Finally got a text at the last minute to schedule . Two men came out and cleaned the gutters ( I guess they did a good job , I can't get up on a ladder and look). I asked for a leak repair , but they told me it couldn't be repaired , needed replaced .. which is fine . They charged me $275 for gutter cleaning ( kind of high , but ok since I couldn't do it myself) and then another $75 for repair, that was never done . Tried contacting them numerous times to get a refund of $75. No luck .

When we called Gary Glenn we told him that we wanted to follow along during the inspection and…read moreagreed that we would. We were given the time to meet. He also told us how thorough he is. But the morning of the inspection he told us to come later than we had agreed to so I thought he was running late. When we got to the property we realized he had actually been at the property when we had spoke on the phone telling us to come later. He had started the inspection early so we couldn't follow him. All he did when we got there was sit us down in dining room and showed us pictures from his phone of what he had already supposedly done. He basically gave us what we could have read in the report. After he got done talking we got up and went down to the basement so we could at least inspect that ourselves. He did follow us down there and watched us look around for a short time then he left. We stayed and looked around on our own with our realtor for a while til the seller came home. Gary had not told us what time he had arranged for the seller to return or we would have left by then. Gary didn't show us anything only pictures on his phone. He apparently didn't want us there to see what if anything he had done all knowing I had specifically asked to follow him. I also paid him to hire a radon inspection as he would coordinate that. I realized after the fact that the radon company had set up the monitor the day before our inspection with Gary. it takes 2-3 days of monitoring and the house is supposed to be under normal usage and not have windows open to air out the radon that may be there. BUT part of Gary's inspection includes opening the windows and running the ac and furnace for a couple hours or so to test them. So he interfered with the accuracy of the Radon test so we paid $175 and got nothing. And we never saw a report or anything regarding the Radon. Gary made very few notes on the regular inspection. I would never hire Gary again or recommend him to anyone. And he is the owner, so I thought he would know and do better.
