Easily one of the best hair removal decisions of my life! Anju did my full face, and I was so impressed by how quickly and expertly she moved. Before coming here I had only had my brows waxed, and they always looked slightly off, no matter where I went. Not anymore! Anju shaped my brows beautifully, and I was thrilled with how natural and elegant they looked. The rest of my face (which I had never removed hair from) was also super soft. Prices are excellent, especially with membership (if you'll be doing the full face regularly) and student ID. I'll definitely be coming back!

I decided to visit Threading Bar Salon & Spa after reading a mix of reviews. Some of the waxing…read morereviews honestly made me a little nervous, so I opted for threading instead and specifically requested Rani after seeing her name mentioned positively. There was a bit of a wait when I arrived, so I grabbed something to eat and came back a little later. When I returned, I only had to wait a few more minutes. Overall, I think the service was fair for the $8 price point. There were a couple of things that affected my experience. I was next in line, but another customer approached, and I heard Rani reassure them, "Just two minutes." While I understand wanting to acknowledge waiting customers, it made me worry that my appointment was going to be rushed. Personally, I'd rather wait a few extra minutes if it means the person providing my service can take their time and focus on the client they're currently with. During the threading, the thread snapped several times. At one point, it snapped hard enough that it went inside of my closed eye. I know accidents happen, and I wasn't upset about the mistake itself, but it did make the experience uncomfortable. Slowing down a bit could help make the service feel smoother and more relaxing. That said, I want to give credit where it's due. Rani was very detail-oriented when it came to shaping my eyebrows. She took the time to make sure they were even, well-groomed, and nicely trimmed. Right after my appointment, I wasn't sure how I felt about the final result. Now that a couple of days have passed, I've actually grown to really like them. Looking back, I appreciate how clean and polished my eyebrows look. Overall, I'd describe my experience as mixed. The actual quality of the eyebrow shaping was very good, but the threading experience itself left me a little uneasy. I'm still undecided about whether I'll return, but I can definitely say that Rani does nice work when it comes to shaping brows.

Customer service was amazing from the front desk to the technician I had, Kayla. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and they look very natural! I also got a lash lift and tint - my natural lashes are already black so the tint didn't make a huge difference but the lift came out good despite my stubborn lashes. Overall, Kayla was a great lash tech and did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The place itself is also beautifully decorated and clean with a relaxing ambience.
