I am fine with the first six months' average, but now approaching $200 per month is gauging, and I am being charged more than my fair share. The City of Lewisville agrees that these charges are excessive. We have had to deal with them for several years and cannot wait to get into our new home. The most recent issue that's going on is that they will not send someone out to fix water flowing out of the ground / pipes in between our and our neighbors home. Both of us are with Progress Residential. Both of us have recordings on the phone where you can hear the rep. blowing us off like it's nothing. Both were told 3 weeks out. No joke. It's August - there's water flowing down the lawn and into the street. And we get 3 weeks from now. lol. Brandon from their customer service is the worst representative I've ever seen. This guy treated my wife poorly and then got snarky with me when I'm the one who has to figure this out or pay a giant water bill, asshole! So will the neighbor! Worst customer service you're ever gonna get. We ended up calling the city cause we just didn't know what to do with the amount of water coming out. They are trying to figure out what we may be able to do. Any solutions are getting paid for by Progress or we're going the legal route. I have a feeling they will be the next rental property to garnish a class action lawsuit. Just read all the reviews and go to BBB and read those. Many over looked problems - no help - water - a/c - you name it. What people are posting is a rare time in life where nobody is overreacting.
