Like right now, I'm watching Atiery teaching a class of 9 girls. There's one girl at a time going down the tumble track and the other 8 are doing nothing. I don't know why management doesn't include that in training, but I definitely won't be wasting my money on a class taught by one of these inefficient teachers.

The camps are out of control and not worth the pay. The gym is dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting, myself as a teacher didn't even want to use them. Terrible location to commute to. Heavy crime in the area and sometimes the whole gym will smell like fent, no air conditioning !! even during extreme heat classes will continue and their will be nothing but the 20 year old floor fans on. Short staffed because after a while of dealing with the owner you start to hate your life. gym mats losing foam are secured with tape, mats are not cleaned, leaky roofs, foam pit hasn't been cleaned in over 10+ years. Ive overhead parents say the gym looks the exact same as the time they attended because the equipment is old !!!! keep in mind the owner owns multiple properties aside from the gyms and is a millionaire. You will have to make up for the absence of workers by subbing and combining different level classes. good luck!

Well, thanks to Yelp Elite, I went to an Elite event here one day and we spent an hour trying a variety of classes, including trampoline, handstands, parkour, and aerials. I became re-inspired to try my hand at aerials so I purchased a class package and now here I am as a student! I'm currently taking Lyra classes and it is incredibly humbling and challenging, but in just 3 classes, I've already seen some improvement. I'm still worlds away from being performance ready, but it's a start! The instructors here are incredibly talented and fun. They are hands-on with helping correct form and posture or if you need a little boost to get onto your hoop. Looking forward to continuing my training here!

I tried the intro to silks/tissu class and had a great time. The instructor was really patient and kind, giving good instruction and helping out where ladies were struggling. In this class, we warmed up with movements to warm up our shoulders and abs. On the silks, we then learned how to hang upside down, climb, do a lock with our foot, and then a sequence where we climbed up the silk and posed. She encouraged us to try both sides and went over instruction again when we asked. I had a really positive experience and would say this class truly is beginner friendly! Be ready to engage your core! There were 6 ladies in our class and we had 3 silk stations to practice, so I felt like I had a good amount of time to practice.
