picture of the condom to prove there is an issue... i was floored. Not only have they still not cleaned our room, they need picture evidence to give the room a once over...After i told them i did not feel comfortable taking a picture of someone's used condom, they sent a snarky message about leaving our do not disturb light was on... Sorry, was in a bit of a hurry to get out of our petri dish of a room to check the do not disturb light. Later when returning to the room, we saw there was no signs of actually cleaning that happened, not even the beds were made. Surprisingly, the condom was gone. And the worst part? Not a single refund or anything comped. Am i crazy, or does forcing guests to sleep in a room with a condom not justify a free night at least? I assumed rental companies had some sort of morals for having people sleep in decently cleaned rooms, but not these guys.

The HOA that runs the property were constantly giving us warnings and fines for "violations". These violations were: speeding (5 mph, so if you push the gas at all, you are speeding), damaged property  (a window pane that THEY fixed weeks earlier and a smudge on the wall of our patio), restricted patio furniture (wind chimes that many tenants have), along with many parking violations. I also felt very uncomfortable with one security guard who always lurked at the pool or when I walked my dog. We also seemed to be the only tenants that utilized the pet waste dispensers located throughout the property. We lived in building 27 and not only was the plumbing loud, the water pressure was awful.
