Next, the new smiling face (yes, I could absolutely feel her smile under her mask lol) known as Sam mapped my brows, shaped them, as well as numbed them. I had the most amazing first visit with Bianca for my microblading consultation and initial procedure. From the moment I walked into her space, I felt completely at ease. Her studio is absolutely adorable--vibrant, nostalgic, and super cozy. She even offers snacks, drinks, and blankets to keep you comfortable throughout your time there! Bianca is incredibly professional yet warm and down-to-earth. She took time to really study my face, did incredibly precise measurements, and walked me through brow shapes and colors. Thus far, I've had the most awesome experience with this business! Scheduling was a breeze. Bianca took the time to explain the process, services, and costs. When I arrived, they were prepared to start on time. I completed my intake forms and proceeded to watch an informative video about the process and after care. Then, Angelica asked me about my color and style preferences. I was a little torn. She helped confirm a combo approach was the right choice for me. Angelica also did my micoblading/powder brows. She did her due diligence; explaining the process and allowing me to look at the progress periodically. My brows look great now, but I can't wait to see the final results. I go back for a 2nd session in 6 weeks. In the interim, I've already scheduled a lip blushing appointment. I heard about something called SMP which is scalp micro pigmentation and, thought I would give it a shot. I've had bad experiences with two different hair transplants and, the crown of my head is still bald. This process was much less time consuming, MUCH less painful, and, the results are already better, after just one treatment, than the sum total of two hair transplants. And the cost savings???....ASTRONOMICAL!! Ohh, one more thing of import...they don't shave your head like with hair transplants. I mean, so many positives! The recovery is so much easier and faster as well. I have nothing but great things to say about this procedure and Union Beauty Lab.
