Let me preface this by saying I had to select at least 1 star to post but WOW Cargo Trailers does not deserve that. My husband located a trailer he loved and purchased from WOW Cargo. It was a great deal so he traveled from Houston, TX to Cochran, GA to pick up. He arrived and purchased trailer. Everything we have to tow uses the same trailer hitch/ball but this trailer did not which was not disclosed. He left the location with the incorrect hitch and the trailer detached causing damages to the trailer and truck. He called the location to advise of what happened, he was then told that there was a difference in the hitch size. My husband is on a two lane rd, blocking one lane and unable to travel back to the location. He was advised that a hitch would be $55 which was fine, he asked if someone could bring the hitch to him and at that time he was told he would get a call back. It is now about three hours later and no call back. The lack of concern for someone that just traveled so far to give you business is concerning for me. If you can purchase a trailer somewhere else because once they get your money they could care less about you. Thankfully, a lovely police officer helped my husband off the road and to a safe place. If I could give this company no stars or lower I would. They should have their license to do business revoked. They are not a member of the BBB, but have an "F" rating. I wish I had looked at the BBB site before I did business with them. I filed a complaint with the Georgia consumer affairs office. They are a dishonest business, only worried about making a buck, not concerned what the consequences of their actions cause. I put a down payment on a trailer with them using a credit card. The agreement was they would hold the trailer for a month until I could come across the country to pick it up. At the time of delivery I was to pay the balance in cash in full. They took the down payment, issued an invoice with the amounts, down payment, vin number for the trailer and all equipment included. I thought all was well until I called to make sure the trailer was all set and ready for pickup just before I headed to Georgia to pick up the trailer. Imagine my surprise when I was told the trailer with that Vin Number had already been sold & delivered. They sold and delivered the trailer to someone else after taking a down payment and making an agreement with me. They did not notify me or issue a credit. They did not have a replacement nor any they could get any time soon that were what I purchased. I still have not received the credit, but will protest the charge on my card. I will get the refund. That is not the issue, the issue is I needed the trailer and now will be out over $4000.00 to rent a truck last minute because of their unfair business practices. Buyer be where! It's a nice trailer and works good for what I need it for . I did have a few things go wrong on the way home with it . There was a few lights that blew out and have to replace . The rv door catch that holds it open fell off feel bad for how ever got the flat tire from it as there is four screws that use to hold it on . They put a rubber floor in and didn't screw the clanging that covers the wires up it fell down I even asked about a pice laying on the floor were did it go and was told it belonged to another trailer . Got home found sheet metal on the floor and found were the part I asked about went but I no longer had it as they keep it . I called about the problems and never heard back and they don't answer my calls no more . They don't build the trailers they just buy them from the factory down the street and resell them . I gave 3 stars because trailer was a good price and does what I need . They would of got more if they fixed what broke on the trailer or even tried to reply to it but they just left me hanging so check your trailer good b4 you leave as they have curb side warranty . read more

Horrible company. Absolutely no morals with any of the sales people with this company. I bought a 2 horse trailer from them. The Sales person told me that it came with an electric slide out and a generator. He even told me where the generator was located. Once it was delivered I noticed that it didnt come with either. I have a video of the sales guy John showing me the electric slide out button. It wound up being a button for an overhead light. He either had no clue what he was talking about or was just trying to make a quick buck. I dont mind mistakes being made and I approached it with them to discuss. I was told that the supervisor would contact me to discuss and I never received a call back. The trailer was delivered to my location in Miami with no keys. The parts department did order me new ones. However I have yet to hear back from the Sales manager in regards to them selling me something that they illegally mis-represented. If I had known about both the trailer not having either an electric slide out or a generator I would have thought twice about purchasing it, especially for the price I paid for it. My calls, emails and texts have gone unanswered. If this is not resolved immediately, I will unfortunately have to pursue legal means to get this addressed. I've Call this company a number of times, for the extension on the main door that I ordered oh, I was told to go to the hardware store to buy the piano hinge hold the extension on the door the lip of the door is about 2 inches it's extremely difficult to get my machinery, and anything on a dolly on the door because of the lab, I dealt with John James I ordered the door with the extension, and nothing, the concession door was supposed to have a small handle on it, after I ordered it and got the loan he told me that they didn't have that secular door handle so that was changed, The loan was denied because the loan company told me I had to come pick it up, I live in New York and companies in Georgia, they told me they would be shipping, we finally had to tell the loan company that one of their employees was going to drop it off, not sure of why all the bullshit with buying a 13 $14,000 trailer There is no wire harness on the wires underneath the trailer ,I live in New York and the snow builds up on the Wires And eventually rips them down, when building this trailer it would've been another $12 to put wire harness to protect the wires, hello seen this trailer in person I never would've bought it commer the roof of the trailer it's a joke the gauge aluminum is the sickness of a soda can, do not buy this trailer , I repeat do not buy this trailer, I would love to send it back it is junk Wayne Gambino read more

This company is the worse I have ever encountered!! When I paid for my trailer in full with a certified check thinking I had a completely new trailer, I found that the water was not connected inside, they put the wrong regulator on the truck, I could not use my propane, the wrong tubing for the cooking units, the water pump was used, the tables were not inspection ready and the list goes on. I took it back to get what I thought was all the things to get repaired 3 times driving 6 hours one way and leaving my trailer and driving back home 6 hours, only to come back and find it was still not fixed correctly when I got home. Each time they messed something else up. Just the other day I found out that they ventilation system was missing all but one screw to hold it together on the trailer. It still leaks inside the trailer!!!!OMG!! so much!! I would not take a trailer from them if they gave it to me because it would take so much money to get to operation you would be better off buying one!! I have had nothing but problems with the one that I bought from shackles breaking to door frames breaking and even buckling of panels. WOW Trailer is actually Woody Butts Chevrolet. Seems like my original review disappeared, so I will edit this one. June of last year (2014) purchased a new custom 24' trailer from WOW Trailer. The salesman right of the bat, lied to me and told me that WOW manufactured their own trailers. I placed my custom order with a significant down payment and drawings and specifications as to how I wanted the trailer built. I explained that time was of the essence and the trailer must be completed NLT mid MAY, they agreed. Then i find that they switched manufacturers and a lessor quality product was provided. Not only did they do work far below the quality standard of what they showed me on the lot, but it was supposed to be a foot taller than it was. The interior was supposed to be white metal, instead it was white vinyl covered plywood. A week after the invoice was finalized, the salesman that handled me was fired. I was then turned over to the manager, Everette Dykes, who was worse than the first salesman. The manager assured me that the trailer was going to be delivered on time, than started refusing my telephone calls, and ducking me. Finally they told me the trailer was ready, more than three weeks behind schedule, when i drove to the manufacturing plant on South Georgia Cargo Trailer, I was totally disappointed with the trailer. virtually nothing was as ordered. They got everything wrong. Unfortunately for me I had obligations that forced me to accept the trailer the way it was. Mistakes are made, however it was clear that the manager Mr. Dykes was not interested in customer satisfaction. Bought a Synergy trailer from Wendy. She was very helpful and professional. Nice selection to choose from. Everything was smooth on th sales side. The issue is if you have problems. There is absolutely no customer service after the sale. Side panels are splitting, Entry door hinge is falling apart and the roof is coming off and I have patched 3 times. When I called I'm assuming its the owner that takes over from there to help with the "warranty". BEWARE!!! He starts off nice with information on how to call the manufacture. THEY DO NOT DO ANY WARRANTY WORK!!! It took 3 weeks to finally get Synergy to return any emails or call me back. Meanwhile while reaching out for the "promised" help at WOW the owner blocked all my calls, would not return any text and when I called WOW directly he would again never answer or return any calls. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! So I would consider the options. They do have a good selection, Wendy is awesome, They have good prices, but just know that if you have ANY ISSUES after the friendly sale process you are on your own! Purchased a new custom made trailer from Wow Cargo and just drove it home yesterday. The salesman Matt Green was professional and made sure my trailer was as I ordered it. We had no problems driving it home and we expect it to preform very well for years to come. The trailer is made well and we compared it side by side with the local trailers sold around here and it is made just as well or better in some cases. Attempted to purchase Cargo Trailer WOW Cargo Trailers in Georgia, while living in Arizona. On 10/30/17, the dealer (Brian Farris) told me that I had to pay $300 to hold the trailer, and that he would provide the VIN and photos of the trailer on 10/31. Brian was not honest about his having the online advertised Cargo Trailer on his lot. The trailer did not exist (which was confirmed to me by a text from the lender on 11/1), which explains why he could not provide the VIN to me or my lender, nor could he provide me with photos of the trailer as was promised on 10/30/17. When I called the Dealer on Friday 11/3 at 6:50 am Arizona time, the representative told me that there was NO ORDER in the system for my trailer. My call was then transferred to Brian Farris, who said that wasn't true, and that he had the VIN and would provide that, and photos asap that morning. It is not the most sturdy trailer, but I knew this based on price comparisons with more expensive cargo trailers. Hopefully it will hold up over time! If you are looking for a more heavy duty type trailer, do your research and compare, compare, compare. This trailer is exactly what I expected for the price. I talked with this dealership about ordering a Diamond Cargo 4x8 enclosed trailer. The salesman told me that he had one arriving the following week and that he would hold it for me for a $200.00 deposit. I agreed and without my knowledge charged a $300.00 deposit. No big deal I thought but the next week came and after numerous calls he could never tell me when the trailer would arrive. Finally on Friday he said that it would arrive on Monday. I agreed to take off work early to make the 3 hour drive from North Atlanta to Cochran, GA...which is south of Macon, GA to pick up the trailer. I arrived to pick up the trailer and it was some off brand manufacturer and was not the Diamond Cargo brand I was told that I was getting. The salesman Matt Reaves knew exactly what kind of trailer that we agreed that I was purchasing, and then when I arrived he acted as if he was doing me a favor by not telling me, and tried to convince me this trailer was better. The trailer rear tail lights were crooked and pieces of metal had been glued to it where the trim pieces were cut too short. Totally a junky trailer. After I told him that I could not believe he let me drive that far to get it and I did not want it he told me that I was just being disrespectful and would just give me my deposit back. I asked him since he lied to me about the brand of trailer what could he do because my loss of time and expense for making a 6 hour round trip drive. He stated absolutely nothing and you should have known that we sell different brands of trailers. Completely crazy!!! I fourtunately was able to talk to the owner of the business which also ownes the Chevrolet Dealership there which is Butts Chevrolet. He felt terrible and gave me some gas money and said that he would handle the issue. Find another trailer!!! I ordered a 28' v nose car hauler from Matt the sales man. I specified a heavy duty roof to withstand a snow load, he said the 28' trailers came with a heavy duty roof. I received the trailer and loaded it too within 1-2" of the ceiling. While in Tx, the ice storm of dec 2013 hit an nearly cave the roof in. I had about 1" of snow and ice on the roof. the roof beams were now sitting ontop of the cargo. Had the trailer been empty it would have caved in. Several phone calls were made to Matt with no answer or returned call. I called diamond and they said standard roof is 24" oc beams and heavy duty is 16"oc. Mine were 24" oc. Next I called trent the mgr at wow cargo, he said that the 28 ' trailer should have come with 16"oc roof beams. He said he was going to call diamond and call me back. He didnt call me back, after 2 days I started calling him. When I finally got hold of him, he denied stating that my roof should have been 16" oc and there was no documentation saying I wanted a heavy duty roof. They didnt offer to fix the problem only lie theyre way out of their mistake. Dont order from them, you will be sorry. My old trailer roof was much stronger.
