She was very friendly and responsive and agreed to get a deluxe seasonal arrangement delivered the same day with a personal greeting. My mom was overly thrilled when she showed up with the flowers that afternoon. She was delighted to see dahlias in the arrangement as most shops don't provide those. She commented on how lovely the flowers were and how friendly Jessica was. There used to be some reliable florists in Brookings but most have disappeared. The last time I ordered flowers online from a florist portraying themselves as "local" it turned out to be an online presence that shipped the flowers and they arrived late and wilted. Total disaster! Save yourself some time and headaches. Go with Jessica!
