When we called Gary Glenn we told him that we wanted to follow along during the inspection and agreed that we would. We were given the time to meet. He also told us how thorough he is. But the morning of the inspection he told us to come later than we had agreed to so I thought he was running late. When we got to the property we realized he had actually been at the property when we had spoke on the phone telling us to come later. He had started the inspection early so we couldn't follow him. All he did when we got there was sit us down in dining room and showed us pictures from his phone of what he had already supposedly done. He basically gave us what we could have read in the report. After he got done talking we got up and went down to the basement so we could at least inspect that ourselves. He did follow us down there and watched us look around for a short time then he left. We stayed and looked around on our own with our realtor for a while til the seller came home. Gary had not told us what time he had arranged for the seller to return or we would have left by then. Gary didn't show us anything only pictures on his phone. He apparently didn't want us there to see what if anything he had done all knowing I had specifically asked to follow him. I also paid him to hire a radon inspection as he would coordinate that. I realized after the fact that the radon company had set up the monitor the day before our inspection with Gary. it takes 2-3 days of monitoring and the house is supposed to be under normal usage and not have windows open to air out the radon that may be there. BUT part of Gary's inspection includes opening the windows and running the ac and furnace for a couple hours or so to test them. So he interfered with the accuracy of the Radon test so we paid $175 and got nothing. And we never saw a report or anything regarding the Radon. Gary made very few notes on the regular inspection. I would never hire Gary again or recommend him to anyone. And he is the owner, so I thought he would know and do better. read more

Cory arrived 15 minutes early, and started immediately after the home-seller left. Cory was very approachable and easy to understand. He was very patient with all of our questions, and he was extremely thorough, he never seemed liked he was "in a big hurry to finish." He explained exactly what he was looking for as I followed him around, and he explained why it was important. It didn't take more than about 10 minutes for my wife and I to get the feeling that Cory passionate about the thoroughness of his work. I've worked with other home inspection companies in the past, and they made us feel like this was just another job they needed to knock out so they can get to the next one. Those past companies made us feel like a number, not a future homeowner who was about to make the biggest financial decision of our lives. Cory was the opposite, and we loved how he would explain each 'deficiency' he found to us, and why it was important. He would also tell us if it was something serious, or simply cosmetic. He gave us the confidence we were looking for to know if we should buy the home, or pass on it and keep looking. He had the inspection report to us later than night, when I was expecting it 24 hours later! They were less expensive than I was expecting, which really helps as everyone knows how much 'out of pocket expenses' come with buying a home. These inspectors gave our home inspection the green light. They said the only electrical issues were small fixes. Our home was missing all grounding wires, the copper wiring was all missing, and amps did not match between the circuit breaker box and the outlets. This was only found out when I had unplugged an ac unit and noticed the plug was melted. Had I not done this, my house would have burned down. Turns out it was running on aluminum wires. This house wasnt even up to code, let alone able to pass an inspection. When we called them, they simply stated, "We're not electricans." Glad to know they're comfortable with their job that put my family and children in danger. Not only did they miss this huge issue, they also missed significant bowing in our basement wall that absolutely floods when it rains. I highly reccomend seeking anyone else at all for your inspection needs. It seems this company neither cares about the quality of their work, your property, or the safety of your families. Thank twice before you use this business. Purchased a Condo less then a year ago, this company did the inspection. Shortly after moving in we had to replace the furnace, due to Fracture Fault in the Carbon Monoxide Containment system. Had I not called for a company to come out due to the furnace continuously running, my husband and I would not be here today. Also we had to have the water tank replaced, toilet repaired. Horrible inspection! Purchased home in January 2019, and now it's August and having to put another 30k into the structure of the home because he didn't crawl under a ranch home. The main beam supporting the home is cracked! Even asked how the beams looked during the inspection and he said it looked good! Do NOT use this company for an inspection unless you want a half assed job! I wouldn't have purchased the home if I'd known of the damage!!!! read more
